Keatyn’s finally become the kind of girl her little sisters can look up to—except for the lies. Lying to her friends is killing her. The longer she’s at Eastbrooke and the closer she gets to her friends, the more she feels like she’s being eaten from the inside out. She knows that if she goes back to school, she’ll end up as nothing but a shell. So, she decides not to go back. Keatyn’s going to St. Croix by herself. And for the first time in her life, she’s okay with that. Except … she doesn’t actually end up on the island alone. And she could write an epic movie script about it.

5 ‘Faith, Hope, Love and Luck Stars!!!

description

I am a self proclaimed KC junkie. I eat these books up! There is just something about Keatyn and her boys I can’t get enough of! This was a perfect little novella to hold us over until Hate Me is released this spring.

Keatyn is going on vacation for her Thanksgiving break and she’s going alone. At least thats the plan. But things rarely go according to plan for her. After two surprise guests from her new life, and one surprise guest from her old life... Keatyn’s lives will finally collide. I’ve been waiting for this to happen since the first book!

description

I am more convinced now than I’ve ever been that my boy is moon boy. After reading this, it just can’t be anyone else! The direction this novella took was perfect. Plus that thing with the two side characters made me so happy! I just love Keatyn. She is an awesome heroine!

This book doesn’t necessarily end in a cliffhanger, but with a choice. Keatyn has a big choice to make. Will she go back to Eastbrooke and continue her new life there, or will she go out on her own and try to solve her problems her self? I guess we will all have to wait until Hate Me to find out!

If you haven’t jumped on the Keatyn Chronicles bandwagon, get on it! This is a series I adore!

Series: Novella 4.5 in Keatyn Chronicles

I can describe this novella in one word A M A Z I N G!!!

My mind Is officially made up and this book just solidifies it. I have made my choice on who I think Keatyn should be with. And my lips are sealed because I cannot reveal the one who joins Keatyn for her Thanksgiving Holiday vacation. I will say this.. There will be a whole lot of SWOONING in this book so get ready!

Adore Me has some very good surprises in store for readers and while it may narrow it down to two guys becoming Keatyn’s future. My choice is the definite front runner and I doubt any one will be able to disagree.

Overall Thoughts This is actually a quick read it however took me a few days because the real world was playing interference :( I think Adore Me will have a lot of readers sympathizing for Keatyn it almost seems like she is ready to do anything to be rid of Vincent and her thoughts are scary.

I have a huge prediction for the next book and I am anxious to see if it happens.

Dear readers, this book will have you SWOONING for days to come! But it may also have you teary eyed as Keatyn grows increasingly frustrated and at times miserable with what her life has become. She wants a way out.
She needs a way out.
The question is how far will; she go to get it???

4.5 'sunny beaches and four-leaf clover lucky' stars!

Adore Me was a cute, short, fun novella that was centered around Keatyn being on Thanksgiving break in St. Croix. Her plan was to spend the vacation by herself but some unexpected visitors end up joining her on her unforgettable holiday in the sun.

This novella made me realize once again how adorably sweet and swoonworthy Aiden aka the "God of all Hotties" is. *sigh*

.

The only downfall to this novella was that it was so short. :/ I wanted much more of Kaetyn and her boy / stalker drama, but unfortunately we'll have to wait until the fifth book comes out next year for more of Keatyn and her adventurous escapades...

Hate Me can't be here fast enough! ;)

Keatyn is going away for Thanksgiving, she can’t go home to see her family so Damien offers up his families home. Her plan to take this time to relax and decide what to do next. Like with most of Keatyn’s plans or scripts they don’t go according to plan, and that makes this KC Addict very happy! Three of her friends decide to join her and it is the perfect vacation!

This novella is short and sweet, but it was exactly what I needed after Love Me. I could not be more excited to see where things go next.

At the end of this novella we are unsure where Keatyn’s life will take her next, but I have faith in my perfect script for her.

A couple friends got me started on this series, and I highly recommend it for others. It is such a fun read!

Fans of a certain team will be feeling PRETTY HAPPY after reading this installment in the Keatyn Chronicles.

”Luck or Fate. Which one are we?”

I enjoyed this read it was short but readers will get to spend some time with a certain character who hasn’t been in the story much and a certain hottie and his sister. There’s dirt, dolphins, palm readings, tattoos, wishes, skinny dipping, handmade jewelry, cliffs, surf, yummy meals, a song, and some hot scenes.

Keatyn struggles with breaking away from Eastbrooke to handle Vincent and reclaim her life. Problem is a certain character is pretty hard to resist. (I mean there had to be at least 10 symbolic things pointing that they are meant to be. For me it was a BIT much but the author got her message across.)

The whole “Who’s Moon Boy?” is definitely answered for readers. Jillian Dodd all but wrote “He’s the one!!” under a certain character’s name.

”I feel your heartbeat.”

"No, what you feel is my heart beating for you. Always. Only. Ever. For you."

Only real complaint is that there were no Johnsons’ used in this story!! (LOVE THOSE GUYS)

I’m sitting on the happy ending but am really anxious because I have a nagging feeling the next paragraph written in the series is going to crush a certain someone. The next book is titled Hate Me and I’m hoping it doesn’t mean pushing someone away for their own good and making good on a promise.

Go start this series! You are missing out! Spoiler-free review below.

I've even made a list. A miniature script of my vacation. Where I commune with nature. Eat fish I caught myself. Do yoga on the beach. Swim with the doplhins. Macramé myself a pair of sandals. Make a necklace out of shells. Write my name in the sand. Build a sand village. Drink milk from a coconut. Lie in the hammock and rad. Collect fruit from the trees and make my own tropical smoothies.

This book is a wonderful novella set over Thanksgiving break in St Croix. Keatyn is supposed to go there by herself. But that wouldn't make to exciting reading, would it? Suffice to say, she gets company.

I missed hottie heaven - but it was the perfect escapist on a cold November afternoon. I almost booked a ticket straightaway!

It's a bit more serious than the previous reads. Keatyn is struggling between the life she has now and the life she left behind. She is torned and emotional, and I'm very curious to see where the next book will take us. At this point, Keatyn is at a crossroad.

I smiled, tingled and wanted to move into the story. Keatyn is the girl you want to be best friend with, and the guys are all swoon-worthy boyfriend material. It is not easy to pick one favorite!

I need the next book now! April 12th is too far away!
The Keatyn Chronicles are similar to a television series. The books do not stand along and this book begins the same night as the last book ends. There is no recap of the story.

Book 2: Kiss Me
Book 3: Date Me

4.5--Team Aiden--Stars!!!

Really how could you be on any other team!?!?! There is NO COMPETITION!

Adore Me is a quick novella that takes place over Thanksgiving break. Keatyn is looking forward to spending some time on her own reflecting and embracing. She decides she is going to take her life back....one way or another!!!

I kind of missed Riley, Dallas and the rest of the gang but it was fun to get to know Keatyn's surprise visitor(s) a bit better.

This was a fun, sexy read. Much sexier in my opinion than the last books.....no complaints here!!!

This really is a great, completely addictive series. It's fun, it's funny, it's sweet, it's sexy!

Can't wait to see where Keatyn's plans take her.....as long as they include Aiden!!!! *wink, wink* #begging

5 SUPER AWESOME AMAZING WONDERFUL SPECTACULAR INCREDIBLE UNBELIEVABLE ASTOUNDING WONDEROUS EXCITING AWESOME SWOONY AH-MAZING STARS!

ARC kindly Provided by Author for participating as a captain in the KC Olympics.

There are no words good enough to describe how much I loved Adore Me.
Undoubtedly, it's my new favorite book and the best of the series!!!

I had high expectations for Adore Me because HELLO...Jillian Dodd = Ah-mazing. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed, because this novella exceeded and surpassed all expectations and was much better than I even hoped it would be.

Adore Me continues from when we left Keatyn at the airport in Love Me, on her way to St Croix alone. I was hooked and captivated from the very first sentence and once I started reading, I could not stop. Seriously. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP READING ONCE YOU START.

What I loved the most about Adore Me was that we got answers to questions we'd been dying to know and learned more about the personalities of specific characters - for example, Damien. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Damien's character in a greater depth and we also got to hear more about Keatyn and Damien's childhood friendship.

Keatyn - I loved her in AM more than in previous books of the Keatyn Chronicles, if that's even possible. In this novella, you can see how much she has matured since Stalk Me and it makes you proud to see the journey she has been on and the things she has been through to get to where she is in AM - as if you have experienced her journey along with her. While for the most part it's immensely romantic, humorous and sweet, at times it's melancholy and you can't help feeling heartbroken and emotional on Keatyn's behalf.

Trying not to include spoilers but specific moments I loved and I know you will too:
*Dirt
*Shower Scene
*The Green Flash
*Dolphins
*The Love Cliff
*I Wish None of us Had To Leave

On the whole, though, Adore Me was an outstanding read, enthralling and fascinating and I know that I will definitely (I already have) reread it several times before Hate Me is released.
If you haven't started the series yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? GO! :)
(Stalk Me - Keatyn Chronicles #1 is free for kindle.)

I'm not really surprised, but Jillian has done it once again... and even better than before.
I have a book and an extreme hottie hangover and will be impatiently waiting for Hate Me.

It is...but it isn't. Oodalolly!!!!

Dear Jillian Dodd,

I have a confession to make. I never wanted to read your Keatyn Chronicles series. Nope. I was bitter. Bitter, bitter, bitter. You told me a while back, that before you wrote That Baby you had a six book series planned. You seemed so excited. You told me all about it, and all I wanted to do was punch your excitement in the face. I wasn't interested. I just wanted...I just wanted That Baby.

What has amazed me over and over about this series is that you have this unrivaled talent for pulling my wants into the direction that you want them to go, and the next thing I know...I want them too. You prove me wrong time, and time again. You twist my emotions and mold my wants into something different with each book. I am a huge pile of clay. No matter how much you frustrate the hell out of me with Keatyn's antics, I can't look away. This series is like heroine straight into my veins leaving emotional track marks.

And while I'm confessing, I guess I should tell you something else. I don't really like novellas. Nope...I usually skip right over them; they are just the parts the real book kicked out. It's not actually part of the "real" story...not really. Adore Me was so different. It was like the end of Love Me accidentally fell off. My jaded view point about novellas has been forever changed. I was wrong. Again Jillian Dodd....you changed me.

I know you had intended for me to review Adore Me, but what can I say about this book, excuse me, novella, that won't spoil this book for other readers. All I can say is READ IT! This novella did NOT originate from the lowley bowels of The Keatyn Chronicles; it was a vital piece of the series. A piece that I am so glad to have experienced. It made me crave Hate Me even more. That is the central theme of this entire series; drive me crazy and leave me wanting more.

Yes your series is YA-mature, but it reminds me of old school Disney movies. They were created for children, but Disney made sure us adults found enjoyment in them too. Seriously, watch Robin Hood; I can't belive I missed out on all the adult humor when I was younger. From naughty movie covers to hidden messages in the sand, Disney is for all ages. So is The Keatyn Chronicles. I'm not saying your readers are going to find a giant golden penis hidden somewhere between the pages , but what I hope they understand is that YA-mature means YA-for everyone. Everyone of all ages. Except for maybe babies. Mostly because they can't read.

Thanks for this little gem; it was a great addition to this series. I can't wait for more!

Oodalolly,

Mollie~Tough Critic Book Reviews

There was a lot of anticipation going into this book for me. I was dying to see "who" the guy would be on the island with her. Was I happy? Yes. Yes, I was.

Here's what I can say: Keatyn has decided to leave the Academy, but in order to do that she will have to leave her friends behind forever. That's harder to do than she realizes. So, what she learns on the island is that you can't escape your heart, old friendships are meant to be treasured always, and that she can't solve this problem with Vincent alone.

Which leads me to the guy. I won't say who he is, but I will say that I've really grown a soft spot for him. We get to see this person in a more playful light. It made him even that much more endearing to me and I can finally say that I think this person is who I want to see her with in the end. This trip was most definitely a turning point in their relationship.

Overall, this little novella packed a punch. This isn't a filler book. I highly recommend reading it, because I feel like it helps the series move forward. And like I said, there are some major revelations for Keatie and it helps in making her plans for dealing with Vincent. We shall see what happens next. I can't wait!!!

"You need safety goggles for drilling?" he says, grabbing a pair. "Maybe I should bring them to bed."-Loc 1861

~"Keatyn, I mean it. Wherever you go, I go. I don't have a choice."

"Sure you do-"

He pulls my hand up and places it on his chest.

Well, needless to say I read this in less than 12 hours. I would have finished it in one if that stupid thing called work didn't get in the way LOL. "Hi, my name is Kandi Steiner, and I'm a KC Addict."

Hiiiiii Kandiiiii

Okay seriously now. This novella just fed my addiction. Jillian told us that this book was going to be romantic and fun, and it was, but it was also gut wrenching. I found myself tearing up during several parts, especially toward the end.

I never write reviews with spoilers, but here are 5 reasons you need to read this book:

1) Keatyn grows significantly in this book and it's beautiful.
2) The answers to SO many questions get answered.
3) Even MORE questions will go racing through your mind, and if you thought you had your MB theories figured out, think again.
4) There is love. And hotness. And just so much Kindle melting that it's ridiculous.
5) It's a book by Jillian Dodd, so I mean really.

Okay, stop reading my stupid review and just go get this. NOW. <3

Outstanding. Wonderful. Fun. UN-PUT-DOWNABLE. (Yeah, that last one probably isn't a word, but too bad!)

Now for the task of writing a spoiler-free review... it's so unfair because all I want to do is squee, OMG, WTF, and gush with someone --- ANYONE --- else!! If you've read the iTunes sample, I'm sure you're dying to know what's next. I know I was! After that "TEASER", I felt like this:

A Thanksgiving break novella. Keatyn is going to St. Croix. Alone. What eventful things could happen??

Believe me, I know it sucks that I'm giving nothing away, but in the end you'll be thankful. I found myself feeling a range of emotions over the course of Adore Me. At times, I even teared up which is rare for me. Some were the happy kind. Others were the "OMG that's so sweet" kind. More still were the sad ones. Keatyn. Oh, Keatyn. I love that girl but sometimes I just want to smack her pretty little head and knock some sense into her! I understand what she THINKS she needs to do. I wish she'd realize what we WANT her to do. It would be so much easier on my heart.

I wanted to share some of my highlighted quotes with everyone, but I'm afraid they'll give parts away and I can't do that to Jillian or future readers this early. Just know that Jillian has in no way let anyone down. If anything, she has yet again outdone herself. This book left me craving more. I want to jump inside these books and live in Keatyn's world! Is that too much to ask??

Adore Me was even better than I expected. I find myself repeating myself in every review I do for this series, but I risk it again in order to speak the truth.

ADORE ME IS BY FAR THE BEST BOOK (so far) IN THE KEATYN CHRONICLES SERIES. I flew through it and will DEFINITELY read it again before Hate Me releases. There are some surprising moments and I just know this is going to knock the fans for a loop!
Get ready for a whirlwind ride in St. Croix! And just an FYI, read this BEFORE the holiday because you will not spend any time with your family until you hit those tantalizing words, "The End". And as is the case with the others in the series, you'll be left hanging and wanting more.

Jillian Dodd knocked this out of the proverbial ballpark and I. NEED. MORE!

I'll see you all in the KC Addicts group once this releases to OMGWTFSQUEEEEEEEEE discuss with you all!

On the last episode of the Keatyn Chronicles S01E04
LOVE ME
We saw Keatyn leaving Eastbroke to spend Thanksgiving soul searching alone on St Croix. She had decisions to make regarding love, life and regaining her freedom. The closing scene
FADE IN :Keatyn traveling by car to the airport

A girl deep in thought reaches the airport. A jet is on the tarmac and it's a welcomed sight. Her pending solo journey will be good for her soul. Although she can't help dread the decisions she has to make nor what has brought her to this point.

Keatyn.
Pulls out her wallet to pay the driver and finds a crescent moon. She slowly turns it over and is perplexed by the cryptic message. She reads it out loud.

' WHILE OTHERS MAY WISH ON A SHOOTING STAR, *
IT'S THE MOON
THAT'S HOLDS MY DREAMS
AFAR '
CUE MUSIC:Just one Last Time by David Guetta
FADE OUT:
ROLL CREDITS.

OK so that brings us up to date. Keatyn boarding a plane to ST Croix, 'alone' and soul searching.

It's really hard to go into to much detail without spoiling the Adore Me novella, but what i can say is this.....

* There are unexpected surprises
* Worlds start to collide
* There is sweet sweet romance
* There is smoking HOT moments
* Some dreams that are fulfilled
* There is foreboding of whats to come
* Times of Bliss
* Moments of tears

I loved Adore Me and Keatyn Chronicle fans , regardless of your chosen boy, will be amazed at what Jillian Dodd has given us in this installment of the series.

Keatyn is not the same girl that we knew in Stalk Me and I still don't know which boy will be perfect for her in the end. But I do know that I CAN NOT wait until I get a chance to see where we are taken in next weeks episode .

(Yeah yeah so maybe not next week, but a girl can dream)

QUICK REVIEW
Adore Me (Novella 4.5 The Keatyn Chronicles) by Jillian Dodd

Totally and utterly screaming my head off...but in a good way! Yes we know that Keatyn gets a visitor or two whilst on holiday and I cannot say who, but lets just say I am soooooo happy! I have been this guys supporter since the beginning and this little novella only solidifies my opinion. I could go on and on about what happens, but I won't, but I will just say A LOT happens in such a few pages. A lot is revealed, there are HUGE OMG MOMENTS, there are a lot of awwwwwwwww that is so cute moments and there are a lot of "Keatyn you cannot be serious" moments.

"Look, this isn't at all how I wanted to do this. But I love you. A deep-within-my-soul, heart-breakingly beautiful kind of love."

I just totally adore this series and the more books we get the more depressed I am as I know that this series will be coming to an end. I can't wait to see who Keatyn ends up with and I know that Jillian Dodd is going to take us through the mill to get there. You can never tell where Jillian will take you and even though I know who I want it to be, I am not counting my chickens until I see those words "THE END".

"Forever is a really, really long time, *********," I say softly. "And I was thinking just the opposite, *****. Forever isn't going to be nearly long enough for us." (names hidden to protect mystery man's identity)

Just loved this book, go forth and read, and remember, no matter what team you are on, Keatyn's happiness is our ultimate goal, it is how she gets there with all the fun and frolics that make it so worthwhile!!

So this book is following Keatyn after her decision to leave East Brooke for good. She decides to go to the island to spend Thanksgiving break and get some new perspective. So does she go there alone is the question. Does Brooklyn show? Maybe Aiden? Or does Vincent ruin it all? These are questions we all want answers too. And let me tell ya Jillian Dodd doesn’t disappoint in answering these.

As you’re well aware I don’t like spoilers. Now with that said there is some MAJOR HOT, SWOON worthy moments. And, if you can believe it some quiet magically moments as well. Maybe a bit spoilerish** Sunsets, moons and stars oh my!! What more could you ask for?

This book was short, but boy it blew me away, and I can’t wait for the next installment. So shout out to the one and only Jillian Dodd, thanks for giving us this book, just to to whet our appetite!!

The Keatyn Chronicles has always been on of my favorite book series. I love all the characters. It is hard to find a book where like everyone. I have my favorites of course and this book focused on 4 of them so this was my perfect book! If this book was the last in the series I would have been happy because it would have ended the way I want to. But I am glad it is not because I can't get enough. After each book it is bittersweet. I want more always but 1 book closer to the end. With 2 more left I can't wait to see how it plays out. If this book series went on forever it wouldn't be long enough!

From my blog.

**ARC provided by author for an honest review**

Now, if you've read the last four books, it shouldn't come as a surprise that this book starts exactly where the last one ended. Keatyn is on her way to the airport to spend her Thanksgiving holiday on the paradise-like property of Damian's family and to have some alone time after everything that has happened (and before more starts happening). But some unexpected company makes her vacation definitely a lot more interesting.

Even though Jillian said it's okay to say who's joining her because it was also in the sneak peek, then after a long, long discussion with my own lovely self, I came to the decision that I still can't do that as I'm absolutely sure I am not the only person who managed to resist the temptation to sneak a peek (and had the best kind of a surprise thanks to that). What I can say is that one team is definitely going to be ecstatic and lots of people from the other one(s) will feel like switching teams.

But of one you can be completely sure of: no matter which team you are, you will have loads of romance and wherever you look, there's love in the air. This school break's all about making out on the beach, romantic dinners by the seaside and surfing... And no regrets...

This book has the most amazing ending in my opinion. So, even though I'm dying to read the next one (because I'm completely addicted and really proud of it), I'm actually kind of scared that Hate Me will burst the bubble I've been in since finishing Adore Me. No, actually I'm pretty sure it will happen. But until then you can find me dancing on the clouds...

I'm kind of unsure what else to say but that Adore Me was ahhh-mazing... After every Keatyn book I think that there's no way how Jillian could possibly make the next book any better. Each time I'm proved wrong again. The series keeps getting better and better, with each book I fall more and more in love with the characters, and I'm pretty sure that once the last Keatyn Chronicles' book's out, I'll get the worst kind of depression...

But until then... Let's make a toast to the moon ;)

Should you read it? Well, if you have read the first four books, then this question should seem absolutely ridiculous. If you haven't read the first books, then why the hell are you still here?!?!

OMG So let me just say Vincent?- yeah, so over this loser guy! He's ruining everything and he leaves me in such a rotten mood every time I think about him. Even retail therapy doesn't seem to work. Keats has been through so much. She couldn't even enjoy her Thanksgiving break all that much. Well she kind of did. Cuz when Aiden is around her, how could she not. He is so to die for. Um… not literally but he is so cute and sweet. He's the God of All Hotties. And I am now more convinced than ever that he has special powers. And can I just say I would love a picture of the Titan. Maybe even autographed. LOL. But seriously was Aiden not totes romantic. I loved him and Keats when they had their shared moments. They were incredibly sexy, sincere and heartfelt. They were so intimate without actually going all the way. *sigh* so beautiful.
I loved spending the Thanksgiving weekend with Aiden, Keats, Peyton and OMG Damian. We totes got to see more of him this time and not on stage so it was just who he is, not the rock hottie. He is like the best BFF too. He knows Keats so well and is always going to support her in the best way.
We all wanted that guy BFF like Damien when we were in high school. Although I'm pretty sure where you and I went to school was definitely not Eastbrooke-- school for hotties!
And let's talk about J-Dodd for a sec. Because after I read each book in this series, my girl crush for her gets bigger and bigger. For the love of Jimmy Choo, how does she come up with these stories lines? Oh and the way she keeps us guessing... or more like wishing. Like wishing on the moon. Or wishing for moon boy. J-Dodd does an amazeballs job of keeping us one step behind her. Just when we think we know who Keatyn will end up with, Jillian switches gears and takes the story in another direction.
Keatyn really has come a long way since Stalk Me. She has matured and grown so much just as you would expect with all that she has gone and all that she is fighting.
Moving forward, I am so looking forward to reading HATE ME- although the title worries me a little. And while I'm waiting for its release, I'm going to wish on the moon that it's Aiden. Cuz it's always been him. For me anyway. D 5/5

Okay, I actually liked this one. That may be because it was less than 150 pages and Keatyn didn’t have enough time to get annoying. But she kept referring to a certain body part as “The Titan,” and I just can’t give it more than three stars for that reason alone.

Ah-mazing.

Ro-mantical.

Swoon-erific.

Yep I made a few of those up. But this book deserves new and fantastical words to describe it. Best of the series so far and there's still 2 more books to go.

I received an ARC of this book courtesy of the author in a contest for the Keatyn Chronicles. As a team Captain, I had the honor of participating in a huge challenge all about this series. If you haven't even started it yet. Run... don't walk - to pick up book 1 Stalk Me. You'll be as hooked as I am. I can't get enough of Keatyn and her luscious Eastbrooke boys and her back home gang. They are all swoonworthy and have such great personalities. BUT - that being said. This series is also enjoyable beyond the abs to die for. The Hottie Hangovers are great, don't get me wrong. But Keatyn. She's something special as the female MC.

I have yet to fall in love with the female lead. Usually they are whiney, weak or broken in some capacity and want the "savior hero" to come fix them and their issues. Not Keatyn. She's independent, sweet, funny, kind, confident, vulnerable and adorable. She's got a fashion sense that will knock you off your Manolo Blahniks and a personality that will make you proud that you're part of the same sex group.

Please - if you read a new series, pick this one. I promise you won't regret it.

Adore Me is romantic, funny, sad and amazing all packaged into one. You'll run the gamut of emotions while reading this Novella. It helps answer some left over questions from Love Me and keeps you guessing what's next in Hate Me. It's the right mix of brain exercise in that it will make you question everything you ever thought about MoonBoy. Are you still sure you're confident in your choice? Or is there a possibility that it's another? Oh what a tangled web she weaves.

Read it. You must.

Keatyn and the God of all Boredom

Adore Me is a Novella set in between the forth book in the Keatyn Chronicles, Date Me, and the upcomming book five, Hate Me.
Keatyn is ready to leave Eastbrook and take on her nemesis, Vincent, but not before some well earned R&R in St.Croix over Thanksgiving. As expected, she doesn't go on this vacation alone, Aiden and his sister Peyton come with her, and she also gets a surprise visitor.

So. As much as I loved the first four books, I didn't much care for this Novella. It drags. And that says a lot about a book that is only 80 pages long. There is little fun, the only highlights are when Keatyn phones her sister or send bodyguard Cooper a text message. Because this book is full of Aiden, and I don't know why I never noticed it before but since this book was basically all about Keatyn and Aiden it was boring as hell. As Aiden is boring as hell. Yes, I don't like Aiden, never have and probably never will. If Aiden turn out to be K's “moon-boy” she is damned to a life full of boredom. Aiden in my mind equals no fun, no excitement, no witty dialogue. Even the more steamy scenes between K and A lacked the sexiness that she had with all her other boyfriends. That may also be because Keatyn regresses emotionally to a 13-year old, all flustered and embarrassed.

In my opinion giving this storyline that much space was a waste of my time, even the cute secondary romance didn't help much. I missed the Eastbrook-Gang, especially Dallas and Riley, who can always lighten up the moment.
