This was a tremendous follow up to the original. We follow Willard, who is now locked in an insane asylum for the rest of his life, as he continues to give in to his sexual urges. And he manipulates all the patients and medical staff around him to get the job done. So think of it like One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, but just with our main character having a fetish for having intercourse with a severed limb. Much like the first book, there is a ton of grossness in here, so reader beware. I liked the interactions Willard had with his psychiatrist, as it showed just how disturbed he was. The ending was a delight, as it was seemingly the culmination of Willard’s journey, but I believe there is a lot more to tell. So here’s hoping for at least one more story with our favorite resident killer, Willard, AKA The Acrotomophilia Maniac.

Another imaginative read

I honestly don't know how this author comes up with the storylines for her books. But this is the 2nd book in this series and it was just as good as the 1st. Willard is one deranged and twisted man that just can't help himself. But each time goes too far. I do love how this highlights the abuse that goes off in some of these places. Every day you hear about another case of abuse at some care place. In this generation it really needs to stop. If it wasn't for these patients good or bad, I'll or old. You wouldn't have a job. They basically pay your wage. Anyway rant over back to the read. But it was nice to see it acknowledged. In the first book we learned how Willard learnt of his Acrotomophilia and how it all began. This read shows how how even after being caught he still has these thoughts and cannot stop himself, much to the poor demise of fellow patients. But how does it end. Well you'll have to read to find out. Lots of blood and gore to full full our extreme horror. Definitely recommend.

WOW. This was only my second book by the author - my first being Acrotomophilia Maniac - and while that first book was pretty good, this sequel is FAR superior. Sick, twisted and FUBAR, I raced through this novella because I just had to know what happened next. It thoroughly held my attention and kept me rapt from start to finish. Sea Caummisar has one hell of a creative and royally f'ed up imagination - and I mean that as the highest compliment!
Can't wait to read more of her work.

This is a brilliant read.
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great suspense and found myself second guessing every thought I had continuously.
Can't wait to read what the author brings out next.

Willard’s story continues; even with him in a mental institute for criminally insane he still manages to live out a few more of his sexual fantasies.

In the mental hospital Willard is asked by the doctor did he love his wife? He answered he loved her amputated leg better. Willard still needs to live out his sick freaky sexual urges of humping, poking his dick in stumps and working the blood, juices to get him off. He will knock unconscious a patient use the glass from glasses, make a hole in the arm and use the hole for his pleasure. With no access to weapons he thinks of an ingenious plan to use a door to cut off a limb and now his life has purpose again. The incompetence of the hospital allows this before being caught carrying a limb down the hallway naked and spent, bloody but happy. The ending of using his own body is sickly poetic and following Willard's deranged journey of his fetish has been disturbingly entertaining.
