✨ The Seven Deadly Sins Omnibus 5 — Nakaba Suzuki ✨
Okay this one felt like everything was escalating 😭✨ The Sins are coming together more, but so are the threats against them. We start seeing just how powerful the enemies really are, and the story gets darker with more intense confrontations and reveals.
The balance between humor and chaos is still there, but you can feel that shift into something more serious… like we’re heading into BIG things 👀📖
🌙 Triggers/Tags: fantasy violence, dark magic, intense battles, mild gore, emotional themes, peril, power struggles
Volume 13: Okay I take back what I said in the last volume's review. Elizabeth is not entirely useless. Without her the Sins wouldn't have been able to defeat Hendrickson.
But the story can't be over yet! We're still missing Pride!
This is kind of all over the place, the final to the first arc of the story was spectacular. Then he goes into celebrating the Sins being redeemed by the king and weird stuff with calling the pig master, for some unknown reason, it literally came out of nowhere.
But there are some great moments in this like the ten commandments, Ban and King going off to the fairy world and new threats arising. It's cool I just think narratively, it could be neatened up.
