The Road to Resilience by Adam Przytula is a Self-Help book and it's full name is "Road to Resilience: Arm Yourself For Life's Challenges and Learn How to Bounce Back" and the book lives up to its name.

The book doesn't talk about any unachievable and the things that are talked about in many other Self-Help books which seems quite interesting to read but when it comes to execution we don't do it because it's not that easy. But in this book the things mentioned are at ground level it talks about self-esteem, stress management, self-awareness and many other topics and it tells us how all these things will come handy in times of trouble, when we need to fight back.

The author's own story written down, makes the book relatable and at some points you may feel like it's your story too. It looks upon the point on how a small incident in one's life can have a bigger impact on him. The language is simple and when you read it, it feels like the author is talking to you at that point. The Try This sections are best.

It is a must read book for everyone, because there's no harm in making yourself better everyday.

This book gives a brilliant perspective into relational, emotional and personal well-being, and Adam has been able to interweave his personal experience in a way that is not only relatable, but essential to how the book portrays mental health, and the spectrum to which we move along throughout our lives. A great book to have in hand when struggling, or even just wanting to boost your wellbeing on any given day, also a great recommendation to give to any friend, no matter their taste in books.
