Why settle for one rock star, when you can have three?
#couplegoals. That’s the trending tag attached to mine and my husband’s relationship.
Marrying my best friend, Wicked Stallion's bass guitarist Dante, is the dream come true. I have everything a girl could ever want… or at least that’s what I thought until I got more.
That more came in the form of two of his bandmates, Nate and Logan.
What happens when your husbands’ bandmates become your bedroom mates?
Explosions, stars… you get the drift.
Wicked Opportunity is the first book in the Something Wicked trilogy, a steamy romance series that tells the story of Lexi Sullivan and her relationships with the band members of Wicked Stallion.
I'm an indie author that writes steamy romance novels about rock stars.
I live in Western Australia with my husband and two sons. Physically. Mentally, I live in a world of rock stars and romance where everyone is crazy hot and rich as heck.
My dad used to tell me that I lived in a fantasy world...now I get to share that world with other people. I hope that you enjoy entering the worlds I create and love my characters even half as much as I do.
The book that sent the Facebook dirty book groups into a spin!
For, like...a couple of hours lol. All I did was innocently post the dedication but somebody couldn't find the thread later in the day and so they posted the pic of it in all the groups and people were trying to find it. I'm sorry, dirty book groups, for sending you on a wild goose chase to find a book I hadn’t even put up for preorder yet!
So, this book started because when I was writing chapter 5 of The Wedding Sebastian wouldn't stop flirting with Heather! Obviously, it would never happen in canon in the Cruise Control series, but I wanted it to, so badly!
The joy of being an author? I wrote it. Not in my books, obviously, but yes, I took my characters and wrote dirty smutfics with them.
Fun fact: I turned the first one into a novella for my pen name.
That one was called Chapter Never, and it basically started exactly the same way that Chapter Never Revisited starts in The Wedding...the difference being, of course, that Sebastian doesn't fuck Heather in that chapter of The Wedding.
But then came the true beginnings of Wicked Opportunity. I wrote Being Shared which *checks manuscript* yup, it's called that in the book. From there, it was on. I think I changed the names from the Cruise Control characters sometime around when Logan joined the harem.
For those who have read my other books, Cassie is Elena and not Ariana. I had to set their alternate universe in a world where the other guys don't get their one true love, so the specific point in time when Cruise Control became Wicked Stallion is when Gabriel was dating Elena.
That being said, as they've become more of their own people, they don't have entirely the same backstory so I no longer see that as being an important distinction to make. When I first started writing, though, it was really important to me because I was writing heroines that I loved with the guys out of existence.
All in all, though, I adore this book and this genre. I knew how the overarching storyline of the trilogy would go immediately once I'd decided to write it, and I can't wait to share it with people!
Ohhhh, and Nate learning about and exploring his sexuality with Logan is everything. To me, it just seemed natural that he would be curious because he's such a sexual person. I love that he turns to Logan almost for validation since Logan is bisexual. I do think that ultimately he will consider himself bisexual by the end of the series, but he might consider himself Logansexual first as a nod to my own sexuality prior to realising I'm bisexual (the lies we tell ourselves when we've been conditioned to think it's bad!).
I love the love between the harem, not just sexual or romantic, but the friendships between them as well.
I hope you enjoy my dirty book! It ended at 85,719 words, and when I took out the plot, there was 53,587 words left of sex...but I like to think of that as there being a whole 32,132 words of plot in this book! Which, honestly, was more plot than I felt like I had in there when I was writing it! 😘

I love Siân Ceinwen books and even if I am not a reverse harem fan, I was very eager to read that book. And, as always, Siân didn't disappoint me : yes, the smut is off the charts, but there's also a lot of love in that story. I was not ready to leave that book, thank God, the second in the series will be released in March.
This is the first book I have read by this author, also my first RH read. Three hot rockstar band members and an entrepreneur heroine, I was intrigued from the start! Tons.Of.Smut! Probably the smuttiest book I have ever read. There were a few times I was thinking MC Lexi could use a break! The guys are rockstars but there weren’t very many rockstar lifestyle experiences to tie into the story so that was kind of a miss for me and why I gave this book 4 stars. Am I going to read the next two books? Yes, of course I have to see how this ends!
A fresh, different take on a reverse harem with all the feels, the hot musicians and the steamy spice. 💥
I haven't read a romance before where the love interest(s) is in a band and this book really made me intrigued by this genre. I found myself really enjoying how Dante's and Lexi's relationship was already set up before the book. You generally don't find many books where you don't get to see the relationship progress but then you are left wanting to see to the couple's future together. That's where this book delivers. Dante and Lexi have a very fiery romance and their dom/sub relationship is done in a subtle way in public which I immensely appreciated because it was quite realistic.
You then add Nate to the mix. Nate was in love with Lexi from the get-go and they have this relationship where they flirt with each other but they know it won't go past that. You could genuinely feel Nate and Lexi's sexual attraction while reading. The club and the music video chapters might have been my favourite of all, it had a sense of intrigue, what-ifs and a whole lot of sparks. The start of the MFM or the "sharing" reminded me of Gifting Me To His Best Friend by Katee Robert but where that book failed to deliver this one shone! In this new relationship, Dante makes you adore him even more for his stance on their new arrangement where he didn't want to see two people he loved want to be with each other and not be because of him.
Then there is Logan who has extremely comforting energy with Lexi but "it's always the quiet ones" and he is very different behind the bedroom doors. He feels like the one Lexi can count on to support her no matter what. Both Logan and Dante are doms but the whole dynamic surprisingly works and Logan being bisexual brings many new possibilities, some of which Logan, Nate and Lexi explored in this book and I WAS UP FOR IT! And Lexi was also extremely up for it.
The last member of their boy band is Ash who isn't in their relationship but everyone definitely loves him. He has this fury of a girlfriend Cassie who is the main source of drama in this book. I desperately want Ash to be brought into the harem and I'm wishing on all the stars that he will. I enjoyed his appearances in the book and I think he could bring so much into the harem. I also desperately wanted him to be in the hallway at the end of the book. 🙈
Wicked Opportunity was filled to the brim with spice, BDSM, sex toys, MM, MMF, MF and all the other abbreviations. It's original, well written and hot! 🥵🥵🥵
All in all, this book pleasantly surprised me. The writing was very different to what I have read before but I can't quite put my finger on it. I enjoyed Lexi and all the band members. Nate might be my favourite, but I'm open to giving this position to Ash! I see the opportunity to bring a little FF into the story because at the beginning I thought that was where the story was going. I would love for the smut scenes to be longer even if then they would be less frequent. Also, I desperately want to see the relationship's dynamic outside the bedroom, in public with the characters having fun.
4 stars ✨
Thank you Siân Ceinwen for the opportunity to read this book as an ARC! ❤️
This was a difficult book to get through. I loved all the smutty scenes but that’s all it was. That was disappointing to me because I like to read a book that has an equal amount of meat and potatoes.
From an objective perspective this book was totally unrealistic, yes I know this is not a true story it’s just , there were a ton of unrealistic moments that play into the BDSM community. Lack of communication being literally the biggest one. Her and her husband never discussed it and the trend continued as they added yet another. There were no real discussions about ground rules, yes they discuss consent but they didn’t discuss the first addition to their relationship and it just felt like he slightly pimped her out while she held on to some really deep seeded feelings that while she unknowingly showed but didn’t out right say to her husband. That part was the part that was irritating because she wasn’t outright honest so it really was emotionally cheating. There’s no back story on how they got into the BDSM scene. Usually there’s a way that people get into that lifestyle and it wasn’t discussed- a missed opportunity for this crapstatic literature to actually have depth.
The constant play on BDSM just got so old, in the beginning it was really intriguing and hott but then it got so monotonous. Starting with the fact that the female lead and her husband have a dom/sub relationship all the time felt exhausting. So they hid it stealthily but never got out of that frame of mind. It’s just scene after scene after scene with no recovery just goes straight into the next scene of s*x and BDSM. I legit don’t know how she was constantly so lubricated after all that… girl needs an IV because there was nothing in there about hydration who knows when she actually hydrated.
I think the author got so tied up in steamy writing she forgot this was a book and narrowly missed writing a conflict point or character development, or really anything else. It was maddening, there was a ton of potential but she’s way too wrapped up in making this literotica. What’s frustrating is the immediate instalove. It was like she got intimate with the first guy then boom, in love (but it’s cool because she always loved him— eye roll) the second one, boom, in love. I’m waiting for her to move onto the next one and state her undying love for that one too… it just got really old and eye roll inducing.
There was just so much s*x that she unrealistically had that it made it really boring. How does one V handle the non-stop D and the hours and hours of play included. There’s no real relaxing just a bunch of Dom crap and a TON of deprivation. It just got so monotonous and honestly this is book one in a three book series?? How? Girlfriend has literally done it all except the last bandmate but you can tell it’ll head that way….
It’s frustrating when an author tries to cash in on the BDSM scene without doing proper research, it sensationalizes the community and gives them a bad rap. It’s annoying because the author doesn’t understand the community. That’s the missed opportunity. Educate yourself and do better Sian
After reading the introduction, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this. This was fantastic. Each character is so well developed individually and as a group. I really enjoyed how well the Dom/Sub dynamic was explored in different ways through different characters. Lexi, oh Lexi. She’s a lucky, lucky girl. Who wouldn’t want multiple gorgeous men eager to please? She’s got interests outside her marriage to a rockstar, a flair for fashion and a big heart. Dante is, I don’t know, I feel like he held back a lot. A lot of the interaction we read are Lexi with Nate and Logan once Dante invites them in. He then kind of takes a back seat. Maybe that’s his kink, but I would have liked to see more of him. I think there’s hidden depths to that man I’d love to see come out to play. Nate and Logan are just amazing. Unexpected, but hot!! Ash doesn’t really get much air time so to speak because he’s with Cassie. But I’d like to get to know him more. Even though I have a feeling about Cassie and book 2, it was refreshing to read someone not instantly on board. Do I wish she had put her friendship with Lexi above her opinion on polyamory? Sure. Do I think it’s going to play into the next book? Absolutely. But it’s ok for Cassie to have the opinion she has, but it’s not ok for her to slut shame people. She did it with Nate before he joined Lexi and Dante, and she did it to Lexi to her face. Not cool, Cassie.
Will Ash join the group? Will Ash feel left out if he doesn’t? I guess I have to read on to find out.

Dante sounds a lot like Harrison but a little kinky and Nate is definitely Sebastian, Lexi even sounds like Heather but like her husband just a little more kinky. Poor Sebastian would definitely be happier in this book. It’s Cruise Control gone wild! So for anyone who doesn’t understand that, I suggest you pick up The Album and start there. This book is hot, like my Kindle burst into flames hot. I’ve tried to not be judgmental in writing my review because I don’t like reverse harem books and I hate cliffhangers even more. So there’s plenty of hotness in this book but no story except for Cassie and Ash breaking up, but it’s good. Will Ash end up as part of the reverse harem, maybe? This book is not about love or romance so it’s just not for me but if you’re into reverse harem books you’re going to love this book. Prejudice aside I’m giving this book five stars and I highly recommend it.
I mean, need I say more? If you must know, this book isn’t for the faint of heart. Literally every page is just smut and it’s glorious. It’s turning into a reverse harem and I’ve never been happier.
Don’t expect plot. Don’t expect intense emotion. It’s just smut. They love each other, but the writing isn’t overly emotional. It’s more technical and practically. Which isn’t bad, but it made it a little hard to be fully invested.
Brilliant book. I've lost count of how many times I've read it now, as I lonesome of the scenes so much.... surprisingly... not the particularly smutty ones. What more can you ask for, smut, a decent story and very well written.
Brilliantly done! Wicked Opportunity (Something Wicked Volume 1) by Sian Ceinwen is a fabulously wicked good reverse harem romance with all kinds of steamy elements that make this a must read. It is steamy hot and full of sensually erotic wickedness from the very beginning. The heat intensity remains in the highly combustible and builds to explosive as interactions and intentions shift from friends to lovers. The characters and the storyline of this romance is unique (a first for me) in that Lexi and Dante are already married and have been for a decade. While the reverse harem aspect is new to this couple, it’s not presented as something to spice things up in the bedroom. Lexi and Dante don’t need it. These two alone will set your reading device on fire while also demonstrating their deep love and trust for one another. Truly, this reverse harem is not only inspired for the steamy chemistry but also for the emotional connection Lexi has with her husband and then her friends who also become lovers. Wicked Opportunity is all Lexi’s POV and this romance is not without antagonism. Dealing with judgement and worry about keeping the development of the polyamorous relationship out of the press is ever present in the background. Also in the background is the rockstar romance aspect. Each of the male characters have widely different personalities, but likable and endearing for their individuality. I love this book and especially the characters and their personalities, individualities. The varying levels of BDSM as well as the simplicity of chemistry fueled by love and adoration makes this book and Lexi’s POV feel palpably real. There is simply never a dull moment, even when scenes were not burning my kindle to ashes. Lexi is wonderful. She’s smart and successful, gorgeous, sexy and secure in her sexuality, happy, independent and yet beautifully submissive first and foremost to Dante. Dante is all alpha Dom and revels in his control over his Angel. He uses this to his advantage to make everything that happens a possibility and then reality. Nate is a bit of a conundrum. In fact, he reminds me of Sebastian from the Cruise Control Novels. He is a really great guy, fun and flirty, who has secretly (or not really so secretly) loved Lexi since he met her. If you’ve read any Cruise Control Novel, you will understand the comparison! Next up is Logan. He is the quiet one and also bi-sexual. As this is a reverse harem, it’s not really surprising as a reader that he joins the polyamorous relationship, his Uber-alpha Dom persona is unexpected and throws gasoline onto the already blazing fire created by Dante, Lexi and Nate. A cold beverage and a fan are almost required as Logan’s version of BDSM heats and intensifies interactions significantly. Overall, as the story builds and the abundantly loving reverse harem is established, in the end, it leaves some intriguing questions that inquiring minds will want the answers to. AS this is Volume 1, I feel assured, although impatient, that all my burning questions will be answered in future Volumes. Despite wanting more of Dante, Lexi, Nate and Logan, the ending of this book is quite happy, full of love and boldly optimistic about the future. I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.
Ok, first let me say that this book is Pure Unadulterated Sexy Fun and if you can’t take the heat, you have no business being in the kitchen Capisce? When I die I want to come back as Lexi, ( which surprises me as Heather from the Cruise Control series is my spirit animal ) talk about having it all. A rockstar husband, successful business and the freedom to love and be loved. This book is not for the faint of heart, so you have been warned. If multiple partners aren’t your thing don’t read just for the sick fun of panning it, in other words, don’t be a Cassie 😈 Each relationship is different and takes Lexi to places most of us can only fantasize about. I can’t wait for the next book. PS If I have to choose just one - it’s Nate
Sian Ceinwen’s newest book, “Wicked Opportunity” is a reverse harem rock star romance about the fictional band Wild Stallions. I don’t read reverse harem books, and it’s not a genre I read. NOT EVER! But I know the caliber of writing that Sian Ceinwen’s produced in her previous books, so I decided I would give it a try. It was a book unlike any other that I had ever read! Her book was “HOT,” as in a “SWELTERING FIERINESS” that smokes off the pages. The story and interactions between the characters are fully developed and made this book a “BREATHTAKING” read VS a mediocre book that has cheating. There is no cheating when all partners are in a relationship with consent from all involved. I highly recommend this book even to those readers who “just don’t go there” to read a reverse harem. Wicked Opportunity is book one of a trilogy. I can’t wait to read the next book. Sian Ceinwen is amazing with the good reads that keep coming!
What a brilliant story. If you like lifestyle books this is a must read. Lexi and Dante have a beautiful marriage. Lexi has it all. Enter Nat and Logan. Their alpha band mates and friends. Brilliant plot! Great characters. Terrific descriptive prose - especially in Lexi’s love scenes! Much more about them spoils the story. Read on and enjoy the twists and turns of this beautiful marriage. Five white hot pumping, pulsing shooting stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basically she’s getting d**ked down in every chapter. Plot development is super minimal. Characters are pretty funny though. But that’s it. That’s the book.
Reverse Harem, rockstar romance. A novel about the fictional rock group 'Wicked Stallion'. Dante and Lexi have been married for 10 years and in a BDSM relationship. Dante has been in the band that whole time and Lexi is best friends with all the guys. Her and lead singer, Nate, have deep for each other. Dante gives the okay for them to explore them. Then she does the same with with drummer Logan. Not a whole lot of deep story.

5 ⭐ I loved it. I’ll revisit it like an old friend. This book is moving right into my favorites category. I would recommend it to everyone, even people that don’t ask. I’ll one click this author’s work in the future. 4 ⭐ A great read. I’ll probably reread again when feeling nostalgic. It was enjoyable, not portable magic. I would recommend it. 3 ⭐ I liked it. It was a nice way to pass the time. I doubt I’ll reread it. I’d recommend it to someone asking for a specific genre. Thanks for the memories. 2 ⭐ I completed the Herculean task of finishing this book. At times, it felt like I was Prometheus and the suffering would never end. It just wasn’t for me but I applaud the author for their effort. 1 ⭐ I couldn’t finish this book or I wish I hadn't finished. How do I put this? It’s not me, it’s you.
Did the plot and the pace of the book let it down? YES.
BUT did the smut make up for it?? ABSOLUTELY.
This book had a spicy scene in every.single.chapter. If not, multiple in each chapter.
I didn’t really enjoy the way the story was paced, I won’t lie. The storyline was good, rockstars turned RH with one of their wives, thumbs up from me. But the pace of the “love” was, meh. I wish that everyone didn’t have to fall in love, and it could just be a couple exploring their sex life together but nooo, everyone MUST fall in love and MUST do so very quickly.
HOWEVER, the spice totally made up for it. And I’ll be reading the rest of the series so I know exactly how this story ends and JUST how many holes Lexi gets filled. Thank you and goodnight.

Sian Ceiwen has wonderfully written, Wicked Opportunity, an extraordinary account of a band's reverse harem polyamorous relationship. Dante, Wicked Stallion's bass guitarist, and Lexi his wife, are the first established relationship in the storylt ne. A music video, that the band asks Lexi to participate and be singer Nate's love interest immediately becomes the catalyst that turns up the heat between the two and gives way to the beginning of the reverse harem. Dante's approval and participation is a given. Next Dante invites Logan, the band's drummer to join. Ash, the last member of the band has a girlfriend, until he doesn't. I loved feeling all the passion, tenderness, intensity, intimacy, worshipping, caring and love of their relationships with each other and together. Will Lexi's best friend the "naysayer", girlfriend of Ash, affect or crush their incredible love connections? I can not wait to read the next book in the series!
I fell in love with the Cruise Control series. I was looking forward to reading the start of the new series. Lexi has been with Dante for ten years and they finally tied the knot a year ago. While filming a music video with Nate, things take a wild turn. Nate has been in love with Lexi for years. Dante seems to be pushing them together. Then there is Logan, the quiet drummer. Lexi has a great time with all the three guys. Her best friend is not happy and it may cause the band to part ways. It is left with a cliffhanger to make you frantic until the next release.
2 stars because I'm super nice and its a damn book and deserves at least that for being a book. But holy shit. That was rough to get through. Seriously. If you're into watching those really cheesy porns that have no actual plot but they try to, you'll love this book. Every page (with the exception of a handful) was filled with sex. 100% spice. 0% plot. The only thing that kept me reading (besides being stubborn and refusing to DNF a book after I start it) is my hatred for Cassie. Judgemental bitch. I had to stick around so I could watch what happened with her.
This book had almost no plot, but I came here for the smut, and was not disappointed. I’m in a slump okay, and sometimes a girl just needs pure filth to beat the doldrums. Don’t judge.
Don’t get me wrong, the smut is immaculate. The dialog was a little stilted, but who cares. The kink is very well done, the consent is perfect, and there’s endless orgasms which I’m sure would kill a real person, but this is why we have fiction. And you know what, good for you Lexi. She has 3 of the most sweetest men ever (even if I found it hard to care about Dante, gotta hand to him for being the most secure, loving husband ever), and their situation works for them. And there’s some sword crossing, thank you Gods. All in all, I’m happy with my choices and will continue the series.
The smut in this book? A+++ The plot in this book? D-
It’s hot, I’ll give it that! I understand that this is actually sexy fan fiction of her other rock star series that I haven’t read, so she is probably is saving the good plot for that one.
