If you’ve been waiting until you are thinner or prettier to start living your real life … If you’re ready to get off the hamster wheel of dieting and finally find a real, sustainable, healthy balance …
Then you’re in the right place.
Food is not just what goes on your plate. It’s about how you nurture and nourish your soul,
filling your energetic cup with things that bring you pleasure and joy. When we start to listen to what we’re truly hungry for and feed the real cravings beneath, the rest of the pieces naturally fall into place.

From this reader’s perspective: Why this book is disappointing.
I was very influenced by the social media ads to buy this book. I felt the author heard me, could relate to me, and maybe unlock the secrets to healthy habits (let’s not call it a diet, now).
While the book was indeed affirming, it taught me nothing I didn’t already know. No “aha” moments for this reader. Instead, I grew frustrated at the circular affirmations and platitudes that cover almost the first half of this book before getting to the essence of her messages: which are intuitive and not ground-breaking.
Maybe that’s the point: maybe none of the “revelations” are supposed to be that. Instead, they are what we already know to be true. And yet, I couldn’t help feeling like I was reading a 175 advertorial for a product, when all I really want to know is the price and the ingredients. Do you know those sites I’m talking about? Scroll scroll scroll through promises, affirmations and testimonials, hopelessly looking for the “buy now” button. But, in this case, the button is “all the answers are inside of yourself. Love yourself and everything else falls into place”.
Meh. I don’t discount the value for perhaps someone who hasn’t done a great deal of self-exploration before. For me, it just seemed a bit trite. The exercises were (sometimes) interesting, especially the writing exercises. But, sadly, I feel no more enlightened on the last page than I did when I started the book.
I recommend all women should read this book. It is insightful and wise and also beautifully written with so much love and sincerely. Thank you Anna for shining your Light you really are a beacon for us all X
Loved this book.I'm fascinated with nutrition and how the body works. Totally enthralled from the first page and will be recommending to anyone who will listen to me!!! I have this on my kindle but I now want a hard copy.
As a Health Coach, currently in school, I love everything about this book. Give yourself permission to read this book and learn to love and nourish yourself.
I enjoyed this book and the refreshing approach it had to the world of dieting. I've never been a fan of diets and never will. I'm learning to love myself and this book has been a genuinely important step on that journey. Definitely one to read again.
