Four young women murdered. Four families willing to forgive the sinner. A high powered attorney looking to become a billionaire. And Gia out to right the wrongs. A gritty story with all the elements to make this a top shelf read. Gia is fearless, masterful and cunning. A woman who will watch your back and enjoy doing so. Kudos to Ms. Belcamino for give us another scintillating adventure into the life and mind of this remarkable woman. Highly Recommended.

What an adrenaline rush!! Gia is who we’d all like to be. Definitely someone you’d want for a friend. She’s strong, deadly and loyal with her own moral compass. Every book Kristie writes is fantastic. Every storyline unique and designed to keep you on the edge of your seat. Each book leaves you wishing for more. Can’t wait until the next one comes out!!

What a great new addition to the Vigilante series! Gia finds herself heartbreakingly close to solving an old problem, but not quite in time to save 4 innocent people from a gruesome death. In the process of finding the killer, she faces dangers, mysteries, and truths that threaten to shake her deeply.

A satisfying thriller with plenty of "feels" -- and a great ending. Must read!

We’ve been following Gia Santella for 15 books now. She’s lost several loves and Rose, who is like a daughter, is off learning the ways of the assassin. Lucky for her she has a tight group of friends she considers family. Something happens to them and she reacts from the gut. This time it’s a family friend and she stops at nothing to get the killer. Gia has many balls in the air at once, hotel owner, vengeance seeker and casual millionaire. You could probably pick this book up knowing you’d be unfamiliar with her posse but the storyline is separate from the other books. I’ve received an early copy and have written this review voluntarily.

Another in a long line of great books about Gia Santella. She always fights for the underdog and though she may (and usually does) put herself in danger she keeps on working to find and deal with the "bad guy".

In Deadly Lies we get to see both Gia’s kick ass and human sides, as she struggles to choose between vengeance and forgiveness. For me, my favourite Gia books in the series focus on her love of others, as well as “kickassery”.

This is another great book from Kristi! She always has the reader wanting to read more. DEADLY LIES is full of action and suspense. It never ceases to amaze me the plots that she has in her books. They all seam to be able to keep your interest and add to the enjoyment of your rearing. I try to read all of her works as she is one of my favorite authors.

This book is well written to keep your interest with the suspense and action. It is good to see good triumph over evil even when the justice system is lagging. Great books.

Another fast paced story featuring our kick ass female Gia. No matter how much she wants to go straight something or someone gets in her way. This time the deaths of 3 innocent young people made to look like a drug deal gone wrong. Gia knows better and, needless to say, all heck break loose.

This is another cracker from the pen of this fine author. When I started to read if it hadn’t have been life getting in the way I would have read it in one go, just could not put it down. Cannot wait for the next one. Highly recommended.

Although I have read all the books by Kristi Belcamino, I am always each new book she publishes as so fresh it is a brand-new book. Gia Santella is deep in the life of her life, but each new brings a new issues and problems. Gia and her friends are described in enough of her stories to cause them to be old friends, but the action of this story is new and different. Each new story I am drawn into the plots and the suspense keeps me reading. I have become a support team for this author, but I have to rush threw the story before I can go back for typos in the drafts. I am amazed how all these stories are fresh and engrossed.

Another excellent Gia book! Gia must hunt down the killer of four friends. One, the daughter of Darlings’ friend. Gia sees through the lies being passed around and figures out the real motive and reasons for the murder. Naturally, Gia doesn’t back down from a challenge and while she is told to let others handle this, she digs deeper. She enlists James to help her out and together they get to the truth. A great addition to the series and, once again, I finished in one sitting on the edge of my seat!

Another Gia Thriller
Once again I greatly enjoyed this excellent, fast-paced, emotional Gia adventure. When a family friend is killed, Gia, who has never run from a chance to right a wrong or fight for justice, jumps right into the investigation. With her own life in danger, she continues on and will do anything for those she loves.

Four young girls are found shot dead in a car parked in a field. The police want the case closed as a drug deal gone bad. But there is something more sinister going on. Another Gia Santella thriller that keeps your interest from the beginning.

Family ~ those chosen to be in her life to stand in for blood family she doesn't have ~ is EVERYTHING to Gia ~ she fights for the truth if her family asks. Darling needs her, so Gia does what Gia does best: she investigates to uncover corruption. Gia's the best bad-ass non-PI 'investigator' there is ~ and I'd want her in MY corner!!!

This is a marvellous intriguing story which starts with Gia on top of a very tall roller coaster, I was hooked right then. The plot is wonderfully laid out but I will not summarize, you will have to read to book to discover what happens. This book is too good to spoil by revealing all. It is one of the best Gia Santella books I have so far and the plot moves seamlessly as Gia solves the crime.
This story has some returning characters, Rose, James, Darling , Danny and Anthony as well as a reference to Dante. Each of these characters play a role in moving the plot along as well as enriching the life around Gia. These characters are all part of Gia’s family so it is lovely to have them included if only in a small way.
Gia ponders the concepts of forgiveness and vengeance with those who become closer to her in this book. This becomes one of the main themes in the story. I really liked how Ms. Belacamino has made reference to tiny facets of Gia’s past. This does not disrupt the flow for a brand new reader but enriches the story for those who have read previous Gia Santella books.
This was a quick read for me, I just had to find out what happened at the top of that roller coaster. You will want to read this one as well.

Another well-written fast-paced thriller that not only keeps your undivided attention, but it is just plain unputdownable (is that even a word??) Ms. Belcamino does it again with the action-packed next in series featuring Gia Santella, who has got to be my absolute favorite badass femme! Although it's (only) ok as a standalone, this next chapter in Gia's life has her back in San Francisco with twists and turns that are sure to have you on the edge of your seat. Some of our favorite characters make appearances and all the while Gia finds justice for a dear friend. Just go get this book, whether this is your first Gia book or your 15th, your only disappointment will be that the book has come to an end. Looking forward to ANY next book, but especially the next Gia book by this uber-talented author

Gia is back home in San Francisco. Routine and tranquility are not part of her life. She soon finds herself in the middle of a murder story that needs to be solved and she gives herself entirely to the cause, no matter the consequences. Because Gia would do anything for her family and friends. That is who she is.

This is the 15th book in this series but it can be read as a standalone. But I recommend reading the series. I find it exciting to see Gia's evolution through the books but I also love the characters that revolve around her. Gia proves that real family is not only blood family.

Also, when Gia is around, we are assured that there will be plenty of action. Kristi Belcamino masterfully weaves this plot and gives us a good time, but it doesn't last long enough. Can't wait for a new adventure with Gia!

Deadly Lies

Kristi has done it again with book number 15 in the Gia Santella series.
As Rose gets ready to head back to Florida, Darling prepared a good bye celebration for her where Gia meets Darlings grandniece Clara, , a bright intelligent young women studying law.
Tragedy strikes , when Clara goes missing with little clues, and when Gia here’s this she vows to get to the bottom of it and get the answers the family needs.
Gia vows to solve the mystery on her own terms however the family is opposed to Gias methods, will she be able to keep to the families wishes.
Be prepared to read this without putting it down!!

Gia had 2 weeks with Dante, a month with Rose. She was at peace and full of love
Yet, heart was breaking, Rose so confidant and mature for one so young and the role her life was taking. With a final word that Damon and her would be off the grid. As a mother she wanted more communication, understanding they were after
one person, a cult leader. A job that needed to be done.
Peace was short lived when Gia is pulled in.
A plot that captures the love we have for these women and the roles they do.
To help other women that have been caught into evil ways of others.
Exceptional story once again
Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

When Clara, the grandniece of one of her dear friends is murdered execution style along with three of her friends Gia sets out to find the killer responsible. Her dilemma, Clara’s devout mother wants Gia to promise that no harm will come to the killer as she believes only in forgiveness…what to do? Finding out the scum bag she’s after is one of San Francisco’s top attorneys, entitled, connected and ruthless only makes her decision harder. Weave a little bit of Rose, Anthony and James into the plot and the story unfolds until Rose must either honor the wishes of Clara’s mother or follow her gut instincts to extract vengeance on another worthless human being. A must read to find out!!

An unlimited treasure trove of thrills

Gia, the vigilante with a heavy heart, is glad that Rose has come home for a visit and trying not to worry so much knowing that she will be leaving soon. As the story progresses a tragedy strikes close, some actions leave her confused, and as the investigation heats up things could get deadly. Kristi Belcamino must have an unlimited treasure trove of thrills to draw from to keep Gia on her toes as much as she does in Deadly Lies. I was exciting to catch up on some of the other characters and look forward to trying to figure out what the author has in store for Gia and friends next.

I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Deadly Lies

Gia is back and on a roller coaster of a mystery

Enjoying a reunion with Rose, Gia meets a close friend of Darling’s, Clara a young aspiring lawyer. When Clara disappears and is murdered, Gia vows to find her killer. The hunt takes from the streets of San Francisco to a prison, a coal mine and a roller coaster. What secrets did Clara discover in the law office where she interned the previous summer? Why was Gia hindered by cops, lawyers and the DA? How do James and Anthony fit into the picture? Must read by Kristi Belcamino.

Gia is back. Life is good. Rose is home. That’s how the story starts. It all goes to hell quickly when one of Darling’s family is murdered senselessly. Gia wants vengeance and struggles with the family wishing forgiveness on the killer. The story quickly expands with serious ramifications. As always there is a strong plot, great characters, good dialogue, and strong relationships. I have read all of Kristi’s books and have never been disappointed. This one is one of my favorites. Highly recommended.
