The History of the two Tibetan Buddhism forms of meditation is very interesting concept deriving ancient times. Down throughout the ages, this way of meditating has never wavered. The two are still practiced to this day in the original concept and with various modifications of meditation practices in the Western World. Both forms of each meditation practice will provide a benefit to the practitioner and their dedication to meditation. Mari Silva did a wonderful job researching and compiling an interesting and outstanding book.
