Forester's sea-going tales of Captain Horatio Hornblower, each book in the Waters of the Moon Series is an independent journey. In book six, we find the young leader of the rebel Lunar Republic embarking on a secret mission to challenge the ambitious leaders of the Northern Alliance. With the moon's orbital paths closed and the Congress-In-Council bent on his assassination, Grey decides he must travel to the most dangerous planet he has ever visited - Earth.
