Naeem step to the front of the class sir!!! You are officially my favorite and ima stick beside you!! I don’t even know why I was worried when Destiny popped up because this man said Dijon was his priority and he stood on business!!
I’m glad B. Love didn’t leave us hanging and gave us a full story on Dijon and Naeem and she did their story how it should’ve been done! And I couldn’t have been more pleased with how they were coming behind each other.
Destiny was a dirty ole hag and her demise was far too kind! The level of betrayal and deceit was unforgivable and Naeem should’ve slit her throat 🔪 🩸
Rahkim is a stand up guy and it was shown time and time again in this book! I want him to get his HEA just like everyone else! I’m excited to read his book soon!

New favs
Naeem and Dijon are my favorites now. I loved how he cared for her and reassured her of his love every time she needed it. Destiny had some audacity to do what she did and then act like everything was supposed to be the same. With each book in this series I feel like I'm apart of the Black family (I am). I can't wait to see what unfolds next. I'm glad things turned out the way they did but I still love me some Rakim.

Naeem is 100% book bae! Naeem stood behind everything he said. Loved his honesty, transparency, open communication and the love he had for Dijon. Also, I am so glad this it ended the way it did. This one has been my favorite so far... Savant & Addison were a close 2nd. I just liked the way this story made me feel!

The Assignment Was Understood
All I can say is that they understood the assignment, and it was completed. I cannot put this series down. If you are just now reading this book, I advise and highly recommend that you start from the beginning. Everything is connected. This book was good, and I can't wait for the next release. Loving out loud
Listen this series is everything. I looooved Naaem for Dijon. He was everything. He was extremely caring and thoughtful, besides him being a ruthless killer. His word was bond, everything he shared with Dijon he meant and stood on it even when the situation felt impossible. He had gotten over 10 years of pain only to find out everything he thought he knew about his previous life was a lie. However, his future was real, pure, true and he stayed loyal to her through it all.
Poor Dijon this unexpected situation threw a huge wrench into the loud, unwavering love Naaem showed her. She wanted so much to believe that he loved her, but the inconsistent love she experienced with the men in her life made it hard to believe...even her own father didn't feel he needed to show her love. She handled the situation with so much grace. She had a few weak moments, but they were completely warranted. She also bossed up in this book. Dijon came into her own as a woman and a member of the mafia.
I can't wait to see more of them in the future.

Hurtful Truths
I anticipated the release of A Father’s Objection, more than the first four books in the Black Mayhem Mafia Saga, and it’s well worth the wait!
Naeem, Dijon and Destiny invoked a plethora of emotions in me throughout their story. While I really wanted to show grace and empathize with Destiny, her attitude killed that. Not to mention when the bombshell is dropped. Whew Chile!
Dijon my be the spoiled Black Mafia Princess, but she wore her grown ass woman panties and stood by her man. And that wasn’t easy for her to do. Especially when the men in her past, starting with her father have all abandoned her. Never choosing her! Can she trust Naeem to keep his promises to her?
Naeem shouldered through, his thought to be deceased wife’s return from the dead. Did he still love Destiny, of course he did. But his heart now belonged to Dijon. Despite Destiny’s total disregard of his emotions, his current life and the woman he’s in love with, Naeem continued to show her grace. Until she did the unthinkable! I really wanted Unhinged to make an appearance. lol
But the God in Naeem showed himself mighty and strong.
There’s so much more I want to say but too many spoilers would be revealed. lol

B. Love you did it Again .. I love Black Mafia Mayhem series . I’m happy for Assad black sister Dijon she finally found love . And OG Savant all the Black mafia Brothers are in love and happy . Omg I can’t wait to The Head of the Black mafia Assad black and Scarlett wedding day . In book 6 omg their father Colt is coming home to start trouble and trying to ruin Assad and Scarlett wedding. Mr Assad Black he’s not having it that’s his wife to be he loves Scarlett to death he protects her and his children at all cost if anyone . He will create Havoc in the streets of Memphis for his love of beautiful Scarlett.. can’t wait to read in Dec 2021 .. and Neem and Dijon has to make it to marriage too ..

Good Stuff
This was a well thought out addition to a stellar series,but I do have a few things I didn't necessarily agree with. I believe that Destiny got a bad wrap I mean really! This particular storyline has been done and I think.the writer could have gone a different route. I mean granted she did a few things,but to be subjected to what she went through and not really receive any sympathy. Also.I.don't think I can actually fully like Dijon,I say this because ,she is and was the one to put stipulations on her relationships. When you box yourself in ,you tie yourself up.Over a really good story,loved the way the writer give the men in this series such gangsta in all that they do.

This author has done it again because this book was everything. I am just enamored with Naeem🥰. He wasn’t afraid to feel. I was just in awe of this author’s creativity and mind because honey, that passage about the womb gave me LIFE👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. I am so glad Rakim stayed in his lane because that would have been tragic. Naeem is my new book bae😘. I am sooooo happy Dijon faced her father and realized he was the start of her rejections. This family keeps me at the edge of my seat and I CANNOT wait to hear from Rakim. Great read. I would give more stars ⭐️ if I could!!👍🏾👏🏽🔥❤️

Ugh the only thing I hate about this book is how fast I finished it! I absolutely LOVE this series. This family. This Black love. Naeem and Dijon are EVERYTHING. I love the accountability, the honesty, the way they are intentional in their handling of one another. Not even Casper (IYKYK) can mess up their flow. Naeem is definitely book Bae! Making sure that Dijon knows and feels his love and commitment to her even when things are looking shaky. Then Rakim’s growth and maturity for his position in Dijon’s life now! Come through growth!! Ugh, I LOVE IT! This is easily one of my favorite series 💙👏🏾🙌🏾

Seeing the brothers and their women again is a plus

The betrayal. The deceit. The lies. All of this brought Naeem back into a world of darkness that it took him ten years to come out of. The passion. The love. The light. This is what helped him see his way out. I knew there would be a plot twist but I was totally not expecting the scene to unfold as it did. Caught between his past and his present Naeem was able to honor his promise to his wife - his sole mate. It was not the ending that I hoped for but it was for the best. This was an amazing story!!

LOVED IT
Yesss Dijon and Naeem. These two were definitely soul mates. Dijon got her second chance at love with Naeem who was attentive to her needs and provided reassurance of his love and intentions towards her. They are put to the test when the past resurfaced and secrets were revealed. Destiny was a piece of work and got what she deserved. Through it all, Dijon and Naeem came out on top. Once again the Black Mayhem Mafia is strong as ever and I'm hoping come January they truly ready for Colton's return. Looking forward to Naima's mystery as well.

I don’t know why but the story surrounding Destiny had me feeling some way from the jump! I won’t spoil anyone’s read so I’m going to leave it there!😉 I love the strength, loyalty and genuineness of Dejon! She gives everyone the benefit of the doubt even when they are undeserving! The protection of the family is admirable add to that Naeem and she has NOTHING to ever worry about! If a man don’t protect and love me like Naeem and Black Mayhem Mafia? Throw the WHOLE man away!😮💨

Loved It!!
I didn't know what to expect while reading. While feeling bad for Destiny in the last chapter of the Family Saga, I would be that person to definitely lay hands on her. Lol.
I was scared for a second because you had me when Dijon and Rakim came together but with all the love between those two he still choose her happiness. I'm glad that Dijon and Naeem finally got their ending that they both wanted. Another good read.

Ok Ms B you done it again. Now first all so glad Rakim didn’t take advantage of Dijon in her drunkeness!!! I was scared that Naeem was gonna go back to his darkness but he pulled through. The secrets of everything that happened was horrible!!! But through it all Naeem and Dijon came out on top. Now of course I needs more and yes Colton is about to be a mess in January. Up next the Wedding!!!

Claiming a Black Mafia Enforcer!
I am claiming Naeem as my own enforcer. I love the power that he has and the strength that he has to do what’s right. The ability to overcome the darkness and show his emotions speaks to how far he has come. I really enjoyed this book and was very happy to be able to catch up on Hassan and Vanna. I enjoy these characters so much and can’t wait to the next book.

Naeem and Dijon was easily my favorite couple. So when it was hinted that trouble was on the horizon I was anxious to know if they would last or of Dijon would experience rejection once more. I was so anxious it was hard for me to fully savor the books in between. Finally, this book set my mind any ease and it was way more complicated than whether or not Naeem and Dijon would last. Phenomenal writing!

No Greater Love
Let me say it was good to see Naeem stand on his word about his love for Dijon and him not wanting no one else but her. Destiny should have come back into the picture to get closure with her Father and Naeem and then silently went back to where she was hidden. But nope she caused a lot of unnecessary drama. But through it all Naeem kept his word to Dijon (and her brothers). I can’t wait to see how their relationship progresses.

There was really nothing to dislike about this story! Everything came together and definitely had you wanting more. Again you had the chance to learn about another sibling and how their life would turn out. I was happy for Dijon and Naeem! They were definitely made for each other. It was crazy the things they had to go through though. No matter what the love they truly had for one another came out on top! Can’t wait to see what book 6 has in store!!
There was really nothing to dislike about this story! Everything came together and definitely had you wanting more. An excellent read!
This novel was so good! I was anxious to know how Naeem would act knowing Destiny was in fact alive but love overcomes all things and the love he had for Dijon made his final decisions somehow easier and necessary! Though there were consequences for Faulkner's actions, Destiny had to be handled as well! It could have been worse but in the end love prevailed! I really enjoyed this one! Great job B. Love. On to the next one in the series!!!

Well, this was something! As I was reading more and more about Destiny, my instincts were spot on. It was sad the way she orchestrated all the bad things that happened in Naeem's life. Her and her father were two of a kind. With the help and love of Dijon, Naeem was able to stay in the light. Dijon wouldn't let him slip away again. She was a true ride or die. In the end, love prevailed for Naeem and Dijon. Beautiful story of love and survival.

Naeem for the win! don't know why I ever doubted how Naeem would move once he learned about Destiny. Naeem was absolutely clear about his intentions. Destiny turned out to be a very disappointing character. I can't figure out why she came back? there was no purpose. what was the reason? she should've stayed gone.
I need to read Rakim's story. He was such a stand up guy in this book. I hope he gets his HEA with someone not his BM.

Yessssssssssss the way Naeem handled the situation with Destiny and her dad made me so happy. Like he said if he would've known all of this in the beginning a lot of things would've been different. I love the way he and Dijon love each other, they both deserve that after what they have been through. I'm ready to enjoy the next read because I know it's going to be good.
