Nu e rea deloc, analizează în detaliu cele șapte emoții și are și multe exerciții, dar nu intră în profunzime, e destul de superficială pe alocuri. E foarte bună pentru a înțelege lucrurile de bază în ceea ce privește emoțiile.

This book really helped me to identify each of my emotions and to not only recognize them, but to understand that there is a biological purpose to each. It also helped teach me to work through the emotions instead of pushing them aside. Recommend this read!
