A Honey Badger X-mas Cocker Brothers of Atlanta #7 by Faleena Hopkins (
This is short & sweet Christmas read, with plenty of Steamy scenes The story is about member of the Cipher motorcycle club. If you remember reading Jet’s book - Cocky Biker (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta #2) which you should read. But if you prefer not this standalone book
Honey Badger has had a rough life. Grow up in the system of foster homes after foster homes, the boy inside longs for a family of his own. The man inside longs for caring & loving female with Lil spunk. Honey Badger wants a wife & a family, He is willing to stop at nothing to get what he wants (Margaret)
Loved this short story & would definitely recommend it. Like always with Faleena's books a joy to read- even though this is Christmas love story with MC Member doesn’t mean this big ruff & tuff man cant surprise you by putting a smile on your face from something silly he might say

I loved the banter and chemistry between Honey Badger and Meg, it wets you're appetite for something more. I just wished the story was a bit longer and more involved with HB's background.
When: your brand is cocks, and males with Cocky attitudes... then you trade mark "Cocky" and develop a bad attitude yourself; you KNOW you just fucked your career... I hope you got a pen name and a backup idea, because Cocky just fucked you royally.

''Again, Faleena Hopkins delivers! Absolutely the best Christmas short story to date. Honey Badger is rough and tough and he rides with the notorious Ciphers motorcycle club and he is not worried about what anyone thinks of him until now. He wants badly to be like the rest of the men in his club to the point of going from place to place in search of a woman to love and marry. He lands in this small town where everybody knows everybody and spots "his woman". His story is sweet and endearing with him trying to get past some of his past while learning how to become a different man for the love of his life. What he is willing to do for her love is so sweet and charming in a rough way. Margaret is such a good fit for him. She is immediately drawn to him with confidence and intrigue. Her character is portrayed so well and Faleena allows you to realize the drastic difference between them and then, demonstrates just how similar they are. If there were ever two people that needed to be linked together it is these two. They are the missing links for the other one. So beautiful. It is definitely a HEA story, a Christmas miracle, full of magic and love. The way is should be. She even brings the other characters from the Ciphers including Jett and Luna, which are previous characters if you have read the other Cocker stories. (And you should)!!! Faleena is able to form such a beautiful story drawing you into it through her descriptions and details of the town and the festival. I could imagine the hotel and lights as though I was there. This story is definitely one for the season. Great and easy read in one setting. Can't wait for the bonus scenes to come. Thank You Faleena!!!!
Honey Badger has had a rough life. Growing up in foster homes, he’s never really had a family of his own. That is, until he met the Ciphers Motorcycle Club and they took him in with open arms. He lives on their compound and helps them quietly defend the defenseless. He is a huge, handsome, burly man, but he’s perpetually single. Now that many of his MC brothers have settled down, including his best friend Jett Cocker (from the Cocker Brothers series), he realizes that something is missing from his life. He wants a wife and a family, he just hasn’t found them yet.
Margaret lives a quiet life of solitude too. She works at a period B and B and has coworkers that she chats with, but no family. Her parents are off traveling the world as missionaries and don’t make the time to visit their only daughter.
When Margaret and Honey Badger see each other at her work, they are immediately drawn to each other. Margaret is curious and Honey Badger instantly feels protective of her. This turns out to be a good thing, because he watches at night to make sure she gets to her parked car safely and one night when she doesn’t, he saves her.
Honey Badger falls for Margaret quicker than the practical Margaret falls for him, but he is so convinced that she is the one, that it’s only a matter of time that she sees their connection as well. They live in different cities though, and their worlds couldn’t be further apart. How will they make this work? Can love find its way over the obstacles and give them both a chance to finally have the loving family they’ve both dreamed of?
Steamy, sweet, short Christmas read. Spin off from the amazing Cocker Brothers series. HEA. Standalone novella. No cliffhanger.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader's copy of this book.
This story has a bit of everything including engaging characters, suspense, action, heart-rending moments, life-threatening incidents, wonderful picturesque scene descriptions, witty dialogue, a few surprises, and sensuous romances.
Honey Badger is a bit envious of his Cipher buddies since they have all found their true loves. Feeling like an outsider he goes on a mission to find his one and only; state to state until he comes upon Nevada City, California. The city is dressed to the nines for the Christmas holiday. Margaret a red-headed beauty captures his heart, but finding a way to make her his is the most important challenge of his life.
I so relish Christmas stories and this one is heart-melting as it shows the true meaning of love and Christmas miracles. I did shed a few tears and I so loved Margaret and Honey Badger together; even though they were very different their romance is certainly convincing and is filled with much devotion and fiery passion. If you treasure holiday romances this is truly a fabulous book for your library. {I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of these books}. Without reservations, I highly recommend this book.
Honey Badger don't care, that is until he finds what he has missed his whole life. This is a wonderful read with a little Christmas spice mixed in. Or is it Christmas magic? Honey Badger may be rough and tough on the outside but, as is true with many who have had a hard life, it is just a protective coat. I found it a quick enjoyable read that left me feeling warm and happy that finally he found his light. I find that while I know that there will be a HEA Ms. Hopkins style of writing draws you in and at time makes you feel like you know these people. That you are vested in the characters lives. There is always something to make me think or see things from a different perspective. She can easily write different points of view. I don't know how she does it, but I always feel like she has written it just for me. The stories are nothing like my life but there are straids of thread that seem to have been woven within the tapestry of her story from my life. Maybe she has the magic of Christmas
Awwwww! Honey Badger? One of those gentle giants that don't really know how to act in front of a lady.... Only he knows how to act behind closed doors. *wink* hahaha. I couldn't resist to not say that though... But his story is so charming and cute and hot and steamy at the same time that you just can't dare to not love it! Faleena has become one of my favorite writers to read and it's just because how she actually gets what I want to read. Stories that one can relate to, flawed but lovable characters because, let's get real... None of us are only dark or white and we are perfectly imperfect that way. After all, I'm glad he found his HEA. Every hero needs someone to get home to, uh? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
This was my first Christmas short story and I absolutely loved it! I enjoyed the tidbits we'd received about Honey Badger in Jett's book, so I was thrilled to read his HEA. It may be short, but the characters are detailed and I loved every page. It's sweet (and HOT!), and was the perfect beginning to my Christmas season!
Honey Badger is the perfect combo of rough, sweet and sexy.... and Meg is his perfect match!
Hope. Honey Badger is rough around the edges and lacks the social niceties but underneath he is kind and wants to share his love with a special woman. Honey Badger has lost Christmas but finds it again in Meg. A fantastic story that will warm your hearts. Another out of the park hit for Faleena. A keeper for Christmases to come.
Another great story. It was short and sweet and who knew honey badger had it in him. I love that meg brought out the Christmas spirit in him when he lost it. I can't wait for more cypher stories. Love the heart and soul in all those guys standing up for the people who cant do it themselves. Hope there kids get stories along with the cocker bros kids.
Honey Badger - true to his name is tenacious and do not back down from a challenge - and Margaret is the honey he has been searching for. Lovely Christmas romans linked to the Cocker brothers. Once again Faleena is spot on with the story and do not disappoint (This is a voluntary review of and advanced copy)
I loved this short story. I was excited to learn more about Honey Badger and The Ciphers MC's. He is a big bad biker who falls in love fast and hard with a sweet innocent girl. The story is packed with action, love and life struggles. I couldn't put it down. Once again Faleena has knocked it out of the park.
I have to admit, every time Honey Badger was mentioned I was thinking about the Facebook guy who showed us how to make a man bun. It was a nice sweety story, just right for the x mass time. Like always with Faleena's books a joy to read.
Another great read by Faleena Hopkins. Honey Badger is rough around the edges, but a good guy & is sick of being the only single guy in his MC, so he decides if Santa's not gonna bring him a wife, he's going to get her himself.
This felt rushed with limited character development and story. He seemed a bit too stereotypical.
I’m not sure the writing style is for me. However if you want steamy hot above all else then this might suit. I love steamy stuff but I want a story with it
This book is honestly insulting. A guy saves a "shy" girl who works at a Victorian themed hotel (not sure why this detail is necessary) from being raped and they sleep together the next day? Talk about having kids the second time they sleep together? Really? A bad biker goes by the name honey badger Haha no.

The chemistry and banter between Antonio and Margaret is pretty freaking awesome. I enjoyed the tidbits of Honey Badger in Jett’s book 📖, so I was really thrilled to read his HEA. Yes it was short, but I loved every detailed characters in this short Christmas story. It’s sweet (hot), and the perfect beginning to the amazing journey of Honey Badger and Meg. I so loved Honey Badger, he has the biggest heart.
Honey Badger is the perfect combo of sweet, rough and sexy. He rides with the notorious Ciphers motorcycle 🏍 club and he doesn’t care what anyone thinks of him until now. He’s rough around the edges and lacks social niceties but underneath he is kind and wants to share his love with a special women. This story will warm your heart ❤️. He ends up in a small town where everyone knows everyone. He is huge, handsome and a burly man. Now that many of his MC club members are settled down including his best friend Jett Crocker from Cocky Biker (Cocker Brothers series), he realizes that something is missing in his life. He wants a wife and family, he just hasn’t found them yet.
Margaret lives a solitude life and her family (mother and father) travels the world as missionaries and don’t even make time to visit their only daughter. Honey Badger is instantly drawn to Margaret and feels protective of her. He protects her by watching to make sure gets to her car after work safely. But one night she doesn’t make it to her car safely and he saves her. And their journey begins. He convinced but it takes her a little longer to see the connection. What he’s willing to do for her is sweet and charming in a rough way. Its definitely s HEA story, a Christmas miracle full of magic and love. What a great short story for the holidays. Such a beautiful journey.
Book 7 - Honey Badger and Margaret
Honey Badger is a member of Jett Cocker’s motorcycle club, The Ciphers, and that’s his badass name given him after the animal the Guinness Book of World Records called the most fearless animal on the planet. This sweet and sexy novella is a spinoff from “Cocky Biker,” so that the last single Cipher man could have his HEA.
“You’re going home?” she asks, her voice soft and cautious. “Yeah. Of course. But you’re coming with me.” She kisses me and murmurs, “You never mentioned it.” “What part of you’re who I’ve been searching for and I have to go home made you think I was going back without you?” We kiss until our mouths are raw, with both of us thinking this is where we need to be. Together. We’re gonna share oxygen until there’s no more air for us to breathe. Share lives. Share parenting. Share friendships. Share misery. Share joy. Share every Christmas that comes our way, especially since our first child, Luke Jett Scratch Martinez, is born the following Christmas Eve a little after midnight. When my wife holds our boy up for me to see, I cry for the first time since I was six years old. Just a little. Not like crazy sobbing or anything stupid. But I did cry and I didn’t hide it. I will never let anyone hurt them. Especially not me.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book for review and really enjoyed it (I finished this book in a few hours with breaks in between). The story follows Honey Badger's quest to find his true love (for those not familiar with the Cocker Brothers series, Honey Badger is a member of the Ciphers which is the MC group that Jett Cocker is a part of). It was a really sweet book and easy to read...however, I felt that there were more steamy parts of the book then with the others I've read in the series. Plus, I can totally relate to Meg and now wish I had my own Honey Badger this Christmas. :)
You don't need to read the other books to enjoy this one, but I really do recommend reading them all.
4.5 stars Another awesome addition to the Crocker Brother's series. Honey Badger has been a loyal member of Jeff Crocker's motorcycle club, the Ciphers. He is known as a scrapper and with his brethren helps those in need. After he sees Margaret he knows she is someone special. Margaret works at the local hotel in the town where she grew up. We get to revisit some of the Crocker's. The story catches the readers attention from the very beginning until the ending. There are surprises as well as twists and turns. It's an excellent holiday story. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by this author and hope we'll get to meet the future Cocker generations in the years to come.
Oh my goodness oh my goodness! Where to begin? This novella gave me the "feels" for sure. An absolute perfect Christmas love story to warm your heart and make you wish for your very own Honey Badger wrapped under your Christmas tree (or unwrapped ;-)) I adore Antonio, more than even Jett, which I didn't think was possible since he's my favorite Cocker brother to date. Honey Badger's open honesty was so sweet and refreshing, how could Margaret not fall in love with him!?! Even though this book can be read alone, you really have to read the whole series to understand the dynamics of this odd "biker family". Do yourself a favor and buy the books! I received an arc of this book and voluntarily agree to leave an honest review.
