A book journal – A very well-planned journal that is encouraging and helpful. I have already gifted the journal to a couple of kids in the family, and they absolutely love it. I really like how the recommendation lists don’t just have the usual suspects but a thoughtful collection of genre-specific unique books. Always nice to come across books that help spread the joy of reading among young minds.

I purchased this book for my 9 year old granddaughter. She is a voracious reader and was SO excited to receive her copy. I ordered through Amazon and it came two days after release and was a complete surprise! I got a video thank you from a grinning ear-to-ear sweetheart and when we arrived for our regular Sunday supper, she showed me that she was already using it!
If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would - and so would she!
Preordered and they just arrived! My seven year old twins are way more excited that I thought! They’re excited to track their early reading and I’m excited that they’re following in my book-loving, record-keeping heart! I love the habit trackers, the challenges, the prompts and the spaces for 90 books. I’ll definitely be buying for kids gifts!
Got this for my 11 year old avid reader and she loves it so much! Such fun details but we’re really loving the book lists and discovering what type of reader she is. Greta gift idea for any young reader.
I bought two of these for my six year old. We use it for a different purpose rather than journaling. We record books he sees and wants to read, as well as books he has checked out from the library, and use them both for a frame of reference. He likes having his own reading supplies.
This is a fabulous book journal for kids who love thinking and talking about the books they've read. All sorts of fun features included in the pages, including book rec lists!
