This book is very comprehensive on the subject of improving your sleep. The author has covered all the bases and provides many opportunities for the reader to take action. In each chapter, the author gives us a personal example that shows we are not alone in having sleep problems. The author also offers bonus material, which I have always liked. I read the book now; I plan to take action on some of the topics he covered.
