Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.
Hawk and Sky have known each other for a few months now. Sky is in Alaska to cater Arlo and Kit's wedding. Sky is working on the cake when Hawk comes in and offers her his help. Hawk is a mountain man and he finds things in the outdoors and then shows his views how to prepare them. They have never met in person, but they have video chatted, Sky was the first one to reach out to Hawk, she was never shy about it. Sky has three older brothers, but she is always put in the friend zone. When Sky tells Hawk she's not sure if she'll have enough strawberries to go around, he offers another berry. After she accepts he tells her he'll have to go and gather then in the wild, she offers to help. The next day they head out searching for the berries, after they find them and pick a few more things they start to head back but a rain storm is approaching. Hawk tells Sky he doesn't think they'll make it back. So they head to a cave for the night. Sky is busy making their beds out of their coats while Hawk goes looking for food for them to eat. When he gets back she ask him if everything is good to eat. He tells her yes so she picks up a piece of bark and eats it. He tells her that was to start a fire for them. Soon after they finish eating they go to bed. Hawk feels Sky on top of him, he doesn't know what is happened, she tells him to just go with him. She strips off her clothes and straddles him, then begins to unbutton his jeans. Hawk soon wakes up and realizes he was dreaming, he only hoped it was real. He gets up because he needs to release some tension and Sky wakes up, she asks him if he's alright. He tells her he needs to get some fresh air, not understanding why he's upset Sky follows him. When she sees a flash of light from his phone she walks towards him, soon she sees a mudslide and it's approaching Hawk. She starts yelling to him but he tells her he just needs a moment. She yells to him mudslide, then he realizes what is going on. They run back inside the cave and he asks her if she realizes she was in danger too, but she didn't. She tells him she knows, but then he starts yelling at her, she asks him why he's yelling. Hawk tells Sky he loves her, She asks him to clear it up if he means he loves her as a friend or something more. Hawk tells her he loves her with every piece of his heart. He tells her she's become of of his best friends, she tells him he's become hers as well. He asks her if she doesn't thinks that grounds for a solid relationship. Sky still wants him to clear it up, and he tells her he loves her. He tells her as a friend, as a lover, as a partner. Sky questions him, he wants to be her partner. He tells her he's in physical pain of needing her. She tells him to prove it, so he does. They strip each other of their clothes then make love. Hawk tells Sky they have a solid foundation for a great relationship that'll last them fifty years or so. Sky tells him she likes the sound of that. Sometime later, Hawk awakes with his six month old son, Harrison, he feel asleep in the rocking chair Ewan made for them. Hawks smells pancakes and coffee, so he gets his son ready to take to the kitchen. Following the sound they head to the kitchen to find Sky with her two daughters, Katie and Julie helping out. Watching his family he knows it's the best view in the world.

HAWK is the sixth book in the Mountain Man Fan Club and these ladies just keep getting their dream man who can take care of the in the wild, and then give them wild nights anywhere they happen to be. Sky is part of the Mountain Man Fan Club, after stumbling down the rabbit hole one night on the internet and coming across some fine pictures of shirtless men chopping wood. She works as a chef in a fine restaurant in a big city but has come to Alaska to cater the wedding of Kit and Arlo's wedding. Well that and maybe get her fill of looking at all those big and sexy mountain men up close. Her favorite man is Hawk who she has become friends with, even though they have never met in person. What drew Sky to Hawk were the fact that he was a forager who then also used the ingredients in what looked like amazing recipes. So Sky initially messaged Hawk and things grew from there until they were chatting and exchanging recipes and ideas. Sky knew that Hawk was going to help with the wedding menu so she thought she was prepared to actually meet him. That was until Hawk actually walked through the kitchen door at Kit's causing Sky to lose the ability to speak. Hawk was feeling about the same way when he first laid eyes on the curvy beauty who had become his friend. Now the only question is whether they take that leap over the friendship line and put it all out there or do they stay just friends, with no extra benefits.
This is a fast-paced, entertaining, humorous and smexy short story which is a good addition to the series. I am enjoying how each story is tying back to Kit and Arlo's wedding with an ever increasing circle of Mountain Man Fan Club members arriving in Alaska to only be introduced to their very own mountain man crush by Kit and Arlo. I really enjoyed this story and would recommend it to other readers, along with the rest of the series.

Skye is a caterer from the city. She accidently discovereda video of a mountain man chopping wood and became addicted to the postings of the mountain man and joined the Mountain Man fan club. Her favorite mountain man is Hawk who posts videos of him cooking with ingrediants he finds in the wild. Skye was so impressed that she e-mailed him.The two traded comments and recipes on-line and have developed a friendship. Now Skye has travelled to Alaska to cater for her friend's wedding. She is thrilled to meet Hawk in person and excited when he offers to help her find local ingrediants for some of the dishes she has planned for the reception.
Hawk doesn't have many friends or people he can talk about cooking with. He's enjoyed his converations with Skye about food a lot and thinks of her as one of his few friends. This book is about Sky and Hawk. She’s in Alaska doing the catering for her friend Kit’s wedding. It’s her gift to her as the only professional chef in the Mountain Man Fan Club. Hawk is also going to help her out with the preparations. He’s one of the favourite mountain men the women in the club like to dish about, and quite the cook himself, foraging the forest for his own, fresh ingredients.
Sky is over the moon when she gets to accompany Hawk on one of his foraging adventures. Bad weather has them staying in a cave overnight. After a hot AF dream and a mudslide, he finally admits how he feels, hoping she feels the same way. Will she give him what he wants to hear and needs to have?
This was another fun, fast-paced, sweet and steamy instalove romance story. There was also some humour and fun banter between them. And when he was comforting and caring for her when she was gagging from eating bark, and he told her, “I’ve got you”… swoon! I give this book four and a half salmonberry stars.

Hawk makes videos of his foraging for food and making dishes in the woods. Sky is a chef and part of the Mountain Man Fan Club. She is up in Alaska to cater the wedding of one of the couples that have gotten together. Hawk and Sky team up to accomplish amazing things for the wedding and they also see how hooked they are on each other. During a trek into the woods, foraging, a storm hits and they have to spend the night in a cave for protection. Several situations force their hand in making their relationship move farther than ever.
The characters are terrific and happy to see some from past stories joining in. The storyline was so picturesque and real, with drama, danger, snappy banter and plenty of steam. Loved how their perfect friendship fueled their perfect future. Great ending.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Hawk is the sixth book in the ‘’mountain man fan club’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Hawk and Sky became online friends through recipes/cooking. When Sky goes to Alaska for her friends wedding, she gets to meet her friend in person. Hawk loves Sky but will he risk his friendship and make a move?
The chemistry between Hawk and Sky is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

Unlike the other ladies in the Mountain Man Fan Club, Sky reached out and messaged Hawk. She being a chef, she was taken by his ability to forage for food and his recipes. Sky is in Alaska helping her friend by catering her wedding. She's looking forward to finally meeting Hawk in person as they have been exchanging receipts. She buys her ingredients where as Hawk gets them from the woods in Alaska. As they are out scouring for berries a storm shows up and they head for a cave. They both are attracted to each other but they don't want to lose the friendship they have formed. Finally after saving Hawk from a mudslide they finally give into their attraction. Hawk, book 6 in The Mountain Man Fan Club Book Series is a short, sweet, and steamy instalove romance about women who start a fan club celebrating mountain men online and wind up meeting and falling in love with them in real life. This short, sweet, and steamy story with interesting characters is likable and relatable personalities. This is a well-written insta-everything book with Characters with depth and well-constructed histories. I cannot wait for the next book and very enjoyable series with unique and wonderful characters.

Sky is wanting to do something different for a wedding and seeks help from one of the Mountain Men Fan Club. Hawk is providing Sky with seasoning inspiration. When they finally meet in person Sky is overwhelmed with instant attraction to this mountain man. Will they be mixing up more than spices? Another great read with lovable characters, humor, passion and sweet, sweet love. This series has been so entertaining and enjoyable with each book carrying the theme of the Mountain Man Fan Club, but each book having a different storyline.

I received this as an arc for my honest review
This was a great friends to lovers/ mountain man romance. I loved how take charge Sky was, she wasn’t afraid of a challenge and not even getting caught in bad weather could faze her. I loved the dynamic between her and Hawk, they were both so invested in their friendship that they were wary of taking it to the next level, but when they did sparks flew all over the place. I really loved this story.

Sky and Hawk go foraging for ingredients for Kit and Arlo’s wedding reception that they are catering. The two have formed a great friendship and now they’ve finally met. They aren’t expecting the crackling chemistry that zaps between them but neither wants to ruin their friendship by telling the other how they really feel. A fun read with engaging characters who have a lively banter and lots of steam. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

An amazing friends-to-lovers book six in the Mountain Man Fan Club series! It is sweet, passionate, engaging, relatable, funny, steamy, and well written. The characters are likeable; the chemistry between them is undeniable and off the charts. Definitely recommended! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy.

This is a wonderful addition to the Mountain Man Fan Club series, fast-paced and quick to read. This friends to lovers novella is sweet and steamy and both Hawk and Sky are wonderful characters, they have plenty of sizzle between them and that they are close friends makes it sweeter. Well-written and entertaining.

Sky and Hawk have communicating back and forth with each other. Hawk asks Sky to go forging with him. There is a storm that strands them together. Will Sky be able to get out of the "friend zone"? This is a good read.

I liked that Sky and Hawk start talking through the internet because of his videos on cooking. When Sky comes to Alaska there is such a great connection between them. I loved that even though this was a quick read I didn't feel like it was rushed.

Sky and Hawk have been corresponding and sharing recipes for a few months so while in Alaska for a friend's wedding they finally meet in person. These two are so perfect for each other and getting stuck in a storm while foraging for herbs didn't hurt. This is a sweet, short, love story with likable characters and a perfect happily ever after.

I loved that Hawk and Sky had already become friends by the time their friends' wedding is happening. It gave it a different feel and I felt their connection more. The story is sweet and with some steamy moments out in nature.

This was a sweet and romantic story. Hawk and Sky were kind of internet friends, now they meet before a wedding and the sparks fly. They both try to stay in the friend zone, but the heart wants it the heart gets it. 😍😍 Insta love,sweet, romantic ,steamy parts,safe and with a sweet HEA😍😍😍
