Hold You is an illustrated children's book by Craig Lucie and Nai Saechao and is the story of one father's nostalgic storytelling of his daughter's endearing phrase that was just too cute to correct. It's a sweet story that highlights the first few moments of what it's like being a parent. When something as innocent as 'Hold You' instead of Hold Me' can have a such a powerful and emotional impact on a parent or guardian. Sometimes, correcting your child is a part of growing up, but there's a time to correct and a time to enjoy and live in the moment. When you are a parent, the first few years go by in a blur and it's the happy memories that will live forever.
It's a great book to gift to your children, nieces/nephews or grandchildren aged 0-7 because the beautiful illustrations will keep the younger ones engaged, while the easy to read and understand story will help beginner readers!

What an absolutely delightful joy to read book. Lucie captures the sentiment of every parent who struggles with finding joy in their growing babies while also being sad their babies are growing. All parents can sympathize with not wanting to correct their kids saying something the wrong way because it’s just too cute! All ages and all demographics will find comfort in this story with adorable illustrations. my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this read and We would recommend it for every littles collection! 💕
