Very, very disappointed in this book. I was looking for a guide to learning how to use more of my brain and possibly learn to communicate telepathically, or to communicate with those who have crossed the veil. This book is a guide for those who are already using that part of their brain. It's like those people that tell you to just meditate for about fifteen minutes...but if you don't know how to meditate, it's like telling a two month old to just walk!! They don't know how and won't until taught!
Unless you are already using more of your brain than normal, this book is a waste of your time and money.
