The Witch's Monsters #2

Blood and Malice

Rate this book
Betrayed.

Not just by our allies, but by the dark goddess who sent me on this doomed mission in the first place.

Now, my monsters and I are prisoners of the dark fae warlord, pawns in his endless war games.

But nothing in Midnight is ever what it seems.

Not the warlord. Not our enemies. And not the vile magick humming beneath the surface, calling to me in ways I’m ashamed to admit to anyone...

Anyone but him.

For all his cruelty, my enemy might be the only man who truly understands the darkness inside me.

Because deep down, he craves it as badly as I do.

And that—more than the deadly creatures of the realm, more than the thought of losing the monsters I’m already falling in love with—terrifies me.

Because the longer I remain a prisoner of Midnight, the more I’m starting to feel like it isn’t a prison at all… but a home.

One that might actually be worth fighting for.

BLOOD AND MALICE is the second book in The Witch’s Monsters series, a steamy paranormal and dark fantasy romance featuring a sassy, badass witch and the fiercely protective monsters who’ll destroy anyone who touches her. Expect sizzling enemies-to-lovers romance, damaged guys who hate everyone but their witch, and plenty of dark, supernatural thrills!

Sarah Piper is a witchy, Tarot-card-slinging paranormal romance and urban fantasy author. Through her signature brew of dark magic, heart-pounding suspense, and steamy romance, Sarah promises a sexy, supernatural escape into a world where the magic is real, the monsters are sinfully hot, and the witches always get their magically-ever-afters.

Readers have dubbed her work “super sexy,” “imaginative and original,” “off-the-walls good,” and “delightfully wicked in the best ways,” a quote Sarah hopes will appear on her tombstone.

Originally from New York, Sarah now makes her home in northern Colorado with her husband (though that changes frequently) (the location, not the husband), where she spends her days sleeping like a vampire and her nights writing books, casting spells, gazing at the moon, playing with her ever-expanding collection of Tarot cards, binge-watching Supernatural (Team Dean!), and obsessing over the best way to brew a cup of tea.

I’m glad I went back and read the rest of this book.
I’m also supremely glad that I took a break when I was bored and moved to something else instead of just pushing through or flat out DNFing it.
That’s something I’ve just recently started doing when the mood shifts and it’s working fantastically, honestly.

This book was spent almost entirely in the Midnight Castle with little excursions or escape attempts scattered throughout. And that’s why I got a little bored. It felt a bit monotonous and a tiny bit repetitive to have a fight with Keradoc, then a fight with Elian, then a fight with Jax.
The only person I wasn’t annoyed with during this entire book was Hudson. I mean how could I be, he’s been totally wonderful and perfect the entire time. No fights, no judging, no misunderstandings even when he was completely silent.

I did end up enjoying the book overall through all of that. The last little bit was definitely in higher spirits than I had even hoped for.

I’ll be reading the next book for sure, just maybe not immediately.

The adventure continues, and Sarah Piper isn’t joking with the plot twists. I’m not sure where this series is taking me, but I am here for the ride! This series has love, hate, betrayal, trust, witty banter, mistrust, lust, hot and growly alpha monsters, and a badass witch.

Haley is still being held hostage by Keradoc, and the monsters are working on getting her freedom. Meanwhile, the has been a huge betrayal (no spoilers) that surprises just about everyone. Haley is trying to figure out the angles of the players in this wicked game of chess. I thoroughly enjoyed this second book.

In the first book, I had a serious crush on Elian (vampire), then Jax (demon) yanked me toward him. This book is all about my mad love for Hudson (gargoyle). Haley is getting closer to all three of the guys, but I love that she’s getting one-on-one time with them. During those intimate times, we get a bigger picture of their backgrounds, and just how deeply Haley has affected them. Hudson and Jax’s dirty talking game with Haley is seriously on point. They do not hold back, and I’m so here for that!

Amid all the chaos, Haley is the kind of a “what you see is what you get” type of witch, and to me, the constant in this story. I think that’s part of the pull she has with her monsters, but not all of it. I am so excited for the next book in this series, and can’t wait to see how this all wraps up.

Mackenzie Cartwright, Jason Clarke, Aaron Shedlock and Teddy Hamilton are so great with their narration.

***Audiobook Review***

Sarah Piper just keeps on going, giving us spicy, dark, fast-paced suspense layered in steam, action, humour, and sexy AF banter. This story is getting better, darker, and more intriguing. Sarah´s brilliant writing grips me with fascination and I love to get lost in the worlds she creates. I am so very curious about where this story leads us with all its intrigue, twists, and secrets.

Blood & Malice picks up right where Blood & Midnight ended, Haley being held captive with Elian and Jax under Keradoc´s command. Elian is in bad shape, on top of that still fighting his addiction but seemingly losing battle. His and Jax´s friendship is on the edge as secrets come to light and things are not always what they seem. Hayley is intrigued by Keradoc but has a scorcher of a time with some of her monsters, including Hudson, who is also running into trouble and harbouring secrets that haunt him.

This is not only a great audio production but also multicast perfection as Mackenzie Cartwright, Teddy Hamilton, Jason Clarke & Aaron Shedlock give us all the aural pleasures making this another flawless exciting listen. Their performances are captivating, and all these growls are giving me the chills, the good kind. Special props to Mackenzie Cartwright though as her male voice growl is something else and she gives us the perfect sass as Blood Witch Hayley keeping these men in place.

Did I mention cliffhanger? Yes, in true Sarah Piper fashion, we are left on edge again and eagerly waiting for this paranormal thrill ride to continue with Blood and Madness, Book 3 of The Witch´s Monster series.

Sarah Piper takes you on another wild ride in this installment of the Witch's Monsters series with Haley and her men. You name it,, this book has it: love, struggles, betrayal, battles, sex and secrets. This is a book you will want to read or listen to again and again because there is so much going on. There were times I was left thinking....omg did that just happen??? I literally swooned when Jax tells Haley, "when I said I was going to ruin you tonight, I meant it." Oh hell, did he ever! I am waiting for what happens next. Gah!
The narrators that performed this story were so damn good. MacKenzie Cartwright is perfect for Haley, strong, smart and knows how to handle herself. Then you have her monsters: Aaron Shedlock, Jason Clarke and Teddy Hamilton. Couldn't have put together a better cast. Everyone was amazing!!

***Audiobook Review***

Blood and Malice is book 2 in the Her Monsters series. I have been anxiously awaiting this one. Sarah Piper takes us all on another rollercoaster ride of emotions. The story is complex and layered with plots buried beneath vendettas and debts that can never be paid in full. Just when you think you know what is going on and who is carrying which burden you will be surprised. Hayley and her monsters find themselves prisoners of a cruel master with his own secrets, doing his bidding in order to keep each other alive. As her relationships are both stretched and reinforced she finds herself confused, angry, and filled with desire as she finds her own power, inner strength, and comes to terms with her connection to Midnight. How far will they go to stay together, to stay alive? What is coming for them, and WHO is that captor...really?!? You know what's coming. I NEED the next book...like now!!! Holy crap - another exciting cliffie!

Stella Hunter, Teddy Hamilton, Aaron Shedlock, and Jason Clarke are once again absolutely amazing in this multicast DUET audiobook. Jason says things.... brilliantly dirty beautiful things that do stuff to my brain! GUH - I've listened to chapter 28/29 multiple times...for all the good reasons.

*4,5 star review

This second book in "the witch's monsters" series picks up right where the second one ended; with Haley, Elian and Jax in one room with Keradoc and his warriors and Hudson in his own form of danger. Will they survive their closeness to Keradoc? And will they find a way to juggle their own connections with each other?

This second book immediately jumps into action, and I'll admit I needed to do a quick reread of the final chapter of the first book. Once I did that though, my reading picked off and kept on going. This second book is fast paced, with plenty of action and suspense. Questions and mysteries keep on rising, and only few get answered. It's obvious that things aren't as black and white as I suspected in the first book; I'm quite anxious to find out more about this world and all the characters in it. I'm allready patiently looking forward to the third book.

ARC Review

“My blood and your malice.”

Book 2 of the Witch’s Monsters did not disappoint. A lot of the questions had were answered but there is still so many unknowns.

“Your blood will turn our fortune in this war.”

First of all Keradoc is not what I was expecting at all. I want to know his background story to see how he got to the position he did and I really want to know what is hunting him.

“What did it mean to claim a place as your home if you had no one to share it with?”

I’m still throughly in love with Haley’s character. She’s compassionate and loyal to those that she cares for and damn anyone who tries to hurt them.

I also love seeing the character development of Elian, Jax, and Hudson. Let me tell you these three men have come along some. I’m still so pissed at Elian for how he is treating those that are trying to help him.

Continuing this series, when I said I was in love I meant it. And all books are available on the Everand App! This one was spicy and a little more fast paced than the first and keeps the action and the high stakes going!! I swear Sarah Piper has me in a hold with these plot twists!!! I will say though this one does some some slow parts but push through because the story is just getting started!

The Witch’s Monsters series has me completely spellbound! Blood & Malice, book two in the series, was the perfect continuation with yet another exciting and suspenseful ending. The story jumps right in and takes us back to the castle of Keradoc, the Warlord of Midnight, who is holding Haley Barnes captive. I fell even deeper for Haley’s monsters as they try to rescue their favorite blood witch. Hudson, Jax and Elian will stop at nothing to get her back. Their love for her is intense and their bonds grow even stronger. Keradoc himself is a bit of a mystery and we see glimpses of another side to him. Even Haley softens to him a bit. I couldn’t stop listening as the suspense continued to build, not only as they sought to rescue her and carried out Keradoc’s demands but also as more hidden truths about each of them were uncovered. Haley reveals a truth of her own that sets her on an uncertain path. Not only is there plenty of suspense throughout, there is also plenty of heart, humor and a whole lot of steam. Make that scorching hot steam! Haley’s connections with Jax and Hudson are not just physical and intense, they make her feel stronger and braver too. Her long ago love of Elian is always simmering under the surface and I keep waiting for the moment when they give into those feelings that have never died. Haley is fierce, smart, powerful, passionate and a force to be reckoned with! No wonder these powerful monsters and men are so drawn to her.

The narration is fantastic all around, too! Mackenzie Cartwright, Aaron Shedlock, Jason Clarke and Teddy Hamilton are perfect in their roles and help draw you in to all of the action, suspense, tension and steam. I can’t write a review of a Sarah Piper book without saying that I love her writing. I also love her amazing characters and the way this incredible cast brings them to thrilling life.

JAX JAX JAX JAX JAX!

I’m absolutely 100% in love with Jax! He has my heart now. I definitely had a moment of emotional instability and cried during work while I listened to the part where Jax and Haley were sharing insecurities and sad memories. That pulled on the ol’ heartstrings that I didn’t know I possessed… Honestly Jax is definitely on my top book boyfriends now. Oh and let us not forget to speak of the SPICE between these two! They simply can’t get enough of each other!

Ok, moving on. Elion. My guy. If you don’t get your shit together soon and stop hurting Haley, I might have to edit myself into this book so I can kick your ass… I get it, you're hurting, you're dealing with shit, and clearly don’t think you deserve to have Haley considering she’s literally asked you to join her and Jax and you walked away. But honestly you don’t get to talk about how much you hate that she’s with Jax when she has said she still loves you. So you’re doing it to yourself. Elion definitely cares for Haley and hates that he hurt her in the past so I think I would still like to see him back with her but he’s got some stuff he needs to get through!

Alright next order of business. Sarah Piper, I love you and your books but I CANNOT believe you interrupted Haley and Hudson!! I am outraged! I’ve been waiting for that damn moment for TWO WHOLE BOOKS and I feel ROBBED!! You will be hearing from my lawyers for the emotional turmoil I have endured and also specifically because you robbed me of that moment!

ALL IN ALL, I really love this series so far. I love all the characters (even the villain…) and I can’t wait to see what kind of ending Haley and her monsters will get!

This story just keeps getting better and better! Haley and her monsters are trapped in Midnight by Keradoc. This fast paced, steamy, dark fantasy romance was an entertaining and thrilling story to listen to on audio. Sarah Piper writes captivating story filled with witty, sexy banter, action filled twists and turns, and some steamy scenes that will leave you panting for more. There are so many new layers to that develop in this story and and the cliffhanger is shocking. I loved this on audio! Mackenzie,Jason, Teddy, and Aaron are phenomenal in their performances of Haley, Hudson, Elian/Keradoc, and Jax. They brought this story to life. Teddy as both Elian and Keradoc was incredible. Both characters are tortured souls and long for Haley’s affection, Teddy captured them wonderfully. I can’t wait for the next book and find out what happens next.

This whole series was amazing it dealt with some many things addiction and suicide being some of it. This is a paranormal reverse harem that sort of continues where the Witch’s rebels series left off. Each book in this series has a cliffhanger and I am supremely glad I waited until the whole series was out because the cliffhangers are no joke.

This is book 2 and boy was it a doozy. Haley is a silverbane witch that has to go to the realm of midnight to steal someone’s blood to protect her family. At the end of this one we find out that the hated warlock isn’t really the warlock. He is an imposter! That was wow. I sort of seen it coming but it was unexpected.

"A dark flower blooming in an even darker world"

The Witch's Monsters series just keeps surprising me! The plot has thickened and it's hard to tell what way this story is going to go. The definite line between good and bad is disappearing and it is hard to tell who is to be trusted and the motivations they have behind their decisions. It's all so exciting and the story just keeps developing in amazing ways to keep you wondering what will happen next.

Even though the storyline itself keeps you on edge, Haley does not. She is the one character that I can rely on to remain herself no matter what happens. Even being in a new realm unknown to her among people that could cause her possible harm, she remains strong and capable, using her wits and determination to keep those she cares for protected. Her connection to Midnight is something I want to see more of, especially once she has free rein of her power. I think it's going to be a beautiful sight to see everything that she can do when she and the land combine. I want to see her work with the darkness instead of wondering if the pull of it will cause her to turn into something she doesn't want for herself. "Evil isn't a bloodline...it's a choice you make."

What I loved about this book in comparison to the previous book is that each guy had their own moment with Haley. Not everything was steamy but there were moments of just pure connection and understanding between each of them. If you were missing your dose of Hudson before, you'll be relieved to know he finally gets more time with Haley in this book. His moment was probably one of my favorite scenes while reading. As for Jax, you really see the foundation and building up of trust between him and Haley. The great thing about these two is that they push and pull each other. It isn't just Jax pushing Haley past her comfort zone to better herself. She does the same for him in a positive way that allows him to work towards accepting himself as he is. Elias is still...Elias. He's got a lot of issues to work through but I have a feeling he and Haley are going to work everything out soon. There is still that undeniable bond between them and so much love that they won't fully admit to. However, after that cliffhanger, I think everything is going to come to a head with them. I'm hoping for a confession time from Haley on the extent that his abandonment affected her. I think if he is told all the details it may flip a switch in him to work harder to sober on up, buttercup.

Keradoc is a character that I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about at first. The mystery behind his real identity behind the glamor is a fun one to try and decipher. There are so many clues thrown at you during the chapters with his point of view that I'm eager to find out the exact details to go along with his past. Beyond who he really is, I never expected to see such a different side to him so quickly, but I liked seeing beyond the hard, cold mask he hid behind to appear as a strong leader. In Midnight, one show of weakness can be your downfall. I know he's technically the baddie as of right now, but I'm all for seeing more from him. He seemed to connect to Haley easier than I thought he would. There's definitely something there, and I can't wait to find out exactly what it is.

You find that a common occurrence in this book is that past decisions and secrets rear their heads big time, affecting the relationships between the characters, some for the better, some for the worse. Sooner or later everything is going to be revealed and out in the open. Hopefully everyone will be able to get over any betrayal or decisions that were made to initially help out the other but had consequences that weren't intentional. Blood before roses. How far will that pact take them?

Whole buncha nothin.
The whole Keradoc thing is infuriating.
First of all, what kind of name is that?
Secondly, in the last book, she outright says she knows that this guy isn’t Keradoc, but a glamoured fae mascarading as him.

The reader is even aware of his true identity, something the characters would easily deduce if they communicated.

So, why is she acting like she’s forgotten that she said that? Even passing off the flashes she gets of his true face as nothing but a trick?

Why say who he is at all if we’re going to now spend this entire book having her wondering stupid things like why Keradoc is reading his own diaries?

It’s for research into the character he admits that he’s playing, dummy!

It would be less frustrating if her actions only conflicted with a suspicion we had, but she told us!
She already gave it away!

Why are we dancing around a subject already presented?
It’s exhausting and honestly awful writing.

AND even when it’s discussed, they’re just like, ‘Oh no! He’s not fake Keradoc! That’s silly!’
Yes! Yes it is.

EVERY conversation is an exchange of monologues attempting philosophy.

It’s fine a couple times, but can we get some banter as well? Please? I’m falling asleep.
And the consistent intellectualizing of their situations, which is putting it kindly, just isn’t as effective or impressive with repetition.

Jax gets mad at her and ghosts her for days over literally nothing. He works himself up in a froth in a monologue response after misinterpreting the tone of her question and it’s just… I know they’re ’monsters’ but we’re also supposed to be rooting for them.
That was way too ‘human man’ for me.

Nothing of note happened.
Seriously.
If I had to name one takeaway, it would be that I’m glad the gargoyle grew some stones around the 99% point.
That’s about it.
What a waste.

Well, obviously, Keradoc is Elian’s lost brother; there’s no doubt. And the motive he had for going to Midnight in the first place— the mystery is… WHY? And Haley, without doubt, will fuck him too. Uh-oh, he doesn’t remember??? Damn, what happened???? WHO is Keradoc?? The guy has me absolutely intrigued.

Well… fuck, Elian is in withdrawal, and it’s ugly. He has a damn bad problem with his addiction, and I could say they needed to put him into a rehabilitation clinic. But then I think a prison cell works the same. Holy hell… Keradoc… he … gods… I don’t care if he is a murder I’m totally defending him. This makes me a bad person? Well … I have absolutely dubious tastes in men. Fuck, Elian is so high lately that everything is unicorns and rainbows. Haley was attacked, and he was just “hell, I should help her get up.” It’s sad to see him killing himself like this and breaking his brother’s and Haley’s heart.

FUUUUCKKK that cliffhanger was without doubt way better than the last one!!! Holy hell, ONE NIGHT, I listened to the damn book in ONE FUCKING NIGHT. The birds are singing, and … damn, I was awake all night, shit I should at least try to sleep a little bit damn, my heart is beating so fast right now. Excited for the next book, and I’m worried sick for Elian… I’m loving to see this caring side of Jax for Elian … it’s heartwarming.

Within this second book, we see the main protagonist in a precarious situation as she is held against her will with the sole purpose of performing a sacred ritual that only her bloodline may lead to a successful outcome.

This second installment is quite interesting as the FMC stands her ground against her captor and despite the situation itself she finds herself developing genuine feelings for her associates and it would be interesting to see if she will be able to pull E. back into the light or will she forsake him for all the heartache that he has caused her.

Towards the end of this second book, I really felt for the main protagonist as she struggles with her own emotions towards one of her partners as he has to face his own demons. Will his secrets be revealed, or will he put on his poker face again and completely ruin what is left of the love they once cherished.

Alongside the love story, there are numerous questions that remain unanswered. K. starts to pick my interest as his true intentions still remain unclear and with the threat that is coming his way, will the witch help him or let him burn?

Another one with a cliffhanger and an unresolved ending. Like WTF?!?

Also, the one character I really enjoyed and he was MIA for most of the story.

Finally, Hudson has a spotlight only for it to be short lived. Elian is worrying me because his dependency and addiction to the drug has gotten out of hand. I genuinely want to know more about his backstory whenever there's an indication the topic is veered in another direction or the chapter ends. Hailey again had badass moments, but she isn't a badass MC.

To state the truth nothing really happened in this book aside from the tension between all the characters. While we get a bit more from Jax and Hudson this was a complete filler book. But I will admit that Kerodac's POV are interesting because there's more than meets the eye.

Well, I'm already two books in and I need to know the meaning behind that ending.

Fade to black

I LOVED book one but book two seemed to fall flat for me. Mostly it was the constant build up tension and then the first spicy scene was so vague and fade to black. Why have explicit dice in book one then do fade to black in book two? It was very disappointing. Then the second spice scene was cut short so it was just another tease. Also Elaine is a very annoying character and so far has done nothing that I have seen to earn the respect or trust of the others so their constant need to put up with his garbage behavior, lies, manipulations and total unwillingness to change or get better baffles me. His character is utterly useless and is high 24/7 I don’t see why he is even around.

There are so many layers to this book. A past that we see glances of, loves won and lost, and past lives. They move in and out of this book so seamlessly that you have to ask yourself if that really happened.

Trauma, torture, trafficking, drug abuse…these are the every day happenings in Midnight. Haley is quickly realizing that there’s more to this realm than that tho. There’s beauty in the darkness, and its addicting. No one is who they seem to be, loyalties are always shifting, and you can’t trust anyone that is the world of Midnight: blood and malice lives here and the steam in this book is hot. I can’t wait to read the next book!

This is the second book in a new series that started off with a bang. It had been a while since I read the first book but it didn't take too long for me to remember the basics of what was going on.

This book takes off where the last one left off, but for some reason, I wasn't as enthralled with this book as I was with the first. That doesn't mean I didn't like it, because I did, I just wasn't as captivated as before. Honestly though, I am coming off of reading 2 HUGE epic fantasy books and while I thought I wanted a lighter read, I may be suffering from a book hangover. (it HAS been known to happen).

Regardless, we are learning more as time goes on. This book did give us time to see the female MC -Haley- have time with each of her individual guys. Haley is turning out to be a fairly complex character and I guess we just need to wait for the next book to see what is going to happen.

Love this series

Well, I know I said this with book one but I am invested! The characters stole my heart in the first book and continued to make me want more.

I want them all to find their happy ending. The future she saw may have made her second guess herself but I know Haley will find her balance. I can’t wait to see how they come together as a unit.

Oh Gargs… PLEASE say more. It got hot in here! I need more, so much more.

She is the queen of cliffhangers… my anxiety is through the roof with these endings!!!

"cruelty is a tactic relied upon by men with small dicks who lack the confidence to communicate and the courage to fight fair"

Book Two picks up right where book one left off and is a rollercoaster of twists and turns.

Haley is kick ass and will do whatever she needs to do to protect her men - Jax, Elina and Hudson. And Keradoc… mmm I’m not sure what to think or feel at this point.

Anyway this book answers some questions and then gives you more before ending on another cliffhanger.

Cannot wait for book three !

I cannot get enough of this series. Sarah Piper writes some of the absolute best paranormal romances around, and she really ups the ante in the Witch's Monsters series. This installment is just as complex as the first, and I still find myself totally in love with a gargoyle, which I never thought would happen.

Haley, Hudson, Elian, Jax - they're all back for more, and boy is there ever MORE here. Battles galore, love, steam, betrayal - you name it, Blood and Malice has it. And it all works, which is a true testament of Sarah's ability to weave a tale and keep you engaged.

Bloody Amazing!!
This is the kind kind of series that I wish they would make into movies or a series. It’s got it all!! The world building, the keep you on your toes plot line and don’t get me started on the chemistry. Haley is becoming one of my top 10 fave paranormal FMCs. Sarah Piper is really playing with me in this series. Just when you get think you know stuff or who is who, she gives a nugget of info that makes you question everything. Don’t want to spoil anything, but uggh. What’s going on with you know who?? Book 3 can’t some soon enough!!

This series is such sweet torture. I’m rooting so hard for everyone to get it together and find happiness.

Elian, my guy, I want to strangle you as much as I want to wrap you up in a blanket and hug the love right into your bones.
I really like all the dudes and their own messy struggles and hope they are able to find some healing by the end of this series.

I love the writing, I love/hate/looove the characters, the plot is developing well, and Haley is a pretty solid fmc.
I’m diving right into the next book for more torture!

I enjoyed reading this, but the plot felt stagnant, like nothing really happened or progressed. Haley didn't make any progress at all and the story was driven purely by her tensions with all the other characters. Hudson almost felt like a background character. However, I like how the author doesn't shy away from the ugly part of addiction, with Elian slowly breaking both Jax and Haley's hearts with his D2 addiction. I will probably also read on to the next book because everything feels so unresolved.

The audio itself was more like 4.5 ⭐️. The storyline in the first book was great. In the 2-4 I felt like the author could have squeezed it all into two books total. There was unnecessary repetition & internal dialogue that felt stretched to fill space. I even think more could have been done with the sex scenes & relationships to add to the story if it really needed to be four books. With the A list narrators lined up for these, a little tweaking could have blown this series out of the water.

You are slowly killing me with the secrets and i cant wait for more...

This is an emotional ride and i love every second of it, who wouldn't? it sexy, naughty and full of unfinished regret, with so much snark and funny moments, i have been giggling a little to much, we find out little snippets, but Sarah definitely knowns how suck us in and wanting more.

I need the next book, also can't wait to get on audio.

XOXO Lottie.

OMG, this book was fantastic. It blew me away and I could not put it down no matter what I needed to do. IT moves along at a pace which is perfect, not too fast nor too slow. You will love these characters and you feel as though you have known them forever and you want to be there for them. This book will keep you interested and turning pages until the end. It is a must read, no doubt about it.
