This is one of the most awkward MC Club I’ve read about… Wrench is the VP and he has literally 0 balls and he is a coward… really, a chicken little boy,
I’m very disappointed… she has much courage than him!!! The club members are really disgusting men who need to threaten the heroine and bully her because they are scared that their brother wasn’t focused.
Archer did nothing, he is only threatening his brothers inside his head… really, never read anything like this when the Hero is the freaking VP!!!
She try to move on but I’d prefer a little more resistant and make them pay a little, I mean, she saved the life of the man who threatened her, camon, use less anesthesia or something woman!
Sorry but I really didn’t like it at all…

2.5 stars. An odd MC romance. H was a bit of a loser and h just put up with all the crap from his club. Also, this guy lives with a 90 lb. German Sheppard in an attic apartment over the club’s bar. The apartment has Bessler/drop-down stairs-how is that dog going up and down those? Although they never mention Wrench taking the dog out for walks or anything else, other than when it gets sick. Then the H puts the dog in a carrier?! Really? You carry your 90lb. dog to the vet like that, up and down into your attic?! I don’t know why that bugged me so much other than the fact it was so unrealistic it annoyed me.

A Goldwing?!?! WTF
I haven't even finished Chapter 1 and I got smacked in the face with a 2012 Goldwing?!?!? WTF?!? If you are going to write about Mc's you had better make them Harleys...so, I'm just gonna pretend that its a Harley and try to continue with this book....

My rating is more of a 2 1/2 but rounding up to a 3 because I liked the story. Hopefully the author learned her mistakes in this book and corrected it in the rest of the series.
First I had to look up what kind of bike Wrench was riding....I mean this is supposed to be a biker series but he's riding a Honda.... Seriously!!!! OMG... she got the first initial right... A "H" should have been a Harley... lmao...a Honda.... second was, I thought it was supposed to be a "club" not a gang as they called it themselves.
Besides the MCC and the FMC the only other person I liked was the president's ol lady. At least she put everyone else in their places. Still hoping for the revenge that wasn't spoken about... I'll see if the second book, Archer is better.

Wrench and the Vet
This is the first book in the Blazing Rebels MC and it’s off to a great start if you like your MC books full of action and steam. Wrench is the VP for the club and his dog is in need of a vet. Samantha is a vet and has just moved back to town after catching her ex cheating on her. Wrench and Samantha have an instant attraction and soon give in to the passion/lust. The rest of the MC isn’t too keen on Samantha being in Wrench’s life right now since they are at war with the Freeway Kings who are stirring up all kinds of trouble.
This is a book you want to pick up if you love your books on the steamy side and full of action. Now, who doesn’t like that?!

Loved it!!!
Another awesome MC romance from Ivy Black. In this one we have the Blazing Rebels MC. Wrench is VP of his MC, but he feels he needs more. He loves his dog, his best companion. When his dog needs help, he meets the gorgeous vet, Samantha. Some of his MC brothers feel his distraction is too much, but when a rival MC comes for blood, Samantha is the first to step up to help. Wonderful story as usual. Even bad boys and rebels deserve love!

This is a dark, bleak book. All but one of the male characters are isolated, gloomy, uncompromising, and cruel. If the writer wanted to portray a slice of MC life where all the men were misogynistic, drunken, drugged out man-boys, then it was well done herein. I prefer my bikers to be rough-edged but benign to citizens and protective of women. These animals were horrible and unworthy of their own cuts.
Wrench is the VP of the Blazing Rebels MC. There is a rival gang, the Highway Kings, who are supposedly dregs of the MC world, but these Blazing Rebels are no better. The Rebels terrorize the main female character, veterinarian Samantha Parks, who is herself an unsympathetic git.
Samantha has an ex-boyfriend Travis, with whom she has been involved for four years. One evening she came home to find him in bed with an online hookup whom he had been seeing for more than a year (I think). Samantha had moved to another state to be with Travis, left her dad and friends to be with her best friend and love. Travis had been unfaithful even before the move.
Returning home, Samantha falls into a (really stupid) routine of arguing with Travis every morning before work. He can’t seem to understand why she left him (duh, right?) and she doesn’t realize that she can simply not answer his calls. Geez…talk about made-up angst…!
At any rate, Samantha meets Wrench when his dog, Buddy, is sick: instant lust, of course. Wrench’s brothers, led by his president, are brutal and malicious in their methodical terrorizing of Samantha, his new girlfriend. Wrench allows it to happen because…well…loyalty to his brothers and an ongoing war with the Highway Kings. Yeah, OK....
The best character in the book is Eve, Tank’s wife, who wasn’t given enough time in the book until the very end. If the writer had allowed it, Eve could have stopped the cruelty and the book could have gone off onto a kinder and gentler track, at least towards Samantha. The MC members' treatment of her was unnecessarily vicious and terrifying. There was no excuse for their bullying, not really.
This could have been a good book. The premise was interesting but the delivery was terrible. I won’t be reading any more of this series. Just too dismal and depressing. I had to speedread through several chapters just to get them behind me. The book was agonizingly embarrassing to read, the characters unsympathetic and hopeless. This book earned its 2-star rating.

>I am an independent reviewer. This book is the 1st in the Blazing Rebels MC series and ends in an HEA. This book did not read like a typical MC book. This group of guys don’t have a clubhouse, just a bar they meet at. Wrench lives in the upstairs apartment with his dog that never seems to need to go outside. During this whole story Buddy the dog stays in the apartment. The guys meet out in the open at the bar. Their discussions are very forced. The dialogues go from sexual innuendo to screaming rah, rah with no in-between. There is one old lady that everyone loves, but no club girls. When Wrench starts to date the vet, Samantha, the guys all disapprove, because they say he is distracted. No one else is distracted when they are with a woman? The reasoning to get Wrench and Samantha to break up was weak.
>Samantha is described as a safe, smart woman. She is very vanilla yet turns wild just looking at Wrench. She acts so out of character that I think the author was lying about her character to begin with. The danger of another club trying to frame the Rebels is a great plot. When they all confront each other, the rival club cannot aim. In a small room, none of the Rebels die. What do the Rebels do for money? They don’t sell drugs, but no one ever goes to work. The MC needs to be developed more. The plot would work better if the MC clubs had some background to provide depth.
>This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 3 stars. There was a problem with the scene with Wrench and Samantha on his rooftop deck. They both take their shirts off on the deck. When they come inside, their shirts are back on and they take them off again. Sloppy editing. I love the relationship between Samantha and Wrench, but the rest of the book needs more background and development.

This is the first in a new series and is Wrench and Samantha’s story. Wrench is the VP of the Blazing Rebels, and he loves his dog more than his club, and when his dog needs attention he takes him to the new vet in town Samantha. Samantha relocated for a fresh start after finding her ex cheating on her, and there is an instant connection between her and Wrench. The chemistry between these two is combustible and undeniable, but when the MC is dealing with a rival MC the Freeway Kings, his brothers are not happy as they feel he is distracted by Samantha, and they begin to terrorize her, which in my opinion was not necessary, and I was put off as Wrench allowed this to happen. This is a good story which is intriguing, raw, gritty, and with betrayal, loyalty, passion, action packed, danger, suspense, and love, which leads to a steamy page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author and I recommend her work.

Research, Research, Research.
I want to start by saying I did enjoy the book overall. Maybe my complaint is something that won’t bother most people and I do NOT want the Author to feel shamed… just maybe some constructive criticism. My biggest pet peeve is reading books where the information is not accurate!!!! Being in the vetmed field I was so happy to find a book that mixed my favorite things. Hot bikers and animal medicine. However, it was less enjoyable when every interaction with medicine my head was screaming THATS NOT HOW THAT WORKS… lepto is not a stomach bug…. At all…. And it’s zoonotic! Someone who doesn’t know about vetmed may not have that issue and I’m a little jealous honestly because I did like the story line as a whole…. Maybe just a little more accurate knowledge if you’re going to write about something like this.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Wrench is the VP for the Blazing Rebels MC. He and the club have enemies that are stirring up trouble. Samantha is a veterinarian who has left her cheating ex. She meets Wrench when his dog needs treatment. They have a strong attraction between them. It is not the most opportune time for their connection. Their story had both highs and lows for me. I was not thrilled with the brothers of the MC overall. I was not sure that they deserved her in any way. I hoped that he would have had her back more without comprising his role as VP.

This is the first book in a new MC series, this one is about Wrench, the VP and Samantha a veterinarian to whom Wrench takes his dog when it needs treatment. She's recently broken up with her boyfriend because she caught him cheating.
When they met they both felt an instant attraction and it doesn't take long for things to heat up and even though it might be dangerous for her to be with him they just can’t seem to keep their distance from each other. Will a future together be possible for them?

A new author for me
Loved this story. Starting book 2 tonight.
Samantha is a vet that moved back home after issues with her boyfriend. She meets Wrench when he brings his dog to her office. There were some sparks that each tried to fight. But could they?
My favorite quote from this book is:
Delicacy aside, it was clear there was a wild side of her that was begging to be let out. And I’d be there to help her every step of the way.

Great book
She was returning to her hometown because she caught her ex with another. He was a hound dog biker in need of a vet for man's best friend. These two were in lust at first sight. Circumstances bring the two together then threaten to break them apart. Add in plenty of action, a murder, robbery, and a rival club and you have one fantastic read.

Wrench and Sammantha are worlds apart, hes a biker and shes a vet. But she stirs something to life within him. But the club is have troubles and see her as a distraction, when things come to ahead will Wrench have to choose between love and loyality? Well written great engaging story and well developed characters. The story keeps your attention and has you craving more!

Good and bad
The plot was good and I liked several of the characters. What I didn't care for was how the regular bikers treated the VP. No way would they get away with that, they were very disrespectful and also the President telling the VP he couldn't see the girl. Then when they needed her, they just expected her to show up after being threatened. Just not very believable.

DNFed at 77%. The book desperately needed editing. The storyline barely made sense and hardly anything about the vet med portion was accurate. Leptospirosis is not just “dog stomach bug”. There’s a vaccine against it because not only is it a horrible disease, it’s zoonotic so the main characters should have been hospitalised right at the start of the book.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

This book was unexpected. Who would of guessed Isaac would fall for a vet. She goes through hell to be at his side. Along the way she finds he is worth every tear she has shed.
This book was unexpected. Who would of guessed Isaac would fall for a vet. She goes through hell to be at his side. Along the way she finds he is worth every tear she has shed.

I haven’t read a good MC novel in soooo long. But the entire aura of the genre is one of my favourites. Needless to say, this book did not disappoint. I love the grumpy/sunshine angle and that’s exactly what we got.
Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

I paid .99 for the collection and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I think the reviewers who gave more than 3 stars and liked the book must be friends or family of the authors. Insulting. Poorly written. Pathetic.

I really really wanted to like this, and to an extent, I did, but it just felt like there was something lacking . I'll probably not continue with the series it. I think if there was just a little but more about the whole mc lifestyle and a little bit more world building it would be a great series
