We all do things we regret when we're young and stupid. At least, that's what Ethan tells himself to be able to look Kennedy in the eyes. He broke her heart, but that was years ago. She couldn't possibly still be harboring hatred, right?

Kennedy has a few months left of school before she can leave this place behind and never, ever look back. One of the few things standing between her and graduation is a project for an elective she forgot to take. There's just a minor problem: she's been assigned to partner with the only person on campus she can't stand the sight of.

On the bright side, his future lies in her hands. He's one failed grade away from getting kicked off the team. This is the perfect chance to get revenge, but in order for them to survive their senior year, they're going to have to find a way to work together.

Brittney has been an avid reader since she can remember. Her parents' form of punishment for her growing up was taking away her books and making her go outside to play. She was born and raised in Southern California, with a brief hiatus in Arizona. She loves the beach, exercising, sleeping in, and cookies. She is an obsessive dog lover, although her affection currently has no outlet. Something that she is planning on remedying soon. She and her husband currently reside in the Rocky Mountains exploring and hiking as much as possible.

i’m pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed this one considering how much i disliked ethan in the first book. plus who doesn’t love a good high school sweethearts + second chance romance!

If only….

Honestly when I stumbled upon this book I had no idea that I would literally be so engrossed in the book that I was out and still couldn’t put my iPad down. As an self proclaimed love guru lol, I am always nose deep in a romance novel and this book didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed to backstory between the pair and the mere fact that despite the hurt, love still prevailed. I enjoyed watching Ethan find himself and admitting his love. I also enjoyed that it was a clean romance that I could read guilt free with blushing in public 😂😂😂. I’m glad I bought this book to take out while I was going to dinner, it most certainly was my favorite companion of the evening.

Love for Pittsburgh

I’ve never heard of anyone loving the city of Pittsburgh like I do until I read this book. Now I’m convinced Brittney and I should be friends.

This book was okay. As someone who is dyslexic, I didn’t love how that was portrayed but it was fine.
