Mafia Prince is the second book in the Crowned Criminals series. While it is not necessary to read, Mafia Princess first, situations and characters will be referenced in this story. Please note that this is a dark romance not suitable for those under eighteen.

Ivy knew she was in serious trouble when she became a wittness to a mafia murder. It seemed she would be killed as well. Instead she was forced to marry to the killer, because a wife could not be forced to testify on her husband. Marco was a mafia Prince,the enforcer in his family's organisation. It would have been simpler to kill her has well, but since his brother ordered him not to kill her, he agreed to the marriage.This was an excikting and dramatic story, involving a kidnapping and rescue. Although Marco had objected to the marriage in the beginning, the growing chemistry between them was a pleasant surprise for them both. I liked this book and found the blossoming love between Ivy and Marco,entertaining. They both went into the marriage with their eyes open and were prepared to make it work. I found hidden depths in Marco's personality, he may be a killer, but he killed only tio protect his family. When he married Ivy she became part of his family and promised her his protection as well. I was happy to read that their marriage became a rewarding and fruitful partnership, based on love.

Ivy is down on her luck but makes do with what she has. She works at a club, hoping to make enough money for her younger brother's cancer treatments. One night she becomes witness to a murder by Marco, the enforcer of the Italian Mafia. To protect the Italian Mafia and to make sure the cops and Russian mafia do not get the hands on Ivy, he proposes a marriage contract. While Ivy is resistant, she also knows agreeing to this arrangement will protect her family and provide for her brother's treatments. I enjoyed reading this story, getting to know Ivy, who is loyal, level-headed, and commendable, and Marco, who, while seemingly threatening as an enforcer at first, is understanding. While at first he had wanted to kill Ivy, once he learns more about her, he does what he can to protect her especially after another player becomes involved. I also liked how he made efforts to know her younger brother. I am hoping we learn more in future books.

Ivy is doing l she can to keep her family afloat especially now her brother needs treatment. Marco is a brutal enforcer and when he finds a witness to his latest hit he knows he cant leave Ivy behind. A marriage to keep her quite and him out of prison but also a way for Ivy to help her family. but will this arrangement become more than just that? well written steamy, fast paced desire filled and more! book 2 in the series but can be read standalone.

A pretty entertaining book, its easy to read with a pleasant writing style. The characters didn;t really appeal to me. The beginning is promising, but at a certain point it weakened, became a bit long-winded, but nevertheless it remains an entertaining story. The story stands alone, but it references events in a previous book, and also leaves some questions that will likely be addressed in a subsequent book.

After witnessing a Mafia hit, and as collateral that she will not talk, Ivy has to marry Marco the brutal enforcer of the Italian Mafia.
This was a pretty good book and my first from Kennedy Slope, I will definitely read more of her books.

This is Ivy and Marco's story. Ivy was witness to a murder so in order not to be killed also she agrees to marry Marco the brutal enforcer of the Italian Mafia.
You get to read and feel the emotion that developments between these two.
Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting read.
Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters.

Mafia Prince By Kennedy Slope the first chapter starts and ends with a bang!! Literally😅

Ivy finds her self in a situation, and in order to keep her safe and make sure she doesn't testify against him Marcos, offers to pay for her brothers treatment, only if she marry's him.

Both have chemistry. But I really wish they had time to get to know each other better. And showed more of her relationship with her brother. But the love she had for him was amazing. Ivy truly sacrificed alot for him.

Ivy and Marco met by accident. Marco was a hothead who committed a crime without knowing that there was a witness close by. He gave her 2 choices die or marry him. But with marrying him he told her he would take care of her brothers medical bills. Good story! Would read more from this author.
