I might be a little bit biased on this one since I got it from a very special person :), but this book is just gorgeous, reminding the reader of some very basic but essential things, which happen to sometimes drown in the floods of every day life.
I got this book as a gift from a friend while recivering from burnout. It's a short, cute read with many essential points and pointers of what to do to take care of yourself on different levels. It inspired me to do some changes and to incorporate some self loving practices in my daily life.

I loved the short and sweet tidbits about self-care that make the whole thing seem so much more doable. With less focus on self-pampering and more on self-love, this was such a cute little book!
