Founded in scripture, a laid-out plan, example marriages (told in a story form, so for those who don't like dialogue, those sections will annoy you), and no sex-shaming (that is, giving excruciating detail about diseases and fornication). There are also study questions, and the plan isn't rigid; it can be customized to adhere to different lifestyles/tastes.
