Wish fulfillment fantasy harem story. MC mostly human and works as an RA at the supernatural college. He does have some demon blood in his ancestry and that comes out on his 23rd birthday. Turns out he is inheriting the bloodline of his Incubus family. It both helps and hurts that he is surrounded by hot supernatural coeds. As the author mentioned in the book. When life gives you lemons you need to ....f**k those lemons.

nice smut with minor plot
Happy enough to read the next one and keep digging into virgil books. Im happy with this series very happy with esoterica and have his others on my to-read pile.

Instaquit DNF at 2%
Today I learned that an R.A. is a Resident Advisor. That's a college age person who coordinates activities in residence halls in colleges and universities. So like a Den Mother, and a Hall Monitor, and a Property Manager all rolled into one. The MC in this book is one of those R.A.s but he mostly uses that position to get laid.
This book starts out with a comedy gross-out and the MC/narrator telling you how cool he is and describing the physical assets of all the smokin' hot coeds under his charge ( as their Resident Advisor)
The dialog seemed wooden & robotic a dozen pages in when one of the random hottie co-eds is spontaneously overcome with lust for our MC, and she's just gotta have it.
That's where I quit.
The book isn't offensive, and I'm not automatically opposed to abusing authority for sex, but This book had no chemistry for me and then jumped to "Do me - do me!".
-Some days Mac & Cheese is all you want and it's so good you just gobble it down. The rest of the week Mac & Cheese seem just as greasy and disgusting as it is.
As far as Incubus R.A. I'm just not in a Mac & Cheese mood, but if you like cartoony and desperate with no subtlety or nuance (at least for the first chapter as far as I know) this could your new favorite book.

Genuinely surprised at how much i actively disliked this book since I'm a big fan of the author.
The story just... didn't exist. Mc just goes from one woman to the next. Each one is painfully one dimensional too which doesn't help.
I stuck it out to the end but those are a few hours I regret wasting.

3.5 Stars, but I had to round down for this one.
This is first and foremost a stroke story about a well endowed incubus and his college dorm full of monster girls that all fall over themselves to join his harem. The plot is tacked-on at best and what counts for the book's antagonist doesn't even show up until more than halfway through the story. The sex is frequent (and frequently over the top), but I doubt anyone who picked up this book based on the cover was expecting anything different. An excerpt so you know what you're getting into:
"Good girls. Now, all three of you, get in bed and spread those legs. You're going to be my personal fuck-dolls tonight."

“Incubus R.A. Part 1: It's the One with the Dragon” is harem erotica, and neither the author nor the publisher makes any effort to obfuscate the erotica. So yes, this audiobook may be found in the “Erotica” category on Audible. Authors are restricted in their ability to market audiobooks in this category, so if you like the audiobook - which I’m sure you will if you enjoy erotica with a fantasy storyline - I hope you’ll look for the book as it apparently won’t appear on any recommended list by Audible based on your past purchases.
The story involves MC John, who believes himself to be human in a land of non-humans. Turns out that John’s family are incubuses, and John is rather surprised as his bloodline powers awake. Suddenly, all the women in his all-girl dormitory (he’s the building manager) are throwing themselves at him. A hellcat catgirl even arrives to help him learn control over his powers. John’s aunt Cathy is sure that the women will be the death of him, and she cheerfully updates him on her funeral plans for him!

There’s plenty of erotica in Incubus R.A., but there’s also a fun storyline and plenty of humor. The narrators provide terrific performances, but be sure to be aware of your surroundings when listening to this audiobook in public!

Teenage Porn Fantasy at the Worst
This novel is so pathetic and but I've written so immaturely thoroughly that I had to force myself to finish it self definition so that all I could do is review. From an incubus having to cut himself and either lick the blood or let it dry to control his powers..... Which end of itself is absolutely stupid because an incubus simply learns to lessen or enhance his abilities. Nothing in the mythology of an incubus even remotely dictates what this author tried to write here. Then we have the very idiotic concept of now the MC wanting to be called daddy by his lover....... Clearly the author has issues. This is a hard pass for me this novel is stupid don't waste your time.

Original fantasy harem tale
This is an unusual take on the common Harem trope. The H is an incubus whose powers are awakening as the story opens. He is a Resident Assistant at an all-female dormitory full of gorgeous "monster girls" . Lots of hot sex, some action. Good world building and very few editing/proofreading issues. I enjoyed it thoroughly, and look forward to the next book.

a fast very spicy read
the characters are interesting and the story of how the main character came to be like he is was interesting. the different women in his life were an interesting mix of different types. as far as Story Goes it was entertaining and it had one fair warning and that is it had a lot of sex scenes in it don't know if it was too much it probably was but the story itself was a fun read.

This is a very thin fantasy sex book with largely two dimensional characters set in a University at some undetermined time on a planet somewhere. There are plenty of fantasy characters that are loosely based on mythical creatures that have appeared in early literature.
It is however light-hearted and entertaining so by the end I enjoyed it.

Interesting concept and a very wide variety of characters in race. Definitely a bit of a surprise in the reveal of the major problem. It is certainly a great setup or introduction but where are we going from here?

Fast and fun adult fantasy!!!
A n excellent and quick adult fantasy story!!! Lot and I mean LOTS of adult fantasy activities!!! Pretty good world building for such a short novella !!! I for one would definitely enjoy reading continued adventures!!
