Mr. Tall, Dark and Dangerous is blown over by one little Butterfly

Curvy Desire is the fourth book in the Raging Angels MC series and it is the story of Gunner and Mariposa. Gunner is the Road Captain of the Raging Angels. With things quiet at the moment Ranger, the clubs President, assigns Gunner a job. The club was contacted by Senator Torres to be the bodyguard of his young daughter, as she was receiving some stalker letters. Gunner may not be happy about being a "baby sitter" or a rich girl but he ends up doing a complete turnaround when he finally meets her. The young girl is not girl but a beautiful and curvy woman that he would like to explore. Mariposa is a firecracker who has grown up in her political family and knows how to perform. But she is a lot more than this, as she has a degree in English, volunteers at the local non-profit youth shelter and is about to put Gunner to the test. But there is still serious business and Gunner is determined to to keep Mariposa safe, no matter where they are. Mariposa is drawn to the big and sexy biker. They may only spend a few days together but they both feel right with each other....and then they discover just how right they are in the bedroom.

I was very entertained by this well written, fast-paced and engaging story. The story-line is a wickedly fun, OTT, insta-lust/love story with drama, danger, family, friends, heart, release, emotions and more. Both Gunner and Mariposa are lovable characters who fit together, even though they are wildly opposites. But together they find their family and the place where they belong..in each others arms.

Are you debating whether or not to read (Curvy Desire) Did you see the title and alternate between a hum-drum "not another (curvy girl romance) book" and an excited "ooohh, another (curvy girl romance) book!" ... Let me set your mind at ease. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! This is book is part of the Ragin Angels series why just read one when you can start at the beginning and keep reading through the series it won’t be a waste of time. Gunner sexy as all get out MC hired to protect a senator’s daughter due to getting threatening letter, assuming she is your typical spoiled rich girl who will create a type of problems and he couldn’t have been more wrong. Mariposa intelligent, curvy, sassy, feisty, misunderstood for the most part and used/hurt by her parents to make themselves look good in public eye. Mira has parents that are constantly putting her down and finding fault with everything she does in and with her life nothing is ever good enough. Once Gunner sees who he will be protecting teaching her to open her eyes and believe in herself and everything she can accomplish. The chemistry is insanely intense and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored will she learn to stand up to her parents, will her life change, who is sending the letters are they for her or her father, and can they find happiness?

Cute short story of a young woman being stalked and her father the Senator is only worried about his career and her mother is not any better while belittling her daughter. But Senator Torres doesn't want a scandal to tarnish his campaign so he hires a different kind of Security the Raging Angels member Gunner since he is not on the road for a while is assigned by the club President to handle the situation. When Gunner arrives he believes that he is babysitting a young girl but he gets an eye full of a grown woman and she is beautiful and curvy and everything Gunner could want even though he knows he shouldn't he cannot help himself and it seems Mariposa or Mari as she likes to be called is not a posed to his attentions since he is as handsome a man as she has ever seen but she has a career of her own and she loves working at the Sanctuary with the young girls what she didn't know was that Gunner was very familiar with the Sanctuary, but there is no way she was going to let a stalker keep her from living her life. Gunner realizes that her family cares more about themselves than their daughter and she is dying to be accepted for herself. A very interesting storyline as well as the characters. Drama, suspense, danger, freedom, and love. I read an ARC via BookFunnel without obligation. I am volunteering an honest review.

Gunner is a member of the Raging Angels MC and he is being sent over to be Mari’s bodyguard. Not your typical security person. He thinks he will be babysitting a rich kid. But then he sees Mari - she is gorgeous, curvy, intelligent, caring, compassionate and he is ready to protect her. Gunner is not going to let anything happen to her. They are attracted to each other. Callie is nothing like her parents - she actually cares about people. Gunner is big, sexy, muscles galore, tats, and so-o-o hot! But he also is patient, encouraging, flirty, funny, tender and loving. Gunner is spending more and more time with Mari. What will happen after the job is over? Two very different social classes can they make it work? They have steam and sizzle. There is drama, attraction, lusty passion, and maybe something so much more. Characters are actually magical together - they clicked from the get go! Amazing read!

Gunner gets hired to protect/ babysit a woman, and he's not happy about it when he gets his assignment. The senator wants someone to protect his daughter regardless of how he has to go about it. Mariposa isn't some spoilt teenager, though. She's a curvy, full-grown woman. Once he starts protecting her, he finds out just how little her parents actually care for her. Danger is coming for her, finds her, and her parents are more worried about what other people will say. They don't even ask if she is okay before trying to put a PR spin on what just happened to her... Gunner protects his woman from more than just danger...

Gunner getting his story was nice. I don't know why I pictured him so differently from the other books' descriptions. I enjoyed this book. That butterfly scene... chef's kiss.
There wasn't anything about Stone's shooting in this one, though. Was it resolved?

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Gunner is grumbly about the job he is given but he plans to follow thru. Imagine his surprise to find that the daughter he was guarding was nothing like he imagined. Their connection and attraction is instant regardless of their differences. His feelings for Mariposa grow from surprise to pride as he gets to know her. I liked that Gunner never thought twice about being around her in his cut. He never even thought to be someone else around her and her willingness to do the same connected them. He made her feel safe, important and wanted They both had good hearts, smart minds and passionate souls. The MC was right where she belonged. I have enjoyed the stories in the Raging Angels MC series. They are fast paced with alpha men and the strong women who own their hearts. Great for a short read

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fourth book in the Raging Angels Mc series. In this book, Gunner is hired as a bodyguard for the senator's daughter after she gets threatening letters. Gunner is not happy about his new job as a babysitter, until he sees Mari. Gunner is shocked at how beautiful she is and he knows he wants her to be his. When Gunner gets to know Mari, he is more and more attracted to her. Mari wants to be her own person and work with kids, but she has to be perfect for the campaign and always behave and do as she is told, even though she is a grown woman. Gunner hates how her parents treat her and he wants to show her just how beautiful she is. I liked this book. I like Gunner and thought he really cared about Mari and thought she was amazing. I like how Gunner showed Mari parts of his past and connected with the kids. Another great one in this series.

This is a great addition to the “Raging Angels MC Series.” This is a fast paced, short easy read, with drama, emotional abuse, threatening letters and instant attraction.

The Raging Angels have been hired by Senator Torres as a bodyguard for his daughter. Someone has been sending his daughter Mari threatening letters. Ranger calls in Gunner for the assignment. Gunner thinks that Mari is some rich spoiled brat but she none other than a curvy sexy beautiful woman; she has a college degree and volunteers at the Sanctuary a local non-profit organization that is there for young teens. Mari parents to me are abusive emotionally. When Gunner sees Mari there is an instant attraction and the two embark on a shopping adventure that leads them to Sanctuary. In a short-time the two become more than friends.

Will Gunner find who is responsible for the threatening notes, will Mari stand up to parents with the help of Gunner, will the get their HEA?

Cruz and Liz Fox, we are treated to the steamy, sweet and opposites attract romance of biker Gunner and daughter-of-a-Senator Mariposa. When Mari starts receiving threatening letters, her father looks to the Raging Angels MC for personal security. Gunner is assigned the detail and is expecting to be the babysitter to a bratty teenager rather than a bodyguard. He is surprised to find out his charge is a beautiful, curvy college graduate with a penchant for volunteering at a nearby shelter for underprivileged youth. Gunner and Mari are instantly attracted to one another and despite their differences in social class, these two opposites are perfect for one another with their explosive chemistry and engaging banter. This is another entertaining read in this fabulous series!

With the MC branching into security work, Gunner is sent to look after Mariposa, the daughter of a senator.
This was really great. Firstly the chemistry and dynamic between Gunner and Mari as she liked to be called was just so hot and seductive. Gunner was all alpha but caring and protective. Mari had her family and body issues but Gunner just melted that stress away because he didn't care about that. He saw her as she was abs she was enough for him. I love that in a man and wished more guys were like that.
Secondly this was so well written but I expect nothing less from these authors. The mystery behind the plot was great and didn't overtake the story. Plus there was some wonderful breathtaking moments thrown in also. Fantastic book that had it all!!

This is book number 4 in the Raging Angels MC series and focuses on Gunner and Mari. Gunner is assigned to watch over and protect Mari, who is the senators daughter, after she gained a stalker. When he initially finds out about the assignment, Gunner was not happy at all but once he sees Mari for the first time he has a quick change of mind. The more time they spend together, the more he sees Mari for the great person she is and not who he perceived her to be based on her family. I loved how great Gunner was with Mari and how great he built up her confidence that her family continuously tore down. I absolutely loved this story! It was such a great addition to the series and I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Gunner is a member of the Raging Angels MC.  He has been tasked with protecting a senator’s daughter from a potential stalker. He is not happy about this assignment until he meets her. Mariposa is the senator’s daughter. She is smart, sassy, and full of compassion.  She is put down by her father and body shamed by her mother. Can Gunner convince Mariposa just how special she is?

Another fun and even encouraging read from Cruz and Fox. Loved seeing Mariposa blossom in this story.  What a fitting name for her.  With the care and encouragement from Gunner, she realized her worth.  Gunner is the ultimate growly alpha male with a heart of gold.

Another awesome Raging Angels romance! I LOVED Gunner and Mariposa! Gunner is a biker with only the MC for family. Mariposa is the daughter of a senator. They are from two different worlds but totally meant to be together.

When Mari begins receiving threats, her father hired Gunner to keep her safe. As soon as he meets her, Gunner knows he would keep her safe forever. These two are sweet and steamy together. I loved the scene at a luncheon where her mom was cutting her down and Gunner made her feel so much better about herself! I also really loved his use of “butterfly” as a nickname and in other ways that were really sweet.

I really liked this short MC lite story. It was entertaining and enjoyable even though Mari's parents were real jerks. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Gunner wasn't happy with the assignment that Ranger gave him. Babysitting a Senator's daughter wasn't Gunner's idea of a good time and he wasn't looking forward to protecting some teenager. Once he met Mari he quickly changed his mind. Mari was pleasantly surprised by her new bodyguard. Gunner and Mari didn't seem like they should fit, but they totally did. I liked their happy ever after. I do wish there was an epilogue further out but I still liked how it ended. I recommend reading this book.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Curvy desire is the fourth book in the ‘’raging angels MC’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Gunner is a biker that is a part of the raging angels MC. When he is tasked with guarding the senator’s daughter, he doesn’t expect to fall for her.
The chemistry between Gunner and Mariposa is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Gunner is given the task of guarding the senators daughter because she is receiving stalkish mail delivered directly to the house.
Unbeknown to him, the daughter is a curvy beautiful woman.
Miraposa (Mira) has parents that are constantly putting her down and finding fault with everything she does in and with her life.
Gunner teaches her to open her eyes and believe in herself and everything she can accomplish.
This is a great short read and looking forward to the next story.

The last thing Gunner wants to do is babysit some Senator’s spoiled daughter. First he is surprised that she is not younger and second is she gets his blood pumping. He is starting wonder if there is more to this beauty than meets the eye.

Gunner is just what Mariposa needed, someone to see her and for her not to be just an extension of her father. This is the fourth book in the Raging Angels MC series. There are some steamy scenes between Gunner and Mariposa. This writing duo never disappoints with their interwoven series involving the same cast of characters but can be read as standalones.

Lots of butterflies.
Wonderful story. Gunner is hired to protect the senators daughter, Mari. He expects a spoiled little rich girl but he gets a gorgeous curvy goddess. His mission just changed, now it’s to make her his. Forever. Mari is not what everyone thinks she is. She’s not a spoiled girl. She works part time helping troubled teens and loves the work she does for them. But she’s in danger and Gunner’s task was to protect her. Can she prove to him that she’s not what he thinks? Come to the gala and watch the fireworks.

What a great love story

I've been waiting for Gunner's story, it was so good getting a glimpse of his past. Mari was a senator's daughter who was getting threatening letters. Her father asked the President of the MC for help protecting his daughter. Gunner wasn't happy about it but changed his mind when he met her. Her parents were less than be desired the way they treated her, her mother especially. Gunner kept her safe while falling in love with her. Read how everything goes down with her stalker and her feelings. I enjoyed the book a lot and hope you will as well. Written by Cindy :)

Loved this

Loved this fourth book of the series. Gunner takes on the role of bodyguard but finds much more which is Mariposa the senators daughter. Mariposa thought her dad would getting more of a standard bodyguard not a biker but she likes it no she likes him.
Gunner doesn’t like the way her family treat her and is used especially at election time but he shows her what it is like to be free and after an incident at the gala Mariposa asks Gunner to take her home but not the one which is her parents but to his home. Gunner is so proud of Mariposa and that now she belongs to him his old lady.

Mariposa, a senators daughter, is receiving threats so he hires Gunner from the Raging Angels MC to protect her. Gunner is surprised to find a woman in front of him and the fireworks take off with these two. She is into helping and protecting kids in need and he is into protecting her for always. The characters are heartwarming and strong. The storyline has drama, danger, great banter, sweet kids and steamy times. Loved how they found the right mix to be together and trust each other when bad situations happened. Well done.

Going through a quiet period Ranger arranges for Gunner to be a bodyguard to a senator's daughter. To his surprise she's not what he was expecting! Having Gunner as a bodyguard isn't going to be a hardship, he's HAWT and he really sees her!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this engaging entertaining and compelling story! The story is well written, fast paced, with great characters and a captivating plot! Told from dual POVs reveals intimately their thoughts feelings and emotions as they explore their relationship and find a way to be together. There's an epilogue and a HEA

Like all of this series, this book was enjoyable to read. There is the hero, Gunner, who rides with the Raging Angels MC and he has been asked to protect Mariposa Torres, the senators daughter. It seems someone believes she belongs to them. So when Gunner spends time with Mari, he realised that she is not like he thought and they fall for each other. It’s a cute romance with a hint of danger, but it ends really sweet. It’s a good way to relax and enjoy the characters and the element of danger.

Butterfly

Hot and sweet story! Sexy road captain of an MC, Gunner, is hired to protect a senator’s daughter from threatening letters. Sultry and curvy Mariposa is just trying to live her best life despite the ridicule she gets from her parents. The sparks are big and bright between them, drawing them closer to each other as the danger gets closer. Love and passion blaze so high with these two! Great story!

I thought that this was a an awesome book. I really liked Mari and Gunner together. The connection and the chemistry between these two was great. Gunner was only sent to protect Mari from the bad guys but now Gunner is going to do a whole lot more than just protect her. I loved the "chicken" they played while shopping; talk about building the tension. I can't wait to see what happens next. I would recommend this book, this series, and these two awesome authors.

A politician's daughter has a stalker to which her father hires a member of a local MC group to guard her. The moment they saw each other there was instant attraction. The parents really did not care about the daughter only how the incident would look on the campaign. Enjoy this wonderful story as they navigate a sticky trail of trying to please her parents, when nothing she ever did was good enough for them.

I read Curvy Desire by C.L. Cruz and Liz Fox and I was hooked at the first page. Senator Torres wants his daughter, Mariposa to have protection detail following threats from a stalker. Gunner is not thrilled to be protecting some rich politician's spoiled daughter. Gunner soon learns Mariposa is not the spoiled princess he expected and he intends to claim her as his own. Mariposa and Gunner have some major chemistry and its off the charts hot. Its book 4 in the Raging Angels MC but can be read on by itself. Definitely recommend!

A change in life is always good!

A change in life is always good! This is about Gunner and Mariposa. He was objecting to the idea of babysitting without knowing that this was no kid, but an adult woman. Mariposa is the senator’s daughter and has been receiving threatening notes, so the senator is just saving himself before the election by making sure someone is with her at all times, well the attraction between the two is something else. This is a short story but a wonderful one as a new life is seek and gained at the end.
