Forget hot, this is SCORCHING!!!
Wow! This author decided to let it all hang out with Nick and Cherry and holy heck did they ignite the pages of this book! Initially, I thought this story was headed in a particular direction. About halfway through I had to change my mind about that only to end up with a cliffhanger that left me holding on by my nails.
This is a relatively fast read that has a bit of a Pretty Woman spin on it. Cherry was cute and likeable with a bit of mystery surrounding her and Nick was fiercely possessive the more he interacted with her.
I can’t wait to get the next book!

Another one I got on Stuff Your Kindle day... I enjoyed the plot but the MMC kind of sucks (see highlights). He's interested in owning the FMC and will do whatever it takes to make her dependent on him so she won't leave him. He's fairly problematic (thinks plastic surgery (fake tits) is debasing, forces the FMC into a threesome with another woman (they are escorts and he is paying them but the FMC feels obligated to stay and do it because she needs the money, something the MMC is aware of after overhearing a vague personal phone call earlier) and is happy when he finds out she hasn't "been with a woman before", and says that the FMC looks better without all her makeup on (in a weird way where it felt slightly misogynistic)) and I just didn't like his general attitude/vibe.
Super short book though and I ended up buying book 2 because the plot is interesting to me. BUT this is part of an 8 book series (yes, EIGHT BOOK SERIES), each of which are less than 150-200 pages and $2.99 each (and not on KU). I bought book 2 and will post a review but I likely won't be continuing the series because fuck paying over $20 for 1,100 pages (which is really sad for the author because I would totally binge if it was on KU because the story is interesting to me even if the MMC is a dick). No thank you.
Anyways, I really wouldn't recommend unless you have cash to blow and want to waste an afternoon reading a trashy and toxic mediocre romance series.

A Billion Desires is a book I got for free (and still it is January 2022.) It is my first Jessa York book, and tell you the truth, based on her author's note at the beginning; I thought that the book was heading in a specific direction, the middle of the book is a proper romance with some sexy time, and the end lives you in a cliffhanger that you have to continue with the series to find out what spooked out Cherry.
Yes, A Billion Desires is an age gap romance, Nick & Cherry are a lovely couple. There are scenes in the book based on "Pretty Woman." Both Nick & Cheery keep secrets that we, the readers, don't know about them.
The author does a great job at giving us just enough background to make us fall for the couple and leave us wanting more.
Yes, I want to know what will happen between Cherry & Nick, but at the same time, I will take some time from the series.

I really enjoyed this story. However, I read some of the reviews of the next books in the series and I think I will stop right here. The story is good and I don't want to add to a good book when it is not needed.

A Billion Desires is the first book in the The Rosetti Crime Family series. It contains 8 books to get to the end of this story and each book ends in a cliffhanger and each book must be read in order. Don't waste your time or money and I just don't get the 5 star reviews but to each their own!

This was surprisingly better than I expected it to be. Nick was commanding, but he has a soft side to him as well, from the way he wants to get to know Cherry better outside of bed. He treats her well in terms of not pushing her to have sex when she wasn’t happy, he makes sure she eats and is treated well by others around her and is not always after her body. I love that he is always very protective of her and wants the best things in life for her.
I sense Cherry has been dealt a rough patch in life, from how she was not able to enjoy doing her favorite things in a long time and it just warms my heart to see her doing those things with Nick’s help. It’s nice to see that though she is working for him to get money, she is unwilling to spend Nick’s money when he asks her to spend. A normal person would do so, but she does not, until Nick forces her to.
I enjoyed that the author made an effort to make Cherry and Nick bond without sex, just two of them going on dates, getting to know each other.
But I do love the sex scenes as well, the sex was steamy hot, with a hint of tenderness in it—with Nick being so caring of Cherry.
When this book ended, it didn’t sit well with me that we don’t know much about Nick and Cherry, and what secrets they both have. It seems it will be continued in the following books of this series. I also thought the first time Nick declared his love for Cherry was a bit fast and weird, as he barely knew her at the time.
I got this first book for free. As much as I enjoyed Nick’s and Cherry’s relationship in this book, I think I won’t be reading the remaining books unless it’s free, as for now, I need to pay to read them, and there’s up to 8 books to this series—way too many.

This wasn’t my typical read but I’m glad I gave it a go. It’s lower in plot and high in spice. It’s purely delicious smut. Light kink, super light gray in the dark scale. The world is built pretty quick and flawless. I appreciate all the details that were written in the book. It made it easy to picture as I was reading.

A good story
Love the dual POVS. It's always nice to see opposites attract. Two completely di$erent worlds. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I am not one for cliffhangers. It was a good one and makes you want to run to buy the next one but I would just prefer a longer book.

we got NOTHING from the characters and who they are. i know it’s a mafia book but we got absolutely no hint to that troupe until like the last 2 pages. nick made me angry by stating how angry he was that cherry didn’t have everything she wanted like yeah it sucks but we all aren’t rich white men

Wait, why does this have so many 5 star reviews?
I had to double check to make sure a woman actually wrote this. The first half feels like a misogynistic wet dream. It was basically a middle finger to feminism, and not in a good or hot way. The way she wrote about women makes me feel like she hates them. The FMC is constantly apologizing to the MMC for doing "something" wrong. The MMC makes more than one mention of her wearing makeup in a negative way. He also talks about other women's bodies in a more negative way and always compares them to the FMC. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth.
Honestly, I struggled with the writing style in general. Felt a tad juvenile and unrefined at times. It also had a lot of redundancy -- multiple sentences in a row starting with "then I did this" "then I did that." I know that's getting nitpicky but it really interrupts a readers cadence when things don't flow well.
Plus they say I love you to each other whenever they come. He has her do this the 2nd time they are ever together and then every time after that. It's just too much. I think the author intended for it to feel as though Nick and Cherry were starting to mean it when they said it after a few times but it just felt so disingenuous I couldn't get on board.

I'm easily hooked on this new spicy series from Jessa York. This is a delicious age gap where billionaire Nick uses a high class escort service to meet his needs. One of these escorts is a beautiful young woman that calls herself Cherry. Cherry makes such a big impression, Nick can't stay away. He ends up making a deal for a month of Cherry's time despite her hesitations. This book does end on a cliffhanger and I'm absolutely ready for more. Cherry is sweet and wants to make Nick happy. She has a big heart but carries many secrets and heavy burdens. I'm definitely intrigued by her past and am hoping for more revelations in the next book. Nick is very dominant and goes against all of his instincts with Cherry. She breaks down walls for him and he genuinely cares for her. It is beyond sweet and endearing what he does for her after she has a rough day. This series definitely is set up to be really steamy and I'm loving it so far! So excited for more.

The story of Nick and Cherry isn’t your typical romance story. This first book in the trilogy starts out introducing us to this billionaire and his high end escort on their first transaction. Let me tell you it was HAWT and took me back to my EL James reading days!!!! Just like Nick couldn’t get enough of Cherry, I couldn’t get enough of this book. Nick offers Cherry an exclusive deal for a month and I loved the progression of their relationship and development of the characters. It ended in a cliffhanger I didn’t see coming. I’m anxious to find out what Cherry’s story is and see how Nick handles her. Jessa did a great job at giving us just enough background to make us fall for the couple and leave us wanting more! Do yourself a favor and read the book but be warned the sex senes are super HAWT!!!!

A quick and definitely HAWT start to a new trilogy!

We only get bits and pieces of both of their lives but it's enough to know we need to find out more. I'm not sure what I think about Nick yet, he's hot and he's cold and obviously has a past and a business I need to know more about before deciding if he's worthy of Candy. Can't wait to read the next one, A Billion Secrets.

There are no words to describe how fabulous this book his Nick and Cherry have completely stolen my heart. Their instant chemistry and light your screen or pages on fire.

This is a very, very hot and interesting story. It starts off full of action, sexy action that is, then turns more and more interesting as it keeps you glued to its pages. It’s kind of fast- paced and awesome. Cherry is fun, smart and interesting, and Nick is mysterious and super sexy alpha hot. The story takes an unexpected turn and left me wanting to keep reading!! It’s a cliffhanger of the best kind!

This is the first book in this series and it is steamy. Nick is tired of being used in relationships so he pays for his companionship instead. When he meets Cherry something unexpected happens and he knows he needs more. Nick is commanding yet comforting at the same time. Cherry who will finally reveal her real name towards the end of the book is bright, sweet, fun, and has the world on her shoulders. You will become completely engrossed in their story.

This book was HOT! Finished in 2 days! Couldn't put it down! Nick and Cherryville story will put you on a roller coaster of emotions in all of the best ways! So much detail and emotion on every page! Well worth the read! From the steamy scenes, to the scenes of compassion, the flares of anger and all the realistic situations are present, making it yet again a phenomenal read by Jessa! Can't wait to start book 2!!!

Jessa! What did you just do to me? This Age Gap Billionaire Erotic Romance just blew me away! Cherry gave me "Pretty Woman" vibes but her sweetness and honesty gave it a different tone that made me feel for her situation. Nick takes my breath away. And melts my heart. But the sexual tensions between these two were off the chart and as Nick realizes no one else can satisfy him, life as he knows it changes. But the ending!!! Be still my heart! So good!

Whew this started right off very steamy and kept it going!!! This has a Pretty woman feel but it delves a bit deeper and has a lot more mystery to it. I flew threw this one and just about threw my kindle when I reached the end. Can't wait to get to the next book because this one ended on a cliffhanger and there are so many questions. Good start to this trilogy and I'm just getting started!!!

I definitely need more. Wow a very hott and steamy start to this new trilogy by Jessa York. I can't wait for book 2 and more of the sexy, hot Nick. Both Nick and Cherry have a past they are trying to hide from each other and I can't wait to get a little more insight to what it is.. A must read.

What can I say about this book but OMG!!! There are so many emotions going through me right now. I am loving Nick and Cherry. I feel for Nick am worried about Cherry and wanna jump through my kindle. I just need the next one.
