3 Stars A handy handbook filled with useful tips and tricks
While it's not a catchall for managing, and it's certainly not geared towards any specific business (I work in Revenue Cycle, hospital billing for reference), I found it very helpful in managing my Team, and somewhat similar to what Gallup states.
Especially for someone who doesn't have a management degree.
