I thought this book was very accessible and enjoyable to read. It's offers a clear and succinct introduction to the theology of Martin Luther within the context of his life and times. Very helpful. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to get his/her feet wet in Lutheran thought.
Read this for my Luther class with Dr. Whitford in a Baylor class (Spring 2014). Assigned pp. 1-80, 128-48. I read pp. 107-27 later. Haven't read pp. 149-69 (Luther on the Jews) yet.
