This is a fun adventure. Courtney rounded up all the caterers and vendors they needed for the first annual Curly Bay Animal Rescue Alumni Picnic and had a couple of unpleasant experiences with caterers and conflict with a couple of them, but everything was finally ironed out till the main caterer was attacked by someone on the day they were to have the picnic. As it turned out, Karma took care of the attacker, and the postponed picnic went on without a hitch. I definitely recommend this story as well as all the rest in the series.

Solving mysteries and loving animals

Courtney manages a pet hotel & rescue shelter. She is always trying to find ways to pay for the animals' needs. As she prepares for an Alumni Picnic, she seeks a caterer and, in the process, solves an attack on a caterer. This is a great story of lots of animal lovers and one evil caterer.

Well the author did it again. Just finished another short cozy mystery with everything I like. Animals a little mystery and laughs.
