I read a lot of esoteric books and I learned a few things from this book, but not a whole lot. I am not sure why the author is deserving of such wisdom if he is new to this spiritually. Because he is new to this, he won't be able to understand deeper concepts. He proposes veganism to become more high vibe because eating animals lowers your vibe. The problem with this argument is the assumption that animals are lower on the totem pole than humans, which he says in the book at another point that animals have surpassed humans in frequency. So which is it?

In the end this book offers a few tidbits but there are way better books out there on these concepts and I would go read those! Through Alien Eyes is a great channeled book about how the pyramids were built.

Great read, simplifies the complex!

I recommend this book to all fellow travelers, whether your journey has been long or has just begun, and anywhere in between. If you are aware enough to realize the journey we’re on, the concepts in this book will seem to be something you’ve known (or suspected) all along, just much clearer and easier to understand.

Uplifting

I loved this book. It is so spiritually uplifting. With so much negativity in this world today, it was exactly what I needed to know there is hope.

You'll get lots of information on increasing your vibration, something that might allow you to enter into higher dimensional thought. The book tells us the first five of these are beta, alpha, theta, delta and gamma. Plants are lowest, then humans then animals...but we have the capacity to go higher. Much of it comes down to having more pure thoughts, actions, and eating better.

The book does a good job going into the idea of soul contracts, soul groups, and the idea of a destiny to come to Earth to learn and accomplish and get over hurdles from previous lifetimes. This is a good book to pair with the recent Disclosure videos released, as well as the Pyramid Code book.
