It seems too good to be true when realtor John Benedict finally manages to sell the lakeside property that has been on his books for too long. Are the buyers, Cameron and Morgan Fossberg, as genuine as they appear? It isn't long before life changes for the Benedict family. Rumors of a mystery at Point Black quickly turn into a nightmare.
Starts out fairly well, set in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. It seems to be a horror-mystery novel. But the second half of the novel degenerates into a silly caper with inserted religious messages. The last 30 or so pages have spelling and grammatical errors, as though the author typed overnight without editing.
