The Elementals of Sacred Lake: The Hole of the Undead

A mighty problem jeopardizes the underground putting everything in danger as threats from the past haunt The Elementals. In order to protect the underground, Melody and her companions must embark on their most daunting quest yet, removing the dark crystal from the alter. Only this perilous journey takes them to the City of Illusions inflicting pain and hallucinations on the Elementals. Will they be torn apart and risk becoming corrupted as they struggle to fight against these dangera?
The third installment of The Elementals of Sacred Lake by Michele Skaggs did not disappoint. The evolution of the series has been wonderfully done. As the reader, we've been able to see the characters grow and stumble through the ups and downs of juggling personal lives with that of being an elemental. I've enjoyed the side storyline and seeing how everything intertwines.
Skaggs is a creative writer who paints a world filled with mystery and intrigue. Her descriptive writing hits it out of the park. I’m looking forward to joining this crew on the rest of their journeys.
