Una buena introducción al tema, concisa dentro de todo. Estrictamente hablando se trata de un libro de "behaviour change", lo cual lo hace mas interesante que la mayoría de los libros de hábitos recientes. Resaltan las referencias por la cantidad y calidad, aunque una trabajo de edición muy flojo empeora el conjunto.
