From the first moment that Falcalor laid eyes on the beautiful young creature dressed in finest silk, he has treasured Gemory more than life itself. Despite eighteen-hundred years of being unable to bear children, Falcalor's love has never wavered. Now, with the help of a new demon and a stroke of luck and magic, Gemory will finally give his husband the final piece to their family.
Hotter by far because Falcalor, Gemory's mate, is full of fire with fiery eyes and flaming red hair and his burning love and desire for his mate of eighteen hundred years. Gemory appeared in Robin and Malacoda's book, Delivered To His Demon, and I fell in love with him, the snarky little so-and-so who desperately wanted to give his beloved husband a child. Helping Robin navigate his new life as a demon's mate and all that entails, their dynamic made me smile seeing them become good friends as they bonded through their role as mates to Malacoda and his brother, Falcalor. Having Robin in his life will change Gem's life in ways he could not imagine. Seeing how Gem and Falcalor first met and how they became mates was so sweet, completely different to Robin's whirlwind experience with Malacoda, and I felt the love and affection between them. Their characters were fleshed out, as were Robin's and Mal's who happily for me appeared more than I was expecting in this book. The two couples interacted throughout the story and we saw baby Xander too, as well as meeting other family members (gulp). I'm looking forward to the next book, Simon's story, not least because I'm hoping to see these four again and find out why Gem hates ducks!
I loved this book. I especially loved the beginning of how Gemory was born, raised, and then met Falcalor. There is such a beauty to it and the author's writing style. It reminds me of classic fairy tales I read years ago. I was completely intrigued by the premise of this book and had to pick it up. Falcalor offered a man and wife riches in exchange for taking their unborn child for his mate when she came of age (if she accepted him). The couple accepted his offer, however they bore a son instead of a daughter. They raised Gemory as a girl but prepared to pay the demon back when he returned and didn't have a bride awaiting him. Falcalor loved and wanted Gemory as he was, and supported him in whatever way he wished to represent himself- as male or female. 1800 years later and we are in present day and Gem wants a child but hasn't been able to conceive. Wonderful characters. I liked their dynamic and loved the building of their family. 5 stars.
Book 2...more quirky...more sexy times. Not sure if I liked this one as much as Book 1 but it was entertaining. This one already has an established couple (Gemory and Falcalor)...so no relationship buildup angst which I liked...the absolute love and devotion is there with only one thing missing to make their family whole. So there was a lot of emotions and cheers going on hoping the couple get their wonderful addition to the family. Additionally, we get some knowledge on different types demons and powers...meet new and old characters throughout the story...the focus mainly being on 2 couples(loved their banter/relationship with one another). All this packed in this novella. Nice ending for the 2MCs...no cliffhanger but the author left us with a little quirkiness that makes you wanna come back for more.

I love these couples! But I believe I like the dynamic between Gem and Robin best. They are so funny together. This book is a continuation of a previous book so we get caught up on where our new little family of Mal, Robin and Xander are and how they are doing. It also gives us a glimpse of how Falcalor and Gem were mated. That was an eye opener. But the humor, strong love, possesiveness and sass are all present in this book. With a gem, fire, smokey and a new one you will have to find in the book, how could this go wrong? I can't wait for the next one to come out so I can read it. Contains: demons, newborn, 1 week pregnancy, knot, a lot of seggs.
If you have read my review from book 1, I was struggling with the rating. But I decide to gave this one a try anyway and I love it waaaaay better. It is interesting, we follow both couple this time. We also have a back in time to know how the caracters met. The seggs scene are more decent (what I mean is it's not just seggs, it have a kinda story) we follow the desire to have a child, until to actually gave birth to one... or... so yeah, I love it. Fluffy, smoothly, sassy, and great caracters. Dive in and discover this new world.

Gemory was raised as a daughter and when Falcalor returned, Gemory accepted him as a his betrothed. Falcalor was told the truth but still wanted Gemory. The most important part of the story is years later when they finally get their family as both wanted so much. I really enjoyed this part of the story.
I loved Treasured by His Demon by Lilo Quie. It's the second book in the Inner Demons series. I loved Gemory and Falcalor. I was so happy that after 1800 years of being Falcalor's mate that they were finally able to get pregnant with the help of Robin's demon powers. I loved seeing more of Malacoda and Robin and their baby, Xander. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Imagine being mates for over one thousand years and finally having a little one of their own. Holding on to hope, despite it's sting of everyone else around them having their families. Quite a road for Falcalor and Gemory. More than enough surprises and twists to keep you fully invested in their well deserved ending.

Okay these aren't long drawn out dramas. And you're not going to get this whole world building feel but this author really does right some great fast-paced Romance tales. They're quirky goodness and sexy romance are just the thing to brighten your day. Okus demons 😈 yummy
As book two in this series it was a great addition. The storyline is interesting and keeps you on your toes. The characters are a intriguing pair and I enjoyed there journey to a HEA. There is so much happening I didn’t want to stop reading
Was a good read. High steam. It's an interesting way to tell a story because even though Mal and Robin had their story in the first book and this one is about Gem and Falcolor, you get everyone's pov mixed throughout the book. I will be reading the next book.
This didn't top how much I liked book one, spooky and Robin have left an impression on me and I'm kind of sad I didn't love these two as much as I did the first two, but I am glad we got to see more of Spooky and Robin here and do hope I'll get to see more of them in the next one.
This was a delightful book! Full of demons, babies and family. I truly enjoyed reading this story. If you’re looking for a quick, satisfying read, this is it.
