What I like about this book is that it takes the idea of Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly and actually puts it into manageable actions. Implementation is so big! I read this book last year and was extremely inspired. Dreams truly do fuel you.

The Dream Machine is hugely influential in terms of how it can impact both someone's business and personal life. This book essentially serves as the blueprint for the Dreams Program, giving the reader steps to engage their team/business leaders as well as an opportunity to personally reengage in their own life. It allows the reader to create a personalized list of "why's" that are unique to their own happiness and fulfillment, and gives step-by-step ways that the program can be implemented both at home and at work so that it has the most impact.
