Review: The part three of the wave series… I was so excited when I started reading this, and now that I have, welcome readers to this exciting review of A Third Wave: The Survival. I would take the opportunity here, that the author made the most productive use of her time during the pandemic to give us a pandemic inspired tale to follow and love.
I have really become a fan of the author’s writing style and storytelling. She’s simplistic yet intricate to describe her the best. The meticulously written details, makes the scenes more visual for the readers and the engaging storyline keep them hooked on to the story.
The third book is as exciting as the two of the previous ones, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t read it in one sitting. With the virus still spreading, and with all the suspense that is around it’s solution. This installment in the series has more action and more drama, more suspense and more thrill for the readers. A Third Wave: The Survival is the third book in the Waves book series by Lisa Marie Meadows. The complete series is based on the current covid situation of the world with Shelby and Simon at its center and their loves story.
The book starts from the point where it was left in the 2nd installment. Simon manages to escape the hurricane with some injuries and then goes back to Shelby in New York. Their is a ray of hope in the world as the vaccine for the world pandemic is found. However a new variant of the virus is found and both Shelby and Simon tries their best to save as many people as possible.
Shelby and Simon also gets a lot of time to spend together in this part, Shelby spends her Christmas with Simon's parents, where Simon proposes her. Shelby still gets nightmares of Charlie's death. Will they get together or will they part away?
The third installment is as good as the first two part of the series. Reading it was fun, the story due to the pandemic touch is very much relatable and the romance angle of Shelby and Simon is comforting. Throughout the series their love and bond as evolved and you will also fall in love with them.
This book is a great read for the lovers of romantic genre and will definitely love it. I will recommend everyone to pick up this series as it is very relevant and when a reader gets a story so relatable, their is maximum chances they will love it.

The Third Wave the author continues with an engaging story. I enjoy the narration of the book switching between the two main characters Shelby and Simon. You become engrossed in their story. The story as with the two previous books grasped my attention. As a contemporary novel it alludes and is thought provoking on many of today's current events while engaging an amorous love story that would not let me put it down. The ongoing plots and twists make you want to keep turning the pages.
