I’m always looking for new ideas for self-care. My favorite things to do are movement, especially dancing and spinning, and also daily meditation. I try to do it after my workout to seal my practice and also before bed to help my sleep.
This book has been invaluable for giving me other ideas. Self-care has a much wider scope than I realized. I love the small size of the book, which makes it portable, and I also think it would make a thoughtful gift!
