Ex To See
From bestselling author Dr. Rebecca Sharp comes a fall-themed, fake relationship romantic comedy...
Sage Walker needs a fake wedding date-and fast.
Heading home for her sister's wedding was a happy occasion, until she found out the best man is her ex-boyfriend. (You know, the one who swore she'd been alone forever.)
From apple picking to pumpkin carving, Sage refuses to look the sad spinster at every pre-wedding event. But the solution to her problem might be even worse.
Luke Chambers has always been a ladies' man, but he's kept his eyes to himself when it came to his best friend's little sister. But when Sage walks into his brewery, he can't believe the girl he used to tease has grown up into the kind of woman found only in his fantasies. And when he hears her dilemma, he's more than happy to help.
Sage realizes her mistake from their very first fake kiss. Her childhood crush has turned into catastrophic desire. She swears it's all a show for her ex to see, yet every look... every touch... makes her wonder if what they have was meant to be.
But when the heat of their attraction brings up the burns of the past, can she say 'I do' to the feelings they've found or will she insist that they're done?

About the author
Rebecca Sharp
73 books2,859 followersRebecca Sharp always loved a good love story. Let's face it, when you include a romance novel on your 8th grade summer reading list just to see if the teacher would notice (she didn't!), she was bound to give writing one of her own a go. There's really no corner of romance that she doesn't (or wouldn't) enjoy writing, except maybe aliens, much to her husband's dismay, so her large catalog features a little something for everyone. However, her love of shows like NCIS and Criminal Minds makes her favorite stories to write the ones with some kind of suspense and crime solving.
When she's not writing, she's at her office treating patients, and somewhere between those two things, you'll find her wandering the globe with her husband always searching for their next adventure.

Autumn is my most favorite time of year and I felt the seasonal vibes in this story. I could just about taste the apples dipped in caramel.
Sage is in town for her sisters two week long wedding celebration. She soon finds out that her vile ex-boyfriend, Sean, is the best man in the wedding.
Although, Sage and Luke have known each other for years, since Luke is best friends with Sage's brother, Callan, it seems odd to me that they didn't recognize each other when they meet again for the first time. Did they really change that much since high school? Anyway, Luke agrees to be Sage's fake boyfriend in order to keep Sean away. I love how it is written in both of their point of views, as it really shows each of their true feelings.
There is an abundance of Harry Potter references, which lead up to a special moment towards the end.
If you like a fake relationship that turns into insta-love, with a side of sexy magical references, then give this book a try.

Ex to See
1.5/5 (rounded down to 1)
I would like to thank Booksprout for the ARC of Ex to See in exchange for an honest review.
This book could have been a very sweet, adorable, fun autumnal loving book – it was a very fast-paced book that was a fast read, felt like it was very well-paced for the most part. But I did have a lot of issues with this book, to the point that although this was the first book I have read by this author, it most likely will be the last.
It has taken me a few days to absorb this book and figure out my rating and how I would word this review.
This book is based on the song “Ex to See” by Sam Hunt – a song about not wanting an ex to see her alone, so she partners up with the narrator to make it seem like she’s with them. Only for the whole charade to end when he ends up realizing that he has feelings for her. A song with a lot of potential for a full-fledged story but ended up falling short with how this story was written.
Sage is a very fun, vibrant, unapologetic woman who has a lot of insecurities stemming from her teenage years with her ex-boyfriend Sean. Sean and Sage dated during high school when Sage was in her first year as a freshman and Sean was a senior. During their relationship, Sean broke Sage down to fit her into the cookie-cutter mold that he had a picture of in his mind that a girl should be. After he goes away to college, Sage visits him only to find him dating another woman there. Their relationship ends when he tells her that she should have expected it, that she was just a snack or a treat for the side.
A lot of Sage’s personality is bubbly and revolves around Sean’s insults to her, about her weight and her looks, and her flamboyancy. As most people are when they go through when something like that happens during their formative years. Sage runs a jewelry-making business that she runs out of her apartment in the city.
When Sage comes home to her small town for her sister’s wedding, she runs into not only Sean but a secondary crush that she had – aka her brother’s best friend, Luke Chambers who runs Fantasy Brewing.
Luke Chambers is a so-called ladies’ man, a man who has slept around from high school to adulthood. Only to fall in lust – because nothing in this book felt like love, the moment Sage walks into his brewery.
Sage and Luke end up in a fake-dating situation to get Sean to leave Sage alone, as Sean is the best man in the wedding and is everywhere that Sage is, with his one-dimensional rage and lines.
This book is a full case of one-dimensional characters with barely any layered complexity – which I get that this is a fun book that’s supposed to be cheesy and romantic, but it’s more frustrating than anything.
I would go into more depth about the issues I have but I’ll list them out instead of going into a lot of detail.
1. The characters, as stated above, there’s no dimension to them, they’re flat and easily predictable. They’re not like real people, which in a book like this, they could have been fully-fledged and complex, especially with the issues that arise in the book – like Sage’s body issues
2. Sage’s body issues are the second thing I don’t like about this book, I think it was poorly written. Body issues are a very, very complex issue, and this wasn’t handled in a good way at all. Her body issues stemmed from her formative years, and she’s spent almost a decade dealing with and has hindered her romantic life since the breakup with Sean. But all of a sudden, the moment Luke tells her that he likes her curves and thinks she’s pretty no matter what, her body issues have disappeared and it’s almost like it was never an issue in the first place.
3. Following the body image of Sage – and I know that for the most part, the cover art of a book isn’t up to the author, but I do have an issue with the cover. Considering the fact that in the first chapter of the book, it’s repeatedly told to the reader that Sage is curvy – midsize, but the cover shows an average size woman, which invalidates everything described Sage.
4. Luke never mentions anything about how much he likes Sage for her until the end when he’s confessing to her that he likes her more than a fake girlfriend, but he’s obsessed with her body, it’s the only thing he thinks about. His dick gets hard every time he looks at her, or talks to her, etc. there’s no mention about her quirkiness or her personality until the final confession which seems superficial.
5. Sean is the worst, he’s a terrible person. But he’s a terrible person for the sake of being a terrible person. He’s so terrible that Luke is the only rational and almost character that would be an okay pairing for Sage, despite that his love is almost weird with how possessive it is sometimes and how fast it goes.
6. Luke changes his entire career based on a woman he’s only been dating for two weeks, he decides where he’s going to put a new location, a new part of his life work, just based on the fact that that is where Sage is. There’s no other real deciding factor to the decision.
7. The fall theme wasn’t really there, yes there was a pumpkin carving contest, and a haunted house with costumes, but the cover and the wedding really screamed autumn, but the book didn’t deliver. There weren’t any actual fall themes, and also the wedding wasn’t actually in the book, there was the tiniest scene at the end that took place at the wedding, but for how much hype the wedding got, it didn’t show when it was time for the wedding.
8. The Harry Potter references. This book was a walking J.K.R advertisement, and honestly, in my personal opinion, if this was written before the controversy and scandal with her, I would have let this pass without mentioning it, but this is 2021 and I can’t let it slide without saying something. There is not a single chapter that doesn’t have a reference to the series, it almost feels like an unnecessary endorsement for the series and the author – and at this point, I don’t feel like there’s any need for her to get any more publicity after all of what JKR has done and said. Sage’s business took off because of HP merchandise, and she’s obsessed with the series still in her adulthood, along with Luke with his fantasy brewery. There are so many other large franchises that would have been so much more fun to integrate into the book, so many other references that could have been so much fun to do – Star Wars? Game of Thrones? Outlander? Vikings? Star Trek? Tim Burton? I would have even excused Doctor Who or Supernatural. But this book is a love letter to JKR, it almost read like a Disney Adult, it was cringe to read.
9. There was no personality or plot to this book, like seriously. There’s no actual plot to this book, it read like fanfiction for someone who doesn’t really know how to layout any type of plot order that the majority of contemporary romance books follow. The characters were boring and this was neither plot nor character-driven, it just existed in a timeline of 2 weeks.
10. This book should have come with trigger warnings, and I’ll probably mention this again in the wrap-up, but trigger warnings!! I went into this book expecting to enjoy a cute, autumn hallmark-esk romance. Which it was for the most part, until the last 20-30 pages, in which there’s attempted sexual assault and abuse that literally came out of nowhere. I could have excused everything else in this book, but I couldn’t get past this. It made me very uncomfortable and I had to take a step back for a day before getting through the last few pages – and after the attempted sexual assault, it was like it didn’t happen, there were no mentions of it afterward, no real consequences other than Sean getting kicked out of the wedding by the groom and him saying “I didn’t think he’d go this far” which clearly meant that he knew his college friend wasn’t a good person. There is also mentions of physical abuse with no warning - to Luke by his parents, which again was out of nowhere with no prior warning or heads up that it would go into detail about it.
Overall, this book had a lot of potentials, that it definitely didn’t live up to. It was a lot to take in and had a lot of problematic issues – especially not having trigger warnings for an ARC, there were no warnings in the other reviews about it, and maybe it may not be a big deal to some people, but for people who may have been through something similar, it would have been nice to have any type of warning beforehand for a book that didn’t seem like it would have that type of content.
If you like fake dating, insta-love, brother’s best friend tropes, this might be a fun read for you. But be aware of the flat characters, non-plot, and need for trigger warnings if you’re going to attempt Ex to See.

It was an easy and a quick read, but this book was definitely not for me. I liked the Harry Potter references but it was full of cliches and everything was too easy and very much unbelievable. Also, I don’t like insta love and everything happened incredibly fast. Reading this book felt like reading fanfiction, and sometimes was too explicit for me to like it.

“I read through chapter three,” he rasped, releasing my hand to pick up the well-read older edition of the book. “I read through all the times Uncle Vernon tried everything in his power to stop Harry from reading those letters; Harry didn’t know what was in the letters, but he knew it was important—knew he was important. And that’s why I had to keep reading… because I felt the same way: trapped by my family from discovering who I really wanted to be, not knowing exactly what I wanted, but knowing it should be up to me to decide it.”
Tears sped down my face and dropped to the blanket below.
“And just like that night, the truth finally hit home with a loud thump on the door.” He lifted the book. “My very own Hagrid.”
Un libro precioso, a pesar de ser muy cortito. Me ha encantado desde el principio, pero ese final, con esas constantes referencias a Harry Potter me ha enamorado. Perfecto.

This was a very sweet and charming book! Sage and Luke were unexpected but in the most beautiful way.
After some hard and crushing relationships Sage has no interest in a relationship. She just wants to focus on her growing business and for the next few weeks her sisters wedding! But after the shock of a lifetime Sage finds herself face to face with more than one ghost of her past.
Coming face to face with the girl of his dreams Luke feels like life couldn’t get better; except she turns out to be his best friends little sister! Luke and Sage of some decisions to make and hopefully the attraction is more than lust!
I loved how genuine Luke was. He was the highlight of this story for me! He helped Sage find her inner strength and learn to love herself again! This story is full of some laughs and lots of love!

If you love Harry Potter reference, fake dating, and the older brother's best friend trope, then Ex to See is the book for you.
Based on Sam Hunt's song Ex to See (which is one of my favorites by him), Sage is ambushed by Luke in pretending to be her boyfriend to avoid contact with her ex for the duration of her sister's wedding festivities.
However, I did not like this book one bit. Here is a list of reasons why:
1. Their instant love (or rather lust) relationship. It was hard to see how they "fell in love" with each other when the main thing I remember about Luke was that he liked Sage's body. Not her brain. Not her quirky style. Not her ability to create jewelry. It felt very shallow on both ends. For example, Sage describes how Luke makes her feel the “heat between her thighs” in comparison to her ex in Chapter 3. While physical attraction is important in a relationship, it shouldn’t be the only thing. And I am sadly not convinced they have more than that.
2. Her ex. I won't go into many details, but Sharp tried too hard to make Sage’s ex so horrible that he came off as one dimensional. It made me wonder (a few times) if she did that to make Luke appear as the best option for her. His lines came off juvenile and his actions barely made any sense. However, I won’t deny he was a complete scum.
3. We need content or trigger warnings for this book. I was caught off guard and completely shocked on that scene in the last 75-80% of the book. The whole scene came out of left field to be honest. I am so tired of authors not putting them in their books.
4. Characters and plot was lackluster. No one character really had a personality of their own. They all somewhat felt one dimensional. For a pre-wedding premise, we barely saw the wedding or their parents. Not to mention, the fact it is suggested to be fall themed, but there isn’t a lot of fall activities in here. The characters and plot just do not seem that flushed out to me.
Overall, I like the concept of it, but think it could have been executed better.

I wanted to like this book. It seemed poised to be a cute upbeat quick read. Instead it was not cute, lacked character depth and was so focused on being adorable that I lost focus. I lost interest half way through and DNF.
The main character Sage suffered from WGB syndrome. (White Girl Blush Syndrome) WGB syndrome happens when an author either can’t express a range of emotions or only assigns blushing as a primary emotion leading to the heroine blushing nonstop. I seriously lost track of how many times her cheeks burned, turned pink, flushed etc. Embarrassment is real emotion but when the character is completely defined by it solely through her cheeks coloring it gets old really quick.
The characters are caricatures. The quirky girl, the hot but perfectly sweet guy and the awful ex boyfriend don’t seem like real fleshed out characters. They feel like all the qualities they should possess personified. They weren’t interesting.
This book wasn’t bad but it could have been so much better. The constant Harry Potter references started to become tedious and forced. I honestly found myself caring less and less if the two leads ever got together and if the ex gets his comeuppance. Eventually I cared so little I stopped reading.

This book wasn’t bad but it could have been so much better. The constant Harry Potter references started to become tedious and forced. I honestly found myself caring less and less if the two leads ever got together and if the ex gets his comeuppance. Eventually I cared so little I stopped reading.

A sweet, spicy and fun, best friend's little sister romance!
I really loved this novella, it was a quick read but was full of everything I love about a good book! It didn't feel short, it felt complete! I loved the dynamic of Sage and Luke, who haven't seen each other in ages and didn't recognize each other at first.
Sage is free spirit and unapologetically herself, but also full of insecurities that others in her life have preyed upon. Luke is a huge disappointment for his family which is clearly their loss as he's such a great guy and catch. As the stars align and push these two together in a fake relationship, the sparks fly and fate has other plans for them!

I have to admit that this book left me conflicted. I will say that I liked this book, but certainly didn't like everything about it. I did really like this couple though. I thought they were very sweet and cute together. I am posting an objective review of my own volition.

This wasn't my favorite of this series or author. I struggled with the ex, the characters, and the Insta love.
Normally, I'm a huge fan of this author and this series but not this time. I'll still check out the next book.

Well written and developed story. Interesting characters and relationships among them. Lots of emotions flying around not always good. Good reality and background that adds to the story. All together a good read.

Ex to See starts off so sweet, funny and cute. It’s full of tropey goodness, fake dating, brothers best friend. It’s so nerdy and adorable, I had a hard time putting this book down. Like all the rest in the Country Love series, it does have some spicy moments. It truly is a book about embracing who you are and not letting people tear you down, while simultaneously giving you the sweetest couple. It’s the perfect book to get you into that fall mode!

Oh, gosh, this story was sweet, hot and swoony! Luke Chambers is to die for! To. Die. For!!
"Luke didn't look at me like a sister - he looked at me in a way no other man had ever done before."
Sage Walker is maid of honor and chief organiser for her sister's wedding. The only fly in the happy ointment is that her horrible ex is the best man. When she spills her woes to Luke Chambers, her brother's best friend, he jumps at the chance to be her fake boyfriend. Sage is determined to keep Lucky Luke with the playboy reputation at arm's length, but he makes it very, very difficult for her to do so.
"Saliva pooled in hotly in my mouth. Damn. I couldn't remember a time when I'd been hit this hard by the sight of a woman."
Luke doesn't recognise his best friend's little sister when she walks into his brewery. All he knows is that she is the woman of his fantasies come to life. He leaps at the chance to spend more time with her, and when he realises that the attraction is mutual between them, he doesn't hesitate to take the chance of turning their fake relationship into something real.
"I wanted all of her. Every beautiful, bold, and broken piece."
I ADORED this story! Luke is THE man! So gorgeous, so sweet, so protective, and so incredibly attracted to Sage. His lust for her was almost palpable. I loved the way he came to her rescue time and time again. I loved his deliciously flirtatious manner towards her. I adored his commanding way with her. His dirty mouth thrilled me just as much as it thrilled Sage! Sage was such a stoic and determined character. Her love for her sibling was heartwarming. I hurt for her as she struggled with her self-esteem, but I melted when she gave in to her desires and started believing how much Luke truly cared for her and wanted her. This was such a fun, sexy story, and I loved the Halloween setting.

Ex To See is a cleverly written, instalove romance with vibrant characters in a wonderland setting. It's Rose Walker's wedding and her younger sister, Sage, has the whole thing perfectly planned, until Rose drops the bomb that the best man, who will escort her up the aisle, is none other than her hateful ex, Sean. That can't happen and, as she goes to the brewery to pick up something for her brother, the man behind the counter is non other than Luke Chambers, the best looking, star quarterback from high school. Oh, yes, and her brother's best friend. She needs a fake date and Luke suggested that he would nicely fit the bill. When she walked through that door, he hadn't recognized her, yet, and was convinced she was the woman of his dreams. It wasn't just one thing...it was the whole woman who made his heart sing. As the story develops, it's apparent that Luke is fully invested in the charade; in fact, it's beginning to be much more real to him and he hopes she feels the same way. Having been beaten up emotionally by Sean, Sage never felt good enough to have someone who really loved her. Sean was a nightmare! He couldn't have been more rude and crude if he would have tried, and it was pure karma that engulfed him in the end. The love story between Luke and Sage is so sweet, hot and even a bit hilarious, especially when a dryer is used as background sound. The many references to Harry Potter were perfect and whether it was stealing Sage's favorite book or wearing a HWMNBN mask, Luke always knew exactly what was important to her. The vivid descriptions of the pumpkin festival activities, the smells and sounds around them, and a fairytale wedding are all infused with a special magic that gives Sage and Luke their happily ever after.

I really enjoyed this romance. Sage is a young woman who marches to her own beat and has developed the confidence to do it. I loved her selflessness to put up with her high school ex who shockingly is her sister’s fiancé’s best man. He is one creepy dude who takes awful pleasure in tormenting Sage.
Luke is the older brother’s best friend who Sage had a crush on in high school, but they haven’t seen each other in several years so when they meet at his brewery neither realizes who they are attracted to until a few flirty minutes later.
Luke volunteers to be her fake date because he wants to spend time with this grown up version of Sage who he feels is his fantasy woman come to life. Sage is uncomfortable with the idea because she still thinks of Luke as an unattainable playboy.
These two are fantastic together. Luke is one of the most amazing, swoonworthy male characters I’ve come across in a long time. He’s sex on a stick sexy, sweet, compassionate, romantic, supportive and just a really good guy. I loved how he isn’t shy or hesitant to pursue Sage from the moment he sees her at his brewery.
There is a little drama, but just enough to give the reader something to dig into and not a story that rips your heart out over a stupid misunderstanding. Thank you!! These two have great discussions and really open up to each other. I loved this story!

Ex to See is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it a lot. Sage is a jewelry maker, a Harry Potter fan, and the bridesmaid for a wedding of gigantic bridezilla proportions: there are various fall themed events for three weeks. Her jerkhole ex Sean is going to be there, and she would love to have a fake date to shield her from Sean's little digs and smarmy advances. She likes to think she's fiercely independent but she's got a lot of insecurity. Enter Luke, her brother's friend and her teenage crush, who is still a dish. Luke declares himself as her boyfriend and puts Sean in his place a number of times. But feelings make it really hard to insist that it's still fake. Eventually they need to discuss some past hurts and fears and find their own threads of magic that tie them together at the end. I liked some beautiful emotional descriptions and the natural way that Luke drafted himself as her fake boyfriend. Their meet-cute at Luke's brewery was a tad unbelievable because neither of them recognizes the other, and I think at least Sage should have recognized her former crush, given that she was fully expecting to meet Luke there. Steam level: plenty of sex for such a short book, including a scene in which he's dressed as Voldemort. Contains some violence that the perp gets away with. “The sweetest heat”
Oh gosh, this was such a fun read! It’s perfectly seasoned for a fall read!
Sage is my spirit sister, with her curvy, eclectic, HP loving self who loves all things fall in her hometown. When coming home for her older sister’s wedding festivities, she’s forced to face her slimy ex, Sean, who wants nothing more than to make her feel worse than gum on his shoe. Sage has spent years with PTSD from this relationship and she’s brought right back to that time when she finds out he’s the best man.
Her brother’s best friend, Luke, agrees to be her fake boyfriend to try and battle Sean’s jackass-o-lantern self while battling her old feelings for a guy she crushed on as a young teen.
It takes all Luke’s power to show Sage that there’s nothing fake about the way he feels for her and although they have only a little bit of time together, the chemistry is hotter than the cider and more magical than any spell. Luke is totally book boyfriend material and I was melting along with each page. I laughed, cried, and swooned hard for these two! Both are overcoming traumas from their childhood while trying to achieve their dreams as adults. Even though this wasn’t a super long read and the pace was quick, I didn’t feel rushed through the story. It was a page turning read that I could easily read again and again!

Nice tale of fake-to-forever romance. 4.5*
Luke a hunky ex-high school football player, now running his brewery business meets what he thinks is the dream woman. She in fact turns out to be Sage, his best friend’s younger sister. She has always been off-limits to him, but he is intrigued by this curvaceous beauty. He’ll get the chance to play Sir Galahad to act as her fake boyfriend during her sister’s extended wedding celebrations, to avoid her having to face her obnoxious ex-boyfriend cast as the best man. Their history as they were going up covered a crush on both sides, but their fake relationship gradually develops into a real one. This novel is a well-written, well-thought-out, full of action piece of work, with good use of English and vocabulary and scene-appropriate dialogues. The style of writing is witty, with well-developed characters with numerous steamy scenes and a well-deserved HEA! I am more than happy to recommend this novel to all fake-to-real relationship lovers.

Sage is prepping her sisters wedding when she finds out the best man is her despicable ex, who hurt her on so many levels. Her brother sends her to the pick up something and she finds his best friend Luke there and they reconnect on a whole different plane as both have grown up and now she looks like a dream to him. Luke will be her date at the wedding, but as they fake it, it becomes real. The characters are heartwarming as they connect, with the backstories giving them a little hesitation. The storyline has wonderful locales and vivid descriptions of activities that make you feel like you are there. Plenty of drama (an ex from h-ll), fun situations and banter, surprises and twists, romance and a lot of Harry Potter bits. Loved Sage and Luke as they find the one who really puts trust, love and protection into the mix. Great ending.

A delightfully endearing story with the added bonus of having an Halloween/wedding backdrop.
Luke and Sage's Romance is a fake relationship/brothers best friend tale that I thoroughly enjoyed.it is a funny, sweet, and sexy book.
It was hard not to fall in Love with Sage and Luke,as feelings become heightened as they navigate their fake relationship, because when kisses and touches start to feel more intimate and less fake falling in love was not in the plan.
I was completely charmed by Ex To See By Rebecca Sharp and it enchanted me from the begining to the end.
It warmed my heart and made me feel cosy inside.
This is a great Autumn/Fall read and gets you into the spirit of the season.
I Highly Recommend it.

Risking Her Heart ? . . .
Suddenly Sage Walker needs a fake date for her sister’s wedding. She just found out the best man is her ex-boyfriend. And whatever else happens, she cannot let him see she is still alone (which he had predicted). Her solution doesn’t look promising, though.
Luke Chambers, playboy type, has always kept his hands off his best friend’s little sister. Seeing her now in his brewery, he is stunned to see the grown up beauty. So when he hears about her problem, he is delighted to swoop in and help. The first fake kiss told Sage she was in trouble. They are putting on a show for her ex, and it feels like she is his. Will she panic and walk away? Or will she give this new relationship a chance? Can she risk her heart?

I enjoyed Sage and Luke, their intense connection, their budding relationship, and the supportive family of the Walkers.
I could not stand Sean AT ALL, I have no patience for people who enjoy body shaming or belittling people because of their size.
While most of this story was upbeat, quirky, playful, and steamy I was not prepared for the dramatic twist it took towards the end.
There will definitely be people who will be triggered.
The HP theme was great for forming a connection between the two main characters, however, as I am not a fan (gasp!) I felt it was a little overdone.
It just missed the mark for me on a few things but there were some great things to this story as well.

Everything Dr. Sharp writes is GOLD!!
And this is no exception.
Ladies, if hot and steamy is your thing like it is mine, don't miss out on this story!
Sage is strong but damaged due to a jerk of an ex (hey, we've all been there!) and Luke is her childhood crush all grown up.
When Sage needs a fake boyfriend to help her through a couple of weeks before her sister's wedding (yes, that pesky ex just keeps showing up), Luke is more than happy to help out the girl who has taken his breath away.
This story is magical!

I LOVED this fake romance story! The sweetness of Luke and Sage overcoming all their own abuses to find each other at the right time for a REAL relationship with each other was wonderful to read. Although this was a short read and the story moved along quickly, there was so many feels packed in that I was laughing and crying and swooning and then doing it all over again!

Awesome story.
A fake dating between a plus size girl and her brother's best friend who she hasn't seen for a while. It was instant attraction between the two. What started as a date for her sister's wedding, turned into so much more.
I don't know what I loved more. The Harry Potter references or the fake dating with the brother's best friend. This book was so much more than I expected. I recommend this book.
