Like this story slightly better than the first book, but I have to rank it lower because at the epilogue of Arazhi it basically already tells us how this book is going to end.
It eliminates the element of surprise and all the suspension is gone.

Such a great alien romance series with each book layering and unraveling the world plot as you go. Definitely read from the beginning with book 1. Blue blobs of alien gelatin that forms the perfect mate! Loving the series.
My only complaint is that this particular romance didn't feel complete. It felt like it cut off before things were resolved with Lora and Zhiruto. I get that it stopped where it did so as not to spoil the plot of book 3 but it left this book feeling stunted and unsatisfying for an ending.
I'll continue onto book 3 to reserve my thoughts on if it redeems how book 2 ends/ gives enough information about Lora and Zhiruto for closure. Perhaps, the two girls talk to each other and it all feels more complete then. We'll see.

Tasmin Ley perfectly captures the essence of this book. It's indeed a thrilling and captivating addition to the series, with a skillful blend of imaginative world-building and engaging romance and intrigue. The well-developed characters and the plot's twists and surprises ensure that readers will be hooked and eager to delve into this sci-fi romance adventure. Denn diese Auktion sollte von der menschlichen Seite aus nur Dates zum Spenden für Tiere sein bis irgendwer die Aliens ermordet. Lora war auch bei der Spendengala, doch sofort wechselt sie in ihren Beruf als Polizistin und begibt sich mit Zhiruto auf die Suche nach dem Attentäter. Dabei kommen sie sich näher,doch es wird turbulent auch wenn Lora der Anziehungskraft des großen blauen Alienkriegers widerstehen will.

Zwei unglaubliche Protagonisten, sie sind authentisch beschrieben, ihre Handlungen sind klar nachvollziehbar und man kann sich sehr gut in die jeweilige Person hineinversetzen.
Das Setting ist unglaublich gut beschrieben, es erscheinen sofort Bilder vor Augen beim Lesen.
Dies ist nun der zweite Teil der Reihe und auch dieser hat mich von der ersten Seite an sofort abgeholt. Ich war wieder mitten im Geschehen und habe mit beiden mitgefiebert. Die Autorin schafft es einen mit ihren Worten abtauchen zulassen und alles um sich herum zu vergessen, unglaublich.
Beide sind auf der Suche nach einem Attentäter und man spürt ganz deutlich, dass zwischen den beiden weitaus mehr ist. Sie gehen ein Gefährtenbund ein und dann geschieht es, sie werden von Agenten gefangen und nun soll auch sie als Sklavin verkauft werden. Dieses Schicksal trifft einige Frauen. Durch einen Kampf ist Lora verletzt und Zhiruto kann mit ihr entkommen.
Alles wäre so schön, wenn da nicht Zhiruto sie zurück zur Erde schicken würde und sie sich selber eingestehen würde, dass sie durchaus mehr für ihn empfindet.
Ob die beiden noch eine Chance bekommen und endlich miteinander reden, wird man auf der Hochzeit herausfinden.
Ich hatte unglaubliche Lesestunden und bin schon sehr auf den nächsten Teil gespannt.
Eine ganz klare Kauf-Leseempfehlung.

Suspense, Action & Steam
Zhiruto runs concurrently with Arazhi, the first book in the Kirenai Fated Mates series. So for the best comprehension of the story line, I recommend you read Arazhi first.
Lora is a local police officer who naturally works with Zhiruto, the Prince’s bodyguard, when many of the Kirenai dissolve into blue goo. I enthusiastically recommend this series for the clever plot and the sweet love stories. Oh, and for the dog Pepper, too! Watching Zhiruto interact with a dog for the first time is a hoot! Five stars all around!

Zhiruto is book 2 of 3 in the Tamsin Ley series Kirenai Fated Mates that falls within a multi-author series Intergalactic Dating Agency. All of the authors' book series will be standalone, so I think it's safe to start with any author. This particular set would be best read in order, though you can start here without losing too much. The book is written in third person omniscient from both leads' point of view (alternating).
This is an alien shapeshifter romance with an interesting twist. The book follows the first one but the main characters are the original's friends left behind on earth during the confusion that led to their hasty escape from the dating auction. Zhiruto is Arazhi's lifelong bodyguard who is now tasked with finding the assassin who killed several and was aiming for the prince. Lora is a local beat cop and friend of Georgie who was part of the dating auction and rather adamant about helping Zhiruto in his duty since her best friend is in danger. They make a decent team, and a better couple.
The story takes us through the assassination attempt from their perspective, the subsequent debacle of having aliens killed on earth soil, some entertaining methods of blending in by our male lead, some explosive attraction between the two, an epic misstep that sees them separated by galaxies, and an eventual, and rather amusing, making up. I liked both characters' personalities and was actually most touched by the relationship between Zhiruto and Arazhi (I'm a sucker for strong friendships, what can I say).
If you like your aliens blue, your romance spicy, a good dose of misunderstandings and angst, some solid friendships, and some amusing antics, this is a great read for you. Looking forward to the last installment!

Zhiruto + Loragriffin.
While what can I write that hasn't already been written, except that personally, I really enjoyed Zhiruto's story a tad more than Arazhi's.
Don't get me wrong, Arazhi was a 5 star read for me, but If I could I'd rate this more.

Personally I would recommend you get your own personal copy.
It's all there, Sci-fi action, romance, betrayal of the, I so can believe that can happen kind, a twisted plot and more.

Kirenai Head of Security and Human Police Officer
Book 2 in this series deals with the happenings on Earth at the same time as book 1. I strongly advise to read them all in order as they are connected into one story.
Zhiruto is unexpectedly left on Earth and is told to take this chance to see if he can find the assassin. He gets help from Lora, a police officer and friend of Georgie, along with her dog Pepper. Then it appears that another friend of them, also part of the auction, is missing too. While going out to search for her, they are confronted with people who should be helping them, but who turn out to be evil. Before they can really find a way to be together, lots of things are happening. In true IDA style, it’s a funny story, lovable characters and lots of steamy lovemaking. Really enjoyed it.

This is the second book in the series and I do recommend reading book one first. While this story could stand alone, the first book introduces the characters.
Zhiruto is the prince’s security and when there is a threat, he sends the prince off for his protection while he investigates. Lora, a cop and friend of the heroine in the previous book, isn’t going to let him track down the bad guys alone, especially when her friend is in danger.
Zhiruto and Lora are both likable and have more in common than it appears at first but it will take both of them and their combined efforts to stay alive.
Fast paced adventure with great world building and a fun premise. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fun, flirty, and sexy alien romance
I enjoyed Lora and Zhiruto’s fated mates alien romance. Zhiruto is the primary bodyguard for the crown prince of his planet. When an assassination attempt occurs during an earth hosted bachelor auction, he teams up with Lora, a human police woman, to investigate. The story included sweet moments, steamy scenes, chuckles, messy families, painful pasts, political intrigue, light danger, poor choices, and instalove. While short, the story included witty dialogue, three dimensional characters who grow, and an engaging storyline. I’ll definitely keep reading the series.

Zhiruto and Loragriffin (as he would say) get involved fast and upon their first coupling, Zhiruto makes her his mate. Oops! They don’t really investigate much. They have a scuffle with some terrible humans, and then they’re on an alien ship heading (in Lora’s case). Lora demands to be sent home because she’s an independent bitch who doesn’t want a man even though she likes everything about Zhiruto (so yes, Lora was stupid) and then three weeks she’s arriving on Kirenai for Georgie’s wedding. After another week, Lora realizes she likes Zhiruto, and I guess HEA…

Lora is a member of the local police force and she volunteered for the auction raising funds for the local animal shelter. Zhiruto is on Earth to protect his prince when there is an attempt on the prince's life at an auction for a date with a human female with her pet. Lora helps him but the FBI are hindering their investigation. Lora is also a little distracted by the very handsome Zhiruto. When she finds out that she is actually mated to Zhiruto, she does not accept it. The storyline continues with their attraction to each other growing stronger. This story has steamy romance, danger and lots of action.

Plus she's interested in him and trying to understand the strong pull she felt for him. The agent in charge when they were being taken alien slaves traders was helping the alien pirates. They were able to stop a few but not enough.
She found out the they were bonded and without her permission and knowing. He let her go home and both were miserable. 3 weeks later a wedding for her friend and the prince, and they were able to work things out.

Zhiruto
This was passable. Not great. This is the story of Zhiruto and Lora. They met at an auction to raise money for an animal shelter. Unfortunately, the aliens invited thought they were buying the females, not just for a date. My main problem was with the abrupt ending. I do not like an abrupt ending and I usually don’t buy the next book in the series in case it ends abruptly also. There are sexual scenes that may offend some readers.

This was a fun and romantic story. I really enjoyed the novelty of a female police officer as the protagonist. She was great. Very nice tie in with the first book as this was simultaneous with that story, but went beyond. I read an early addition of this story, and I am happy to offer this honest review.

This is another fun read for the series and I'm enjoying how it's unrolling for these interesting couples. This story has quite the mystery in it and sorting it out leads to some misunderstandings, angst and fab chemistry. I also loved the humour and friendships that rounded it out. All great fun and I'm looking forward to the next book.

Very well written and highly recommended. You get twists and turns, excitement, suspense and so much more. Put together a human, a big blue alien and an intergerlactic dating agency and then someone starts getting rid of the aliens who join it. Her and big blue get together and go after them. Lots more happens, No spoilers. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

This was a exciting alien adventure. You have a sizzling storyline with everything from alien auctions to trying to kill the Royal family. The characters are exciting together and work well. They do a HEA and I was excited to read there adventure. I have listened to this story in audio and it was amazing. The narration was great.

Honesty is always right.
Zhiruto upon meeting 'Loragriffin' decides she's his mate. Lora on the other hand thought she was just helping out at a charity auction. Because of this miscommunication Zhiruto ends up mate-bonding with her without her permission. It takes awhile but Lora realizes that she loves him too. Cute story.

This book was just as fun as the last. This time, we get to see the alien, Zhiruto, having to investigate the events of the first book. I really liked the back and forth between the two main characters. Laura is a great FMC. I love that she wants to depend on no one but herself and her dog. Overall, it's another great book.

This was a great story. Our heroine is a strong police woman. I liked her and her dog Pepper. It takes a but but Zhiruto and Laura are mates, there is some tension. I am sure it resolved in the next story.

Fantastic in audiobook that comes to life on listening. Love reading and listening to a favorite series that’s got me hooked. Tamsin creates great works of art and is a favorite. ❤️❤️🎧👍

You do need to read these in order but at least this one doesn’t start from the very beginning of the first book, it starts when the shit hits the fan.

It was good, I liked the heroine, she's a badass. He didn't strike me as the dangerous bodyguard he's supposed to be, though.

Unlike the first book in this series, this one actually had character development and a coherent plot. I really enjoyed this one and I'm planning on reading the next book in the series.
