This is such a fun cookbook because the recipes take it to a different level, a higher level. Very interesting and innovative. Among his recipes now tried are true are:

- Crab Cakes with Sweet Curry & Red Bell Pepper Sauce (all time fav)
- Panko & Ginger Crusted Chicken with Stir/fry Vegetables
- Sweet Corn & Shrimp Chowder
- Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Brown Butter-Citrus Vinaigrette

Four out of four takes this book to a five star rating. I now have a high degree of confidence that the other recipes are of the same high quality and deliciousness.

I've cooked about a dozen of the recipes in this book. They are definitely executable by the home cook who has a modicum of comfort in the kitchen. Some of them do take some time and preparation, or use unusual ingredients but those obstacles aren't insurmountable. All-in-all I found it inspirational.
