Although the introduction called this play "tedious", I found it quite good reading. It resembles Respublica in that the central, heroic figure is beset by allegorical vices, only to defeat them by the help of allegorical virtues; but Respublica is far more lively and fun, with comic interludes, and bad language from the vices.
