I finished it off today as I've had it for a month and it's due to be returned. There's no doubt I needed to read this book. It's not too long, it's clearly written and divided into meaningful sections. I needed to identify what were my reasons for procrastinating to find which category applied to me. There are techniques readers can use to overcome procrastination, so, all in all, this is a useful book. My task now is to apply some of those techniques for myself. Rating 4.0.
