The best laid plans can still go awry…in the most terrifying way.

Shanice Lawrence is hiding, but she soon learns that everything she’s been told has been a lie. After she and Cruz finally reunite, she’s happy and content in the life they’ve built together. A normal life, far from the turmoil of the past. But then the unthinkable happens, and she’s thrust into a nightmare she didn’t see coming.

When Cruz Cordoba finds Shanice alive, he vows to never leave her again, and for a while, life is good—a far cry from the violence and chaos he’s used to as a Plan B assassin. Unfortunately, a deadly force won’t leave the couple alone.

In the end, Cruz has no choice. Kill, or be killed.

This is Part 2 of 2 and should only be read after reading Part 1, Until Now.

This suspenseful romantic thrilling rollercoaster ride is a great follow-up to Plan B Book 1. The reunion between Cruz and Shanice was quite sensual and emotional. I was CAUGHT UP in the cast of characters and the action surrounding them throughout. Sadly, I wasn't expecting more questions than answers after reading the second novel. The person(s) behind this whole elaborate scheme is still UNKNOWN. Who set all this up and why?!! There MUST be another novel coming because the mystery surrounding Cruz, Shanice, their family and circle of friends has yet to be resolved. What's next for all involved in this ENGAGING storyline.

The conclusion to Cruz and Shanice’s action packed love story. Superb storyline. Exciting from beginning to end. Kept on the edge of my seat.

Thank goodness part 2 was already out I don’t know how others were able to wait to see what happened. Part 2 was one my quickest purchases in history!

Highly highly highly recommended.

Fast-paced and full of action, and of course, romance, hot and steamy romance. Shanice and Cruz burn up the pages because of the endearing love. The entire book is an adrenaline ride due to the enemies who tried to keep these two apart. Cruz does everything he can to keep his family safe, I mean, above and beyond.

Great Read! But then I always enjoy reading this author's work!

Until Death book2

Cruz is the man. I was so happy when Cruz found Shanice and I think Nancy should have at lease gotten popped upside the head. Randall died as he lived. I still don't trust Miles.

Wow!

Hard hitting, high suspense drama from the first page straight on through to the end. I am so glad I got to learn the truth about Shanice who was killed when Cruz's home was blown up in Islamorado. Struggling to make sense of what had taken place, Cruz began his own investigation and here is where this story takes off in a run. So much action is packed in this story that I was conflicted by it coming to an end!!! Cruz and Shanice 's story may not be at end however you have to go through some really great plot twists and dangerous missions to find out. I did and I enjoyed every line, every obstacle they had to overcome and finally how everything came so seamlessly together at the end! If you don't have this book, get it immediately and you too won't be able to put it down until the very end. At least that is what happened to me. Once I cracked the cover on this book I read straight through only stopping to grab dinner that I ate as I continued to read!!!! Delaney, another number one Best Seller in this story. Thank you for giving us closure where Shanice is concerned!!!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this story!

Until Death is book two in the Plan B series. It picks up a little while after Until Now left off so it’s important to read that book first. Cruz Cordoba is an emotional wreck, understandably so, and he won’t stop until he finds out what happened to Shanice. In the midst of everything, he remains focused. Shanice Lawrence is trying to put the pieces of her life back together. I realized pretty quickly that things were not what they seemed. Shanice and Cruz have both been deceived, but why?

Shanice and Cruz reunite and once they get past the initial shock of seeing each other, their physical explosiveness takes over as if they were never apart. Eventually there is conflict, which is in line with the suspenseful theme and keeps things interesting. Cruz will protect his family at all costs, and exudes sex appeal while doing so. Shanice kicks in as well when she needs to.

Ms. Diamond does not disappoint in her first romantic suspense series. There is plenty of action, drama and physical heat. I highly recommend the Plan B series and look forward to what’s next. See complete review at Romanceincolor.com

Fun Conclusion

This book was hard to review. There was a lot I liked about this story but it was lacking a little for me. I liked that the cliffhanger was resolved fairly early in the book. I liked checking back in with everyone and seeing the progression of relationships and I loved the action at the end. I didn’t love the middle, it seemed to slow the pace down. Normally I love just seeing couples enjoying their lives and it did make me happy to see it, but it just seemed to slow things down where it was placed in the story. I also think my own hopes built things up, I feel like there were so many things I didn’t get answers to, like who gave Randall the information? What’s up with Nancy and the things we learn about her?

Although I wanted more mystery and suspense I still really enjoyed this story and recommend it!

I enjoyed Book 1, but Book 2 didn’t land as well for me. Cruz is still the steady, protective hero I liked, but Shanice’s character changes in ways that are frustrating. She knows who Cruz is and how he feels, yet she pushes his limits in a way that feels out of character. I like conflict in romance, but I want to see growth come from it, not just drama for drama's sake. I don’t expect Shanice to back down from everything, but I wanted more maturity and better communication between them. The suspense and action are stronger here than in the first book, which kept me turning pages, but I struggled to stay invested in the romance. For me, the sequel is a 3-star read, entertaining but flawed.

If you read the synopsis for Book 2 then you already know what I suspected at the end of the first book. They’re alive.

This author gets extra points for NOT having the lovers separated for years and years. They’re reunited and it’s lovely and sexy to behold. Other familiar faces also return and I was happy that they were safe.

Of course, mayhem returns to raise its ugly head after something sacred has been stolen. It must be returned—at all costs.

Cruz sends a perfectly in tune message as in you don’t want none of this—I promise you! Now he’s forced to look at those surrounding him because there is an enemy in his midst that must be extinguished.

Highly, highly Recommended: Read It!

I really like the characters of Cruz and Shanice, but wish they had received a more definitive ending to their portion of this series. This book felt like it ended abruptly, with too many of the protagonists' important conversations taking place off the page. Matters that led to protracted disagreements were wrapped up in a few paragraphs on the penultimate page, leaving me wishing that we'd received more showing and less telling. I don't necessarily disagree with the logic behind the choices that they made but do feel cheated out of witnessing them making those choices.

I am excited for a book that centers on Raheem and am looking forward to when that one comes out.

You better ask about Promises...

Wow! Where can I find a man like Cordova. A man who keeps his word at all costs. The second part I anticipated with so much angst and I thought I was ready, but honey, honestly; this was something else. In this segment Cordova was looking for his love, and things were not adding up. What I expected was drama and a little mayhem, but the way Cordova made sure he left no stones upright in the search for his soul mate, whew chile! The tale was swoon worthy. I promise, you will enjoy part two.

Until Death is a gripping and emotional rollercoaster that blends romance, suspense, and intense chemistry in all the right ways. Delaney Diamond delivers a fast-paced story with well-drawn characters and a love story that feels both passionate and mature. The twists and turns keep you hooked, but it’s the deep connection between the leads that really stands out. If you enjoy second chances, secrets, and a bit of danger wrapped in a steamy love story, this one’s definitely worth the read. It’s the kind of book you finish in one sitting and then immediately recommend to a friend.

This was a continuation of Until Now and I really enjoyed Cruz and Shanice’s story. I must admit that I was a bit annoyed with Cruz regarding Shanice’s desire to work. I felt like she was way more accepting of him and his passions about his career but he was not so flexible. His attitude ticked me off and I wasn’t feeling him after that. Anyway, these books provided background on the Cordova Agency which is mentioned in a bunch of the author’s books. I really loved that.

Emotionally Charged Action Packed Adventure

Cruz and Shanice’s love got them through some really tough situations where people wanted them dead. Cruz is a fearless warrior.out to protect his family. This book was action packed and filled with love. Kudos to Delaney Diamond on another awesome book. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for The Plan B and the Cordoba Agency.

I love this book a great book to follow Until Now which I recommend reading before this one because this one is nonstop action. Shanice thought Cruz was dead and he thought she was dead until they find out they are both alive and she has his son. They think the bad is behind them until Logan who is in prison hires someone to kidnap their son and Cruz has to get him back. Cruz shows he will not let anything stop getting his son back and his family safe. 5 Stars

Sensational✍🏾

This author is incredible at the scene descriptions. Sometimes the scenes are so real that I look at the television. I have officially become a romantic suspense enthusiast. The author described the scene that "Cruz" fought three men to get free. It was like watching a movie when he gave the sign to destroy the place and "Cruz" walked outside after the blast and "Shanice" watched teary eyed.

Good read

I'm conflicted about book 2. I read book 3 first and it was on fire. Then I read book 1 and it was good but not the same intensity. I hated the unfinished abrupt ending , like a "to be continued". Now I understand why. Book 2 is just the conclusion of book 1. I don't appreciate that. Story just ok for me.

whew

This turning out to be a good series. So Cruz killing of Randall Logan’s son made Logan want revenge. It didn’t matter that he was a murder himself. Cruz was only trying to save his now wife Shanice. Logan platted from jail to ruin Cruz’s life. So he kidnapped his and Shanice son. Only thing do go as planned.

Loved it

This story reminds me of a great love story with military operations. The love and danger they are in leaves me in awe. Everyone should have a man like this. Their child being kidnapped and Cruz set out to find them. There are always wicked people in the world. This is definitely a good book to read and the words just flow of the page. On to the next story.

This love story from the beginning shattered you and put you back together piece by piece, then this devastating act of stupidty had me rolling overing in my grave. The act of vengence will tend to get the people you send out for retrobution out killed and possibly yourself in the end, especially when you were wrong for a preceived slight.

They had a huge emtional loss when Cruz and Shanice were told the other was dead. Then Cruz discovered they had been lied to and he went to find Shanice. They started over, had a family, he ran a successful business, and then his past bulldozed into his life. Now they need to work even harder to solve their problem and live a fulfilled life together.

Nice sequel

It's very satisfying when a sequel is as good as the original. The story of Shanked and Cruz continues in a way that extends their adventure together and brings them closer to realizing their dreams despite the threats they face. Really enjoyed this.

Fantastic conclusion!

This was a fantastic conclusion to Shanice and Cruz’s story. While I don’t usually enjoy cliffhangers being able to read this book immediately after finishing Until Now made this book all the better. Little Alex was really a star!
