As of chapter 20 -

The book started out pretty good but then went in a direction that just isn't my cup of tea. There included things such as humans vs gods (various religions), chimeras (human experimentation), reincarnated gf (Inuyasha anyone? (honey trap?). Don't ask me why, but this story kinda reminded me/similar vibes of Full Metal Alchemist a little bit. That one also got too dark/twisted/political towards the finale for me and ended up dropped. So, if your okay with those kind of things then give this book a shot. I will however miss the beautiful artwork. 😢 The clothing was gorgeous (maids' ruffles/formal wear). It totally reminded me of Trash of the Count's Family and how I looked forward to each of Cales new outfits.

This one dropped off hard.
I quite enjoyed this manhwa for the most part (3 stars) but it dropped off hard one the art changed- and not because I didn't like the new art (I did! It looks nice- just not the same style) but because of the writing; it takes a blander tone and is more serious overall (2 stars).

For context I read up till chapter 153 (clearly I found it interesting enough lol) and I found the beginning to be quite entertaining (cute, funny- a casual read) but this is not one I find myself going back to. :(

If I hear that it gets better I might pick it back up, but there is plenty of other great manhwas to read that have a similar premise.

3.5 Stars for now but this one is promising actually. The story's a little cliché, okay not a little but hey, it might have similar plotline with "Magicians transmigrate/reborn/returns into blah blah plot" but this might turn out good. I'm so far liking this one pluuuus the art is good.
