I am totally blown away by this time travel series and this book had me on the edge of my seat for most of it. This time around I was not afraid for Ronnie because of her time travel and the hurricane which found her even when she left Florida and travelled to Puerto Rico but I was terrified for her safety because of that evil ex-boyfriend Jeffrey. He is a psychopath for sure and I cannot believe what he is making Ronnie go through and how arrogant and self-centred he is. He is scary as hell and I don't know why Ronnie acts so defenceless when around him. He really messed up Mike's and Ronnie's trip together but I think he is soon getting his comeuppance and I cannot wait to see this happen. He needs to get all that is coming to him and more. This book turned into an almost horror story, so gripping and so terrifying but I am so glad Ronnie was with Mike as he is so strong and such a steady influence on her. Roll on book 4 and may the best man win!

I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest review. I am a fan of stories that mix historical fiction with current time. Killing Time is action packed with time travel, hurricanes and survival. The characters came alive on the page and had me loving or loathing them. A massive hurricane is headed to Florida. Ronnie tries to flee by going to Puerto Rico with her boss Mike, but the hurricane follows her. Ronnie somehow travels in time and actually meets Jessie and Frank James. How could this be happening? Is Ronnie going to be stuck in the past? I was on the edge of my seat in anticipation of the next chapter. Great read.

A fiction on Ronnie Andrews storm and hospital experience in care of nurses and encounter with the Dark Angel.The story looks at the threats of scarcity,damage to shelter, distractions,and getting through storms and land falls in Florida and the united States as experienced by Ronnie.It looks at the distraction of her boyfriend ,Jeffrey who made her kill time rather than get past the storm or catch up with it.It is a nice one against suicide whether suicide to catch up with ones time

This is a lengthy (83 chapters) book which did not grab my interest after several chapters. Life is short, so I stopped reading it. Not to say that others would not find the plot engaging: a woman is able to travel between lives and time periods. She is required to leave the present during a hurricane and leave the past by dying, with a number of people appearing in both time periods. I don't know how many hurricanes occur yearly so I'm not sure how often she can travel back. I did not find this a suspenseful page turner.
