They say the truth can set you free, but it can’t undo the past. A past filled with secrets, lies, and heartache.
Zeno De Rossi unleashed a bomb when he told me the truth about our families.
He thought an explanation would bring us closer. But how can I trust a man who has kept so many secrets? How can I love a man who has caused so much pain?
Uncertainty haunts my every thought, but I may not have the luxury of choice. In yet another cruel twist of fate, I’ve drawn the attention of a monster. A man obsessed with ruining me.
I see no option but to put my life in Zeno’s hands. Like it or not, he’s the only one who can keep me safe.
But will my heart be safe from him?
Silent Prejudice is the thrilling conclusion to The Savage Pride Duet—a classic tale of romance retold in a world of danger, deception, and murder.
Jill is a Texan, born and raised. She manages the hectic social calendars for her three active children and occasionally spends an evening with her dashing husband. Aside from being an author and a mom, she's a travel junkie and loves to read when she is not lost in her own stories.
With Jill’s books, you can count on confident heroines, plenty of steamy tension, and deliciously assertive leading men. There are no guarantees in life, but with her books, you know everything will work out in the end. However, a perfect ending would not be nearly as satisfying without a seemingly insurmountable challenge. Jill loves to add plenty of adversity in her stories, creating unforgettably dynamic characters and sneaky plot twists you will never see coming.
After the previous’s book revelations, I wondered what would come of it. I mean, I know how Austen’s classic ends, but it wasn’t really fitting. So what other surprises did the author had for me?
Answer is: plenty. From more revelations to an ending darker than I expected, though I knew there would be a happily ever after, the twists kept me guessing how we would reach it. Even when they were not so surprising, they were nicely done.
Most of the book was about Isa and Zeno building a relationship despite all the obstacles that members of the mafia usually have to face. But the extent of Zeno’s feelings was astounding. He has no qualms about admiting loving Isa since their childhood.
He was a truly fascinating character, going from a dedicated lover ready to give up everything for the woman in love, to an ambitious underboss who dreams of controling the family, and who has no problem with violence or murder. Isa, on the other end, shows a remarkable inner strength, and learns to balance her need for independance with relying on trusted people. Inspiring.
The pace of the whole book could have been better–I felt that it stalled a bit before going faster toward a resolution. But there were scenes of beauty, of friendship or love, that made the whole story worthwile. I can’t suggest enough to read the bonus chapters offered at the end of the book to get Zeno’s point of view in a handful of scenes, and to see a side of him that, of course, we can’t get through Luisa’s point of view.
Though the story move farther from Austen’s book, this second book is a perfect conclusion to a duet that’s great in itself.
Quickie
- Series: Savage pride duet #2 (end of the duet) - Hashtags: #mafia romance #enemies to lovers #retelling - Triggers: death, cheating, mention of torture, attempted sexual assault - Main couple: Luisa Banetti & Zeno De Rossi - Hotness: 5/5 - Romance: 4/5 - + I loved how a little mystery is left at the hand - – that was a lot of cheating
Once again Jill has floored me, I'm sat here looking at the wall trying to process that masterpiece!
We pick up exactly where we left off in book one, it isn't looking good, and there's certainly storms on the horizon, the blows don't stop coming but Luisa manages to hold herself up with such poise and elegance 😍
Zeno proves himself time and time again in this second half of the duet, his loyalty to Luisa knows no bounds, and even though he had a funny way of showing it in the past, he's not about to let anything get in the way of their happiness now! We thought we'd seen this Dark Darcy's true colours in the first book, but that was nothing on what we see of him in this book 😈
I was watching the minutes dwindle down on my kindle wondering how the hell anything was going to get resolved, but Jill did it beautifully and wrapped it all up in a little bow for us!
I did not expect half of those twists and turns but I'm so glad Luisa and Zeno were able to put the secrets and hurdles behind them and use the truth to not only heal themselves, but also to help others too!
I really hope this isn't the end of these characters because they've all burrowed their way into my soul, and that little present you left us at the end was EVERYTHING 😍
Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5) Trope: second chance/enemies to lovers Angst: 😱😱😱 Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥 Triggers: attempted sexual assault
What a great conclusion to the story! The second installment of the series was much more fast paced than the first and the twists and turns just keep coming. The family secrets have been laid bare and Zeno's future as boss comes into question and Zeno and Lulu try to navigate the future of their relationship. The chemistry that brewed all through the first book between Zeno and Lulu finally explodes and they just can't keep away from each other, no matter the cost. Well written with characters you're rooting for. Can't wait to see where Jill takes us next!
Silent Prejudice is the exciting conclusion to the Savage Pride duet by Jill Ramsower. It is told in first person with dual POV. It cannot be read as a standalone.
Silent Prejudice by Jill Ramsower brought the classic beauty of Pride and Prejudice in a twisted way. It was extremely emotional. The storyline is so familiar yet the author managed to give it a smart makeover with suspense and steam to make it suit a mafia romance.
This is book two in the duet and must be read in order. Luisa aka Isa thought that Zeno Rossi (the son of their family's employer and neighbour and successor to mafia don) hated her. But recent circumstances brought so many secrets and Isa doesn't know what to do with it. Her family and her sisters are all in different kinds of problems. And Isa has complicated feelings for Zeno. . Now if you have read my review of first book, you know I had some issues with the storytelling and I am glad to tell you that the author has turned it around beautifully in book 2. Now Zeno and his ruthless yet confident and protective actions make so much sense. Like his connection with Isa. Isa comes across a far mature and put together and headstrong character here. And I loved how their connection was slowly built up. They worked through their misunderstanding and heartbreak and worked as partners at every step. The story has caught up to the modern times and the mafia world of deceptions and rivalry was made to fit here. The secondary characters all played their part and the whole execution was believable and exciting. I loved the family times as well as the sexy times.
If you love to read Pride and Prejudice retellings, Silent Prejudice by Jill Ramsower is a must read. . I reviewed an early copy voluntarily
For me this book was such a smooth sailing amidst a few bumps but I felt so amazing as now we finally get all the answers. Why was Zeno the way he was in the past, his behaviour regarding his brother, Nevio and so much more.
After that ending, knowing the secret now, Luisa does her best to stay away from Nevio, even though he doesn't seem to want to. Then there is Aldo, the creepy debt collector and how his advances seem to be getting dangerous.
And the most important and secretive of them all, Zeno. I was beyond estcatic when Zeno starts taking things ahead with luisa.
But now that they finally have a chance together, the Mafia boss himself, Christiano, doesn't aprove of this union, leaving luisa scared and not knowing what will happen and what would she do.
I loved how luisa doesn't back down and demands answers from the ever silent Zeno and OMG.. Gia and Carter made me dance with glee.
Also, that freaking twister at the ending. Wow, this one made my heart so full and Zeno.. That man was scorching fire and I'm oh so jealous of Luisa for having him.
This duet is a must read for sure. Loved loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Copy received from the author. Voluntarily reviewing and all opinions are objective and my own.
After Savage Pride sets up the entire story, Silent Prejudice takes us through a fast ending. Not fast as in it felt rushed, but definitely hooked me in more. There were no slow moments because every moment was so exciting and I gobbled up this book!
With all the secrets out, the story involves working through those. Zeno’s future as boss is questioned, their romance takes off in every spicy and wonderful way imaginable, and all the chemistry just explodes! I love Zeno and his protectiveness. He warms my heart
I said this in my review of book 1 but I’ll say it again. This is a refreshing mafia duet. Because it doesn’t deal directly with the mafia lifestyle as we’ve seen in her original mafia series. Zeno is part of it all, but we don’t get the gritty mafia we normally see. This duet is much more family based, and though I do love my mafia romances to bits, this is refreshing in a unique good way. One to make you remember that the mafia soldiers, bosses, etc. have family drama on the side and not everything is murder, guns, and politics
I’ve loved everything Jill puts out and I CAN’T wait to see what she brings us next!! Oh, and the bonus scenes through the sign up at the end--loved them! Loved Zeno’s POV
It is said that you should never judge a book by its cover, but in this case you really should. As stunning as this cover is, the words within the pages are just as captivating. Masterfully written, this author continues to cleverly write a story that is rather original even as it is a retelling of a favorite classic. Her creativity with both the characters and story is engaging and I found myself fulling immersed in the book and invested in the characters. Luisa (Isa) remains a strong heroine with a huge heart and a stubborn backbone. Zeno is positively scrumptious and I love how his character was further developed in this book. The back and forth between them was entertaining and their chemistry was off the charts hot. I enjoyed how their relationship evolved. The mafia aspect was more prominent in this novel compared to book 1 and the surprising revelations and twists were creatively interspersed throughout the book. Silent Prejudice is a fast paced novel that kept me enthralled from beginning to end. It is book 2 of the Savage Pride Duet and I am happy to say that this author has officially become a one-click author for me!
I voluntarily read an early version of this manuscript. All thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.
"Silent Prejudice" by Jill Ramsower picks up where "Savage Pride" left off and OMG, this book did not disappoint. These two books have to be a top selling Duet. I literally could not put this book down but life interferes so had to read it in two sittings. As fast as secrets were being revealed more were appearing, like a little Peyton Place. Zeno and Luisa had theirs lives turned upside down and sideways for awhile with all the revelations but handled it all in stride. This book was definitely a page turner, well done Jill, thanks for the journey.
Well I didn't see half of that coming but so glad Zeno and Luisa were able to find the truth and heal from it. So worth the read with two very endearing, spirited, loyal people that find the path that was meant for them.
Yes, fortunately Jill didn’t leave me hanging for long after Savage Pride. In Silent Prejudice we pick up where we left off. Luisa is still shell shocked about the letter Zeno left for her. For years, she has been kept in the dark about the family secrets. How can she forgive Zeno for all his lies?
But unfortunately, that is the least of Luisa’s problems, since not only her mother, but also her sisters and friends are very good at getting into trouble. And while Luisa tries to sort everything out, she can’t help but still feel attracted to Zeno. However, she still can’t trust him. When Luisa is attacked though, it is Zeno who saves her. And when more problems are piling up, Luisa knows she have to trust Zeno to save her. But can she trust her own heart?
Totally in Jill’s style this mafia story keeps you on edge. Traitors and conspiracies, capo’s and blood oaths, all in the lives and loves of a mob family. What’s not to love? Keep ‘m coming Jill, your stories are awesome. Five out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.
I received this ARC in exchange for my honest review. As always, please check trigger warnings.
Silent Prejudice is the second book in the Savage Pride Duet and picks up after the bombshell has been dropped about family ties between the De Rossi's and the Banetti's. I was caught up in the story once again just from the style of writing Jill Ramsower has.
I loved that we were still able to see Luisa stand her ground and take charge of her life, while also seeing her struggle with her feelings for a man who at one time cast her off without remorse. Zeno has come to the conclusion that he can no longer deny his feelings for Luisa and has laid his heart on the line with the thought that he's already lost all hope.
This story delves further into side characters as well as life in the Giordano mafia family. Maybe I'm crazy, but I could have had just a little more danger and suspense from this book since the first book set it up so beautifully. We get what I would refer to as Mafia Light in Silent Prejudice. So while it doesn't take away from the story, I believe it would have easily been a five star read with just a little extra dark and dangerous. Spice was wonderful, storyline was great, but I wanted just a little bit more of the Mafia lifestyle and dangers associated with it. Loose ends were tied fairly quickly and I wanted a bit more suspense before it happened.
This retelling of Pride and Prejudice gave me the same feels as the original story, but gave it a spin that mixed my nostalgia for the classic Jane Austen book with spice and twists from a modern day dark romance. I recommend checking it out and also falling into Jill Ramsower's other works, I certainly will!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book provided to me. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
WOW. Just wow. Silent Prejudice was the ending conclusion of Savage Pride. This series must be read in order.
This duet is written as a modern-day Pride and Prejudice. It was such a refreshing retelling and one that gripped me from the beginning to the very end.
There were many things in this series that I loved, and many times my mind wasn’t sure if I could take it anymore. Zeno is quite aggressive in what he wants. I loved that he was that way and could have the family and Isa.
Well the bombs just kept on dropping! Lots of secrets and more jaw dropping revelations are exposed in this book.
Same as the first book I really enjoyed Zeno's Darcy-esque characterization. It came through more so here. He kept his cards close and really did embody a darker, moodier Mafia style Darcy. I wasn't initially feeling Isa's Eliza Bennett, but I realized she was very much like her in her relatability and good sense. This was a slow burn romance, with lots of hate in the first book due to pride and misunderstanding between the characters, culminating in some high drama events in this book. A fast, well-paced read with twists to keep you engaged and entertained. You'll definitely get the Pride and Prejudice influence in this modern Mafia romance.
I received an ARC and I am leaving a review voluntarily. Opinions are my own.
The book flows seamlessly from book one to this book. Luisa is still unsure of her feelings. Zeno knows what he wants, but doesn’t know how to get it. Family secrets cause havoc with these two. Will they be able to overcome all the obstacles or will they crash and burn? Fast pace writing keeps the book flowing. It is easy to read and very entertaining!
An action packed, tension filled ending to this duet! Ramsower doesn't disappoint in this 2nd and final book
For those who aren't familiar with Jill Ramsower, she writes mafia romances. I'd have to say she made me a fan of the genre. I'd never been interested in the genre because, well...bad guys. But I happened upon a freeby (another author) and to my surprise, the H, though head of a Russian Bratva, turned out to be the savior and hero of the h who grew up in the life. There are degrees of bad, and in the case the H was a good, bad guy and I found myself rooting for him and the h. So when I came across Ramsower's Blood Always, I decided to take a chance and fell in love...with the characters and the story. After discovering it was part of a stand alone series in the same world dealing with other characters in the book, of course I had to read the others. And that's when I fell in love with the genre and became a Jill Ramsower fan.
This is the second book in a Pride and Prejudice styled duet and completes the story of Zeno and Luisa. (The first is Savage Pride.)
I love all things Pride and Prejudice and have read the book countless time and seen every film production ever made...more than once. I have also read all things Austen or Pride and Prejudice related, including numerous books billed as steamy or modernized versions. Sadly, more often than not, I've been disappointed with the attempts to modernize or steam-up the original as they not only lost the essence of the original, but usually weren't even good stories.. When I saw that Jill Ramsower had written a mafia romance versionof Pride and Prejudice, I couldn't resist. In typical Ramsower fashion, she didn't disappoint. In short, book one was a definite tribute to the original, different characters, different storyline, and yet all the elements of the original were there. She managed to capture the essence of the original while tellng a totally different story. I absolutely loved book one and couldn't wait for the release of book 2. (You can read my complete review of Savage Pride by clicking one of the links below)
Silent Prejudice, Book #2, still keeps some of the original Austen elements, but deviates more in that it brings a stronger mafia element which means more threats, danger, blood and violence. Additionally, where the first mostly stayed true to the original chaste storyline that purist Austen fans would love, this second book has a lot of steam and sex. But while this one doesn't give you the complete Austen purity of the first, it more than makes up for it in typical Jill Ramsower story telling. And that woman knows how to tell a mafia romance story. She is a talented writer, so we get strong, well-developed characters, a great romance and all the danger, intrigue and twists in a unique and exciting story that keeps you turning the pages. As I said, typical Ramsower!
I've loved all of Jill Ramsower's books; but this duet is up there with my top favorite "Blood Always". It's definitely going on my re-read list! And I will continue to read anything this author writes.
This is the second and concluding part of the intriguing duet and continues straight on from the ending in the first book. Zeno and Luisa have challenges to overcome to be together, but Zeno is adamant that he will not allow anyone, or anything get in the way of their happiness. Luisa is feeling insecure as the mafia boss does not approve of them being together, and she feels that the future is looking bleak for them. This is a well written emotional roller coaster which is filled with secrets, family, danger, suspense, deception, twists, truths, revelations, and love, which all leads to a thrilling and steamy riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Perfect ending for the modern day Darcy (Zeno) and Elizabeth (Lulu)! I said it in the review of the first book in this duet but Jill has done an amazing job in retelling the original story with the a modern twist and staying true to the original at the same time - just amazing job with one of my favorites! The twists and turns of the plot, the character build, the heat between Zeno and Lulu, all kept me so invested and the pages just flying! Stop what you are doing and read this series now!!
I have to say this is the best twist on a classic that I've ever read, and frankly, I was battling myself to read as quickly as I could to see how things would pan out, and yet, telling myself to slow down because of not wanting it to end LOL! A lot of things are going on here, and there are a ton of moving parts so I'm going to make this review very generic because I will kick my own a** if I were to accidentally give anything away. The twists were coming in hot, the chaos was so insane that I wasn't sure how it would all end up or if it could even do so, so those secrets that don't make friends were intense. I swear I thought we were going to be punked and there would be another cliffhanger ending but thankfully I was wrong because there's no way in hell that I would have been able to wait any longer for all the information. Seriously, you don't want to miss out on this duet because you don't just read it, nope, you experience every last moment along with our couple so you know what to do! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This has got to be one of the most ridiculous books I have ever attempted to read. I tried. I tried so hard because who wouldn’t want to read a Pride and Prejudice MAFIA retelling???? I struggled through the first one but thought to myself “the second one can’t be that bad” so I decided to read it…BUT IT WAS THAT BAD.
This duet is the best Pride & Prejudice retelling I have ever read. It is written to perfection with the full cast of crazy characters with a mafia theme and Zeno & Luisa are the perfect Darcy & Lizzy
I’ll preface with: I went into this book knowing fmc minds everyone’s business and spends hours rambling in her head about everyone else’s lives. That being said I was hoping for some redemption. But alas, the vilification of her mother was what truly made me despise Louisa: As she herself discovers, her mother got pregnant very young, early teens; basically a child. Her father who brought her into this mafia life cheated on her while she was pregnant with her and now she has a secret half brother HER AGE. Louisa’s mother has all the mile markers of someone who copes with her unhappy life through her vices( shopping, gambling,) and yet she places Antonio, her father on a pedestal, the saint who does no wrong. Her mother later having two other daughters with someone else is a classic case of f*** around find out, she got cheated on first ! Every other chapter is her complaining about her mother’s personality, how she starts things and struggles to finish them, can only maintain punctuality and organization at work(ADHD much? Possible case of HIGH FUNCTIONING DEPRESSION??!!!) how she is outspoken and gossips? Weelllllllllll… IF SHED STOP MINDING AND JUDGING EVERYONES BUSINESS SHE WOULD REALIZE SHE IS THE SAME, possibly worse!
Another honorable mention: She strung along her child hood friend knowing from day one she had emotional and physical attraction to his brother, not once was she confused about whether or not she liked Nevio!!
This was book was a case of “ why the hell did I force myself to finish this”
☆☆☆☆☆ Silent Prejudice was everything I hoped it would be and so much more. Jill Ramsower gave us a conclusion to this duet that truly gave these characters a fitting HEA. At the end of Savage Pride, Zeno revealed to Isa information that answered some of her questions but put her in an awful position with everyone in her life. He thought that explaining the reason behind his behavior would put them on equal ground again but the thought of trying to trust him again, after all of the secrets he kept, seemed daunting if not impossible. This book was much more action packed and angst filled than the first book and I loved that. The tension-filled chemistry that vibrated off Isa and Zeno in the first book finally broke, leading to some seriously heated scenes. Both characters matured and grew as they learned to accept all of each other and their outside lives. I loved getting Zeno's POV as well. I highly recommend this duet. This is my honest opinion, freely given.
Lusia/Isa is still recovering over that the fact that Nevio is her half brother. HOWEVER there is more to learn about the family tree...no spoilers Let's just we dive more into the families and there is a surpise I did not see coming and like Lusia I felt sick...no spoilers
"I love him so deeply that my heart beats to his rhythm"
Zeno & Isa love story is FINALLY shooting up into the stars! They have loved each other since children but they never showed their true feelings. Until now and in this book we dive more into their undying love 🥰and very steamy moments🥵
"We were victim to circumstances beyond our control. That's no one's fault"
There is a threat called Christiano still over their heads and he has plans for Zeno BUT Zeno bows to no man. This is the mafia world were there is blood there is a love story that is worth fighting for.
Advanced reader copy received from author in exchange for an honest review. Opinions expressed are my own and have not been influenced in any way.
Silent Prejudice is not a standalone it is Book 2 in the Pride and Prejudice Mafia Duet. This author is so talented at writing well crafted stories with amazing characters and storylines. All your questions from plot twists in Book 1 Savage Pride will be resolved and tied up with a nice Christmas Bow !
Isa and Zeno are amazing characters and there is so much angst , tension , and steamy chemistry going on in their relationship. I devoured this book in one sitting and I became a huge fan of Zeno and his protectiveness that’s for sure!
If you are a fan of Mafia romance I think you will really enjoy this duet.
This is the second part of the Savage Pride duet; a mafia Pride and Prejudice retelling featuring the knowledgeable and fiesty heroine Luisa and the enigmatic and aloof hero Zeno.
You can't read this book without first reading Savage Pride which was released last month.
I can't go into too much storyline without giving away the preceding book however I can say Jill Ramsower has done a great job with this series. The characters are excellent and I really clicked with Luisa. I could see how she came to her conclusions and felt it easy to justify actions she made. Zeno was a little harder to click with but that is probably because we don't hear from his POV. In saying that, by the end of the book I absolutely loved him. His actions speak so much louder than words which is obviously WHY we don't get a Zeno POV. He is supposed to remain aloof and enigmatic just like the original Mr Darcy.
The scenes between Zeno and Isa were delicious. They had such great chemistry and made a really good couple; I really enjoyed how they came to life off the page in each others presence.
World building is on point here and the villainous characters Jill has created were absolutely brilliant. I H-A-T-E-D them - which is, obviously, a job well done when it comes to writing a good 'bad guy'!!
I received an early edition copy of the book in exchange for my honest opinion.
Jill Ramsower can certainly write a story full of suspense. The previous book in Savage Pride duet left me hungry for more, and the author definitely delivered! Silent Prejudice was full of twists and turns and provided all the mushy feelings I missed before. And although you can see the similarity to the Austen classic, I am glad that Ramsower has added her own spin in this retelling.
The evolution of Luisa and Zeno, both individually and as lovers, is so palpable in this part of the series. Their love shines through and I was so happy to see them fight the obstacles. The chemistry between them is off the charts and what the previous book lacked on this level, was definitely given is spades in this one. Zeno is totally swoon-worthy and Isa's strenght is admirable. Together they are just wonderful.
Silent Prejudice is a great conclusion to the duet. It gives the answers to all the questions that I had while reading Savage Pride. The characters development is well thought-out, and their relantionship evolved beautifully. The mafia aspect kept me at the edge of the seat, and all the surprises were mindblowing. A great read from a talented storyteller!
It’s funny how, upon disliking a book, you can’t stop yourself from giving a nuanced review but, upon liking it, the bare minimum words suffice. I love Austen & I love romance novel. This book is, honestly, really good! I wish the dialogues were a bit more up to date & less stuffy. I understand the author’s intent in capturing the original conversation in P&P, but still. She could have given it a more modern feel. I wish there was a bit more violence because it is, after all, a mafia romance. But if I put these two complaints aside, this book was absolutely amazing! I love how well written all the characters were. Despite knowing what happens (like I said, I love Austen & I adore P&P), the author still managed to shock me with the plot twist in the end of the last book. I also love the fact that some parts of P&P have been given an updated feel- I’m talking about Mr. Collins & Charlotte, as well as Mr. & Mrs. Bennett. After reading a string of highly anticipated romance novels that only ended up disappointing me, this duet series is such a good surprise! I love how well all the loose strings tied up. It’s a good read!
This is the second book in this duet by this author, this book can not be read as a stand alone read and book one must be read first. This is the continued story from book one. This story is even more amazing than the first book. This book is filled with twists and turns, suspense, action and of course plenty of hot and steamy moments. Once you start this book you won't be able to put this book down till you get to the very last page, then you will definitely be left with a book hangover. This is an amazing duet from this amazing talented author.
I was given an advanced reader copy of this book and this is my honest review
3.5 Stars This is the conclusion to the Savage Pride duet, a contemporary retelling of Pride & Prejudice. This one had a little more mafia content than the first book but I still would in no way say this is a typical mafia story. By the same token, there are a few short sex scenes but I wouldn't call it a steamy book either. I never quite felt the deep emotional connection between the two leads, but I was pretty impressed with the P&P inspired story line and enjoyed those aspects very much. This second book is pretty short (around 180 pages) and I bought the duet separately before the boxset came out, so I recommend you buy the boxset to save money since the individual books are relatively short. There is also a link in the book for an extra of four chapters from Zeno's POV, and I greatly enjoyed those as a bonus, though I am glad the books were single POV to maintain some of the mystery.
