47 books9 followersApostle Michael Scantlebury is originally from the twin-island republic of Trinidad & Tobago, now a Canadian citizen, he resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada with his wife Sandra, and their two daughters and son.
He received Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord in November 1979, and was called into the ministry several months later. He then received three years of intensive training at his home church, Barataria Church of God (an affiliate of the Assemblies of God), after which he functioned as the Associate Pastor of Ekklesia Teaching Centre. In 1992, Mr. Scantlebury then went on to another local church where he functioned as part of the leadership in several capacities, such as Pastoral Minister with direct responsibility for the men, young converts, cell groups, planting of other churches, among other things. He functioned in that capacity until the Lord called him to Canada in 1997, where he now functions as the Founder and Senior Elder of Dominion-Life International Ministries, a young, multi-ethnic, multi-racial, vibrant and growing Body of Believers he founded in 2002. He is also the Founding Apostle of an Apostolic Network (KIN) Kingdom-Impact International Network.
Apostle Scantlebury has made several radio and television appearances and travelled and ministered in the Caribbean, South America, North America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe, conducting Ministry Training Seminars and preaching in churches and conferences. He is also the author of over a dozen books, which includes a trilogy on the Apostolic — “Five Pillars of The Apostolic”, “Apostolic Purity”, and “Apostolic Reformation”, also “Kingdom Advancing Prayer Volumes I–III”, “I Will Build My Church.—Jesus Christ”. His latest books being “The Fortress Church” and “Leaven Revealed”, which have been highly recommended!
His wife Prophetess Sandra has become his travelling partner and they minister out of a strong apostolic/prophetic anointing, and have a tremendous desire to see the Church come to full maturity and unity for greater function in the earth.
A man who has given himself to the preaching and teaching of the gospel of the Kingdom, to the integrity and authority of God's Word, all based upon a Spirit-Filled life are the words that best describe Apostle Michael Scantlebury.
