A large family can have an overabundance of love, comradery, and most of all… drama. The Hendersons have had more than their fair shares of tragedy, heartache, and betrayal. I loved that this was like a “where are they now” novella!
Seven Storm Henderson is still at it with that mouth! I’m so happy Aspen got him together! Bali & Noni are funny as what and they are definitely Storm’s children 😂🤣!
Although the story was centered around Storm & Aspen, the way WJ & Olivia, Jasper & Chasity, Carter & Jenahra, LaKeith & Chrissy, Kenny & Keisha, & Ryder & Tiffany were written in was genius! I feel like the update on the Henderson clan & friends was necessary! I enjoyed this immensely!
I can’t wait to get into Marcus and Synthia’s story 😬🫣. They both seem to be a trip!

The Henderson's feel like they are my family and I loved this update about him. Storm's mouth finally got him into some trouble but he knew how to get out of it. I still love him😍. I love the see the growth in all of them especially the way Kenny stepped up for Storm. I could go on all day about them but I wont. I know I can't for Marcus's story.

There's no family like the Henderson Family!
This may have been a novella, but it was so heartwarming and full of love and laughs it served as a reminder of just why you can't help but fall in love with the Henderson's - good times, bad times and everything in between. Their love for one another is everything and unmatched.

Great Read
I really enjoyed reading about the Henderson's. Storm, is truly something else and then some..... that mouth. He's reckless at the mouth and it cost him his family and it was family that saved him. So loved how this family comes together for each others.Can't wait to see what happens with Marcus. Great job Monica Walters.

Finding her voice....
First and foremost, thank you Mrs. Walters for the update on the Hendersons. I am so fully invested in this family, you would think they were real. Ladies and gentlemen, this is another must read, get into it.
Well Storm started as a category five when he made the comments to Aspen. He let his mouth "write a check that his behind couldn't cash." It was ironic because by the time he realized the error of his ways Aspen had brought him down to a tropical depression. It was really ironic though, and a blessing in disguise because Aspen needed it. It is imperative that she find herself and her voice again. It is sad, but as women we do tend to get lost in doing everything else and making sure everyone is good but ourselves. This oops or God's blessing of the new addition were exactly a must for Storm's household. It also goes to show it doesn't matter what procedure is done on the male or female, if God's plan is different it will prevail.
As always, this is a magnificent read by Mrs. Walters. You will enjoy this hilarious, but seriously novella on the Hendersons. I won't be surprised in the near future if more babies pop up. Jasper and Chasity really enjoy each other along with other siblings. I have to agree with Storm, I think Kenny has found another purpose as a life coach or a career in that field. It is so much living going on with the family, download, relax, and enjoy the fam.

It was great reading about the Henderson Gang and getting another glimpse into their lives! Marriage is work you hear me and even when you with someone for years they may take your love for granted. Enter my bae Storm when he found out some news that Aspen told him. Now Storm did not handle the situation well because he knows his wife loves him to the fullest! His response hurt her to the core and I felt for Aspen. Aspen is so mild mannered she is Storm’s calm and zen! Storm realizes that he got to step up his game with the kids and finally contributing to the household. Now their twins mouth got no filter and hopefully with Storm finally getting some sense he will at least start getting these twins in order LOL 😂. They were truly funny though.
Jasper and Chas keep that spice in their lives and I love it 🥰.
My other boo Kenny came through and was really a great help with Storm. Kenny and Keisha went thru so much mentally and emotionally that he could write a book on how to handle trauma and getting your marriage back on track. I’m still getting over Kenny’s own book because a part just took me out Lord Ham Mercy and I still think about what happened occasionally.

Miss Monica! Thank you so much for the glimpses inside the lives of our favorite family, the Henderson's! Now, you know I love me some Storm, but I wanted to THUMP his big ass, for that ish he said to Aspen! I know you a jokester, and ratchet at the mouth, but yo' wife man??? 😡 He immediately knew that he made the ultimate f up! But, gotta love those Henderson siblings! They are always right on time to take care of each other! This read just made me love Jasper even more! He is so laid back, but will go to war for his family. He jumped in to take care of his nieces and nephews, and was there for Storm when he was going through it. But, Kenny really shocked me! His growth, maturity and wise words, I believe helped Storm the most, get his ish together! Aspen, has a heart of gold, and has to also have angel wings, to deal with that husband of hers! 😂 But, she had enough of his recklessness! I'm glad that she made him suffer a bit, to teach him a lesson! Mr. Marcus! This is the wild card! His hoeish ways, the crazy baby momma, and trying to get a business off the ground is going to be a challenge! He has no idea what he is in for, chasing Syn! But, I am here for it! Can't wait for his story! Great job! 👍👍👍

Ensemble novel.
This is a catch up family ensemble-type novel that kind of serves in some way as a super extended epilogue of the original seven Henderson’s stories except it centers itself around Storm’s marital problems with Aspen. Starting from WJ and Liv’s wedding where Storm’s mouth finally gets him in trouble with Aspen (as it should), who has been taking his brash behaviour and words for a decade because she knows he loves her and is softest with her and “that’s just how he is,” this novella focuses on how his family support Storm and Aspen through this difficult moment and to a lesser extent the unity and brother/sisterhood that now exists amongst the Hendersons. This also sets up the next book with Marcus and Syn. I can’t say I particularly like or care about either of them at this point, but knowing this author, I know she probably has something dramatic up her sleeve for that book. I liked this as a great update book for what everyone is up to years down the line.

The shenanigans continue with The Henderson crew...
Queen Monica never disappoints with the installments she adds to the Henderson's. There is never a dull moment.
From the beginning I was ready to punch Storm in the throat and the mouth for that disrespectful bs he said to Aspen. Like insecure much ninja😡. She should've stayed gone another day to make his a** really sweat. You know he fu**ed up if Kenny and Jenahra had diverging to say. Those twins got a mouth just like his 😔. Hopefully, he sticks to the promises he made to her.
Jasper & Chasity are couple goals. They're gonna keep it spicy😜
I'm so happy for WJ & Olivia💕. Despite all the craziness that was going pin around them, it didn't take away from their special day.
Marcus done met his match with Syn and I can't wait to read their story cause that sh*t is gonna be nasty😜😂
Overall it was great catching up with the crew.

Storm: The reckless mouth that almost SUNK his relationSHIP
Whew...we all know Storm has no filter and his mouth could be reckless but this time he should have engaged his brain before his mouth. The author illuminates in this story the unfortunate truth of how spouses could get too comfortable taking their mate for granted. The other fact shown is how one can lose themselves fulfilling their roles which can lead to frustration and possible resignation. I am a true fan of the Henderson family so I enjoyed getting updates on them. Jasper has always been my dude...him and Chas are freaking funny but I love their chemistry. I loved how Kenny came through for Storm. So many nuggets in this novella. Looking forward to Marcus and Syn's story. Keep writing ma'am especially about my favorite family, the Hendersons.

I enjoyed reading the Henderson family .I love all characters, but storm bka seven is my favorite character, he is the rudest,obnoxious loving and funny person. It took for seven to hurt his wife feelings by questioning her loyalty as wife, he loves his wife unconditionally, he still took her for granted. It took his brother Kenny to open his eyes 👀 and see his faults. Once seven saw the faults and ways he would do what it took to keep his wife and kids. The next series or story im waiting for that gave us a clip is Marcus and synthia that's gonna be hot 🔥 one cause syn is not gonna be playing with Marcus he better come correct with his a game.

all in the family
All things are good in the family. Considering all of the hell each of them have experienced - the things going on in this book was light work. Everybody building, growing, maturing in their relationships, family bond is getting tighter and their even more supportive of one another.
Storm overly sensitive and unfiltered behind needed to be checked and this time he was the one who had to do the balancing.
Glad to see Marcus embracing his family and looking forward to new success. Hopefully he’ll learn to keep him pants on because Syn will have him out there alone and commando apparently.
Loved catching up on the rest of the family as well. Kenny being a life coach would be awesome.
The family businesses are thriving and expanding. Even with all them kids they still need help, lol.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this novella! The author, as always, left it all on the pages and did not disappoint. This book gave us lovers of her country hood series an update on our favorite characters and set the scene for an upcoming release (I hope). Storm is exactly as his name suggests...unpredictable and passionate. He finally said the wrong thing to the wrong person and almost lost it all. However, the Hendersons are a close knit bunch that love hard and tell it like it is, so of course they had his back. The don't make excuses for each other and hold each other accountable all while loving each other unconditionally! The family has welcomed Marcus into the circle and I can tell he is going to need his siblings and I put that on everything!

Loved catching up with the Henderson clan; so glad I am familiar with all of their stories. As awesome as it was to see the growth of most of the family members, it was very entertaining to see Jasper and Chas still eliciting responses to their 🔥 disappearing acts during family gatherings, lol. I loved Kenny's growth....I remember little Kendrick and feel for Kenny and Keisha. Would take the journey again, just to get to here. But my attention is now shifting to Marcus; his baby mamma drama along with his fascination of pursuing Syn is a Tik Tok waiting to happen; he foolishly believes he knows all about Syn. I'm psyched waiting for this one to unfold. Hope everyone is caught up and ready...

It’s A Family Affair

Gotta love Jasper and his wife because there was no space that had shame about blessing with their love joy!!!…
Storm finally got a glimpse in what life would like without Aspen if he keep that wreckless mouth going at his wife, but I’m glad he let her know and showed her that he valued her in their marriage!!!:..
Now Marcus, I can not wait to see what happens with him and Cyn!!!…I don’t think he has s ready!!!…

Quick read but still enjoyable
Storms mouth and ways finally caught up with him when he stuck his foot in his mouth after what should have been a blessed moment. Aspen and Storm clearly love each other but sometimes words alone are not enough and you have to follow through with actions. I love the Hendersons and I love how through all the trials the family sticks together and calls each other out on their stuff. We got to see various couples and their love in action. Now, I don't know what's coming next for Marcus and possibly Syn, but I'm here for it. Quick read yet still satisfying.

It was so good getting a glimpse into one of my favorite fictional families. I loved that Storm finally had to deal with the possibility of what could if his storm raged out of control with the wrong person. The siblings were all interesting. Next to Storm, the stand-out characters were Jas and Chas' mannish tales and then those twins...smh. This novella moved swiftly and gave me just enough to keep me going until the next installment. I have to say I too was rolling with Marcus' comments about Syn at the fashion show. A challenge? ha Anyway, thanks to the author for another engaging read.

LOVED IT
This update on the Hendersons was great. Love when all the siblings get together and now the children are getting older and forming bonds as well. Can't have a Henderson occasion without a little drama. Storm and his lose lips have caught up to him and not in a good way. But he had to learn the hard way when Aspen showed him just how deep his words hurt. Definitely a humbling experience for him. With his family by his side Storm realized that he couldn't lose Aspen and did whatever necessary to right his wrong. I love them as a couple and was happy they were able to get through their issue. Can't wait to read Marcus's story.

Family...
There ain't nothing like a family that sticks together. They love each other and look out for each other. The Henderson family reminds me so of my own large family. We stick together. As with every other family, there are fall outs, misunderstanding and everything else but you have to be willing to work it out. Storm finally put his foot in his mouth one too many times and had to suffer the consequences of that. He's lucky he has a mild-mannered wife like Aspen. I was glad to see them back together and repairing their marriage. I was also happy to see WJ finally find the happiness he deserves and also with his soulmate Olivia.

WJ had a beautiful wedding!
Monica never let's me down. WJ and Olivia's wedding left me wanting nothing! Not to tell the story; but Storm was in really big trouble. It is not good to take people for granted. Grandma used to say " you don't miss your well until your water runs dry." I am happy Storm was able to get it together! I am happy for all the couples! Interwoven in the plot we found love scenes full of passion. And I can't wait to read about Marcus and Syn in a future book!!

Interwoven in the plot we found love scenes full of passion. And I can't wait to read about Marcus and Syn in a future book!!

The Henderson's ❤
More than anything I love how they love each other! Being an only child didn't allow me to experience sibling love and affection. But every since I stumbled upon this author and the Henderson family, I've been hooked like a fiend. I look forward to the next generation but I'm anxious to see Marcus step into his Henderson boots. I'm thankful that the author showed us that success doesn't always begin in the streets. Every single sibling worked hard and honestly for what they have. I recommend this book, and every other by this author, to EVERYONE!!!

Through A Storm
I absolutely loved this book! To see all of the couples up close and personal was amazing. Their interactions as married couples and with their children was wonderful.
Storm and Aspen have always intrigued me, so seeing how they worked through hurt, frustration and anger in their current situation and marriage was insightful. Relationships requires you putting in the work. Whether it’s with your siblings, friends, children, parents or spouses, it takes work!
Well done Author Monica Walters.

There's Nothing Better ThanFamily!
Monica, thank you for the updates. Storm really needed a life lesson, he took As pen for granted and as many of us women do in the name of love we forget ourselves and unless something happens to have us realize the importance of the issues at hand we suffer in silence until we break. Thank God As pen found her voice and Storm realized the gem he has.

Wow. Just wow! This is what I’ll need every quarter of the year! A nice little story about The Henderson’s! I laughed, I cried and I laughed again. This author and this family has really etched out a place in this readers heart and I cannot begin to express the joy I feel whenever I read a book by her and/or about this family. The whole time I’m reading this, all I could do was see it playing out on a movie screen. Bravo!

Loved it!!
It's always great to read about the Hendersons! Ole Storm finally went too far with that mouth of his. I'm glad that situation worked out for the best because despite his flaws I love Storm & don't like to see him hurting. I love the sister & brother hoods that formed with the spouses. I can't wait to learn more about Marcus, Mrs. Walters has a tendency to make me fall in love with the characters that seem to be the most hated.

Absolutely Amazing Read
The Henderson family will always stick together! Storm's mouth got him into serious trouble this time! Aspen definitely made him suffer, but he realized he was taking her for granted. As usual, the Henderson crew came through to help them both. Marcus is gone have to learn the hard way about relationships. Can't wait to see if we get a book about him and Syn. Great read as usual, Monica!

I thought Monica was about to be added to my show out on list, lol. The biggest mouth of all the wole family, finally let wrote a check that arse couldn't cash. Storm and Aspen was where it began with me. To see them go through this, I didn't like it. I think it was needed for them. Plus, glad they started disciplining those bad twins. It was good to catch up on all the Hendersons. Waiting on Marcus and Syn.
