This story is intense and addictive. The chemistry between Cassie and Jax is fierce and combustible. The fact that his twins are in the class she teaches gives her pause as does the fact that he is going through a divorce. She finds it nearly impossible to resist him, and Jax is rather relentless in his pursuit. He is wealthy, charismatic and used to getting what he wants. A traumatic experience in her past has made Cassie very cautious, but somehow Jax makes her feel safe, at least until all her insecurities and doubts resurface. When the situation with his estranged wife explodes and takes a very unexpected twist, Cassie tries very hard to distance herself from Jax who is loathe to let go of the woman who has claimed his heart. With responsibilities and duties in mind, he must handle the situation his almost ex has found herself in, but that may mean an end to any relationship between him and Cassie. This book ends in a cliffhanger that will leave readers eagerly awaiting the next book in order to discover what happens next in the lives of this fascinating couple.

Off Limits is the first book in the Dare to love series as well as the first book my this author that I have read. I loved reading Jax and Cassie's story. I found d book was hard to put down once I started. I look forward to reading more from this series.

If you like books about single dads, you HAVE to read this one! Jax is a hot, single dad who is dealing with personal things. Enter Cassie who has her own issues, and these two- just wow! Humor sprinkled throughout for laughs, and just a wonderful story. Can’t wait for book 2!

I especially love the characters Antoni and Derrick. This book is an amazing start to the series. I love how Jax is so committed to what he wants, yet still mature enough to handle everything around him. Cassie is a character who is really trying to get past her issues and I look forward to seeing how her and Jax's relationship develop.

Fantastic!!
Am loving Cassie & Jax's story there was an instant attraction when they first met when he was her professor even though she thought he was arrogant but then it was like fate had brought them together. Fate seemed to push them together when they find out she is his children's teacher but that they also share some of the same friends. However Cassie has a painful past & not ready to be in a relationship yet & especially as Jax is still technically married as his divorce isn't final yet but the love spending time together & Jax already has deep feelings for her but is ready to wait. Jax also has a painful past with his wife Lory but he puts his children before anything else but even though he has come to an agreement with Lory about the children & just as things between Jax & Cassie slowly start moving & she starts falling for him lowering her walls slightly her world comes crashing down & her walls up higher than before when Lory is beaten & attempted to take her life sees Jax taking her in & stopping their divorce going through.
God this story is driving me crazy & this is only the first book we have a pair of cute little twins who you can't help but smile about, Cassie's protective but funny friends, wonderful families, sexual chemistry, hidden fears& unspoken history but also deep emotional sadness that had me feeling like shouting at Jax & just wanting to wrap up & cuddle Cassie.
Im already dedperate for the next book.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Jax is a sexy as all get out, grumpy, single dad to adorable twins, and he in the process of divorcing his wife. He is broken and doing his best to thrive trying to get things back to normal loves his family and protective of those he cares about. Cassie sweet, loves kids so much she became a teacher, but also broken and trying to live past her past with issues. The moment these two meet the chemistry is insanely explosive and the magnetic pull is too strong for either of them to walk away but dealing with a divorce, she trying to heal from a very traumatic experience from her past and throw in a coupled of cutie pie twins a hot mess waiting. Of course his wife isn’t going to allow him to find/be happy she has to cause some issues, her insecurities /doubt creating issues, fighting the idea that she is their teacher but where will it all lead …..I TRULY HATE CLIFFHANGERS (just putting that out there 😊).

His mouth, the dirty and earnest things that came out of it.
His big heart.
His self-loathing and weird distance that is not so distant after all.
His looks.
His adorable kids.
His raw honesty, and need to be everything to everyone, even when it could cost him everything.
I Floved that he fights and won't back down, right to the soul-scratching climax. OOF! 💔
Cassie is the star here, because she is going to mend everyone, including herself. I love her so hard.
About that title. I thought it was a true reflection of who Jax is and how Cassie is to him. He wanted Cassie from the moment they connected and I will never look at butterflies the same again. There is a lot of great plotting and the narrative carries the arcs of both of these amazing souls so well.
I love the family story and how richly drawn the entire world is. I can't wait for more.

I will start out by saying that this book ends in a cliffhanger, I really wish the author would have written that in the description. That being said I will say that this is an excellent full length book that will have you laughing and crying! Cassie is a second grade teacher working at a private school who is dealing with a trauma in her past. When she meets her students father Jax she finds herself instantly attracted to him which is hard for her to understand. Jax is raising his twins after his cheating wife took off six months ago and has been running his business. He meets beautiful Cassie and starts falling for her, he knows he is still married and takes his vows seriously. They are trying to figure out how to have a friendship even though they are both falling for each other! Can she learn to trust him? Can he let go of his past? I look forward to reading the next book to find out these answers!

October 28, 2021I enjoyed this story, it's a bit angsty and twisty, so I couldn't predict exactly what would happen. The characters are mostly easy to like especially the twins and Cassie. I feel she had rough treatment in her past and even if he didn't know all the details Jax really should have thought through and found a different solution to the one he did. I wouldn't say this is a steady flow it does dip and peak at times and I would lose concentration slightly, but then it peaked and I would be gripped again. It is my first book by this author so it may just be me getting into her writing style, I'm glad as well that the next book is out soon as this really stopped suddenly on a cliff edge. Not sure when the third books out but I may wait so I can read the two straight off. Lots of very real issues covered so even though the H is rich it doesn't mean the money buys happiness or solves all problems. Enjoyable and already pre ordered so I can continue the story, I will also keep an eye out for this author. Started 26/10/21 Finished 28/10/21

Jax and Cassie share explosive chemistry from the moment they meet but she teaches his kids not to mention he's going through a divorce. Cassie has her own baggage due to a traumatic experience in her past but Jax makes her want to throw caution to the wind. When things with his estranged wife take an unexpected turn Cassie tries to put some distance between them but is he going to accept that? Will he and Cassie get to move forward in a meaningful relationship. You need to read this book to begin their journey and the next book to continue it.

And I was pretty spot on lol
He has so much more to offer Cassie but he is a vault when it comes to his emotions - except where his little angels are concerned
Cassie is a future cat lady - if her friends are correct
She is working on fixing her fear of adult humans that is how she ends up on the scowling side of Mr. Jericho
The story is a blend of slow build moments and fast-paced action

Jax is a fantastic single father of twins, but he's going through a divorce. Cassie is his twin's teacher, and there's something about her that draws him in. Of course it's frowned upon for a teacher to date their student's parents, but the heart wants what the heart wants. If that's not complicated enough, that whole divorce thing makes it even worse so it's a very slow burn, like a very slow burn which had me a bit distracted by other things. I'm not saying it wasn't a good story because it was, I'm just easily distracted since I'm not patient by nature LOL! I will say that despite my distracted state, I found it hard to put down because I really needed to get to the good parts, and man were they good so yeah, I did enjoy Off Limits quite a bit, and will definitely be needing the next book in their journey! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cassie is a teacher and has some things happen to her that cause her to have trust issues. Jax is a father to twin kids that are in Cassie's class. Sparks fly between them but Cassie is wary because he isn't divorced. Something keeps bringing them together and its hard to stop wanting one another. Jax knows that his marriage was a mistake and that Cassie is the one he wants to be with. However his ex isn't going to let him go easy. Will they get a chance to be together? Or will his ex ruin things for him again?
This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last one. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

The story behind the fabulous cover is even better! Jax and Cassie first come in contact with each other through a night class Jax teaches. The attraction is immediate but Cassie backs off since she is his children’s teacher. Jax is in the process of divorcing his wife and wants to pursue Cassie. I have to applaud Cassie for trying to keep her distance from Jax because he is still married, with some serious baggage in a soon to be ex. The second half of the story is shaping to up be awesome! Will Cassie wait around for Jax to get his life on track or will she move on without him? Can’t wait to find out!

I always hate myself for reading a book that ends with a cliffhanger when the next in the series isn’t yet released… and I hate myself yet again for reading this one. Except that I’m so glad I did, despite the wait for the next part… This was absolutely amazing. The characters are all so well-written and the chemistry is just undeniably wonderful. Cassie is a teacher and finds herself with adorable twins (belonging to a sexy daddy!) in her class. Her chemistry with Jax is delicious but she has a traumatic past and holds herself back from him because he is not yet divorced. Cassie’s strength is a refreshing attribute to romance novel heroines. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for these two next.

Sparks have flown for the two, but there are several factors that should keep them apart. Will the two still jump at a chance at making something work between them? This was such a hot read that sucked me in from the first page (Connor is so stinking cute), my only complaint... this is a cliffy! I can't wait to find out what happens next, I give this 4 stars.

Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. The unspoken love and desire between Jax and Cassie is magical. This book is definitely a page turner. I love how they seem to be drawn to each other at all times and the way she loves his babies already in the beginning of things. Can’t wait to find out what happens in book 2.

I LOVE this book! Jax is a handsome and caring father of twins who happens to be a billionaire. Cassie is a school teacher just getting started in her career. On a chance encounter, they met and later find out she is the kids teacher. Does she follow rules and not date her student's parent or throw chance to the wind and go for it. This will keep you on your seat wanting to know what happens next. I can't wait to see where this romance goes!

Off Limits by Rebel wild was such a wonderful story . The perfect amount of angst , lots of emotion and plenty of twists and turns . This is the first book I have read by rebel but will not be my last . Once I started reading , I could not stop . Jax and Cassie are magical together, their connection and chemistry just get me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire story . Single dad and second chance romances are two of my favorites. Rebel did such a wonderful job with this book

Off Limits is off the charts!! If you want: intense chemistry between the characters; agonizing sexual tension, tear-jerking angst; a sassy heroine and a mouthwatering CEO (both with extra baggage on their backs), and two beautiful twin toddlers, this is your story. Don't mind the cliffhanger. We will have more in November!!

This was an amazing start to the story!! I loved the chemistry between Cassie and Jax. Even though both characters have their baggage, you get to watch them attempt to move forward together without juvenile behavior. I love a female main character who isn't a pushover. It does end in a cliffhanger, but I look forward to the next book!

Off Limits is the first book that I've read from this author, and man o man, was it a Doozie!
The story had me totally engaged and had my emotions all over the place as I followed Cassie and Jax in thier complicated and complex relationship.
