Now that this siren has legs and a tail, she’s going to use them… For good and bad, of course! There’s no escaping this Princess of Atlantis or the coming storm! Save the world first, get some later. Being the somewhat-good guy is exhausting sometimes.
The Ancients’ world is under attack. The lips delivering this unexpected news to me are even more unexpected. They belong to Lokene, the charming and mischievous young man I fell in love with before my beloved Atlantis sank into the sea. The Ancients have sent him to request my aid because he’s my mate, and they think I will listen to him. Did I mention Lokene is an Ancient? Oh, and he has the ability to give me legs, and take them away, at will. I swear he’s enjoying this. If I could train my great white shark, Sheba, I’d be teaching her to nip his butt.
Look, these new legs are great, but I need to save the world right now… not be distracted by the thought of all the fun times this body and my five mates could have together.
On top of that, I’m still on a seek and destroy mission in the human world for those under the soul-destroying power of the Lure. As if I didn’t have enough on my plate, miners continue to destroy the ocean. Their actions are taking them closer and closer to the heart of Atlantis, and if the humans find it, the power they could unleash would rip the world apart. I’m hoping that Eason, Storm, Kye, and Fynn can help me stop them before it’s too late.
Last, but certainly not least, the floor of the ocean is angry, preparing to lash out. I’m not sure my wind and water abilities are strong enough to stop it from destroying entire cities and claiming countless lives. Let’s hope I hear the call again soon. I really need to relieve some stress.
All these sexy mates are distracting… but I have two worlds to save. And legs. I have legs now too.
This paranormal reverse harem (why choose) romance is for 18+ readers. It contains steamy content and darker plot elements and themes (she likes to kill people, much to her mates’ horror). This is not your typical bubbly mermaid tale! It’s full of sexy scenes, humor, a coffee-addicted and slightly feral siren, and totally ripped guys you will want to sink your fangs into! It will have a HEA… eventually!
Sedona Ashe lives in a tiny town in Tennessee, near the Great Smoky Mountains. She enjoys reading and writing stories filled with powerful paranormal females, and sexy supernatural men. Sedona has a tea collection of over 300 teas from around the world, which her husband claims has become an obsession. When she isn't writing, she enjoys hiking, free diving, and photography. She shares her home with three kids, four pups, five cats, an arctic fox, chickens, a crazy turkey, and way too many reptiles!
I'm still iffy about this style of writing and the way everything is unfolding. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. I love that Zosi is a bad ass and fights for what's hers. She's not afraid to do what needs to be done no matter how bad it is. She's not perfect nor is she all good. And her mates are just perfection 🥵 but the way everything is written is so odd for me. It feels clunky and unpolished. It's not horrible, but it had me feeling bored through out the story. There wasn't a smoothness to it. Still an interesting plot and storyline. But I may take a break from this series and come back to it later.
DNF @74% p146/196 Chapter 15(Kye) I just got bored. The plot is there but very background type stuff. The sex is hot and frequent but kind of monotonous. No group stuff, no oral, no ass play, at least not on page, and since it’s basically the whole plot focus I was just over it. 🤷🏻♀️ Plus my mood shifted and since nothing was really happening I didn’t fight it.
Zosime is a badass siren. More though, she’s the Queen of Atlantis. What’s a Queen to do but rule the ocean and add to her harem. I was shocked there were two new guys added but Zosime is spunky and energetic so it’s them that’ll need to catch up 😝 Lo and behold her Atlantian home is not fully gone nor are her people. I really wish we got to see more of the place just so I could geek out. But now Zosime is riddled with responsibility and she takes her job very seriously, rescuing mermaids, humans, stopping tsunamis, I mean she does it all. Even when facing down a evil human, it’s a joke how crazy powerful she is, no one stands a chance. If anyone can stop humans from destroying the oceans it’ll be her, something I hope is a topic in the next and last book. Another quick flirty fishy RH read.
Josime is my kind of hero. Doesn't mind killing if it needs to be done, and whatever you do don't touch what is hers!!! Her mates would do anything for her as well.
It was okay this series is definitely not my favourite of her series!
Her “But did you die?” Series about phoenix was both funny & sexy. This book not so much.
Okay so yes I know why she said theirs so many parts to herself, Atlantis princess/ war general she thought she was just human but we find out her mother was an Ancient. Making her 1/2. She’s also 1/2 Siren not just a mermaid, even though she found her old home of Atlantis under the sea and her people all turned into gentle mermaids 🧜♀️. Unlike her because Sirens are blood thirsty she literally needs blood ti survive! 😆 like a fish vampire. Now she is also mated to the king of the mermaids.
I liked that with her new powers she can turn into human with legs, because I don’t know how much fish sex I can take.
Since she just mated with the Ancient from her past she has access to great potential and powers, it saved her other mates lives as they were kidnapped and shot.
The book ends with the world finding out about her after she was seen coming out of the ocean as a mermaid turned into human then stopped a tsunami in front of people in a beach.
I was bored with this book, it wasn’t as horrible as book 1 but not good enough did me to go onto the last book 🤷♀️

I'm sitting on pins and needles here waiting for July 20th. The moment it hits I'm reading the final book. My lady you have a magic with words. Your books do exactly what I love about reading. The words pull me into the book. I feel the emotions, and can picture everything. I want to keep the things in a book a secret for future readers but, there's something I have to say. When Zosi gets that burst of power and does what she does I was cheering her on. I was literally jumping up and down in my seat while reading the final pages. This was an amazing book and can't wait to read more. Thank you for what you do and bring magic to an addicted reader like myself. I don't know if you ever read the reviews but know I am your biggest fan now and will read everything you write. Thank you for your amazing books!!!!!
I love Ashe's books. I haven't read one I didn't like. I know without a doubt that the FMC is going to be fierce, full of sass and a total bad ass in her own way.
I wasn't sure where Zosime and her mates story was going to go, but I am not disappointed.
Yes Zosi's story is full of insta love but it just works.
Zosi really comes into her own and embraces her different identities in this book. And the fight scenes! Pure chef kiss moments.
There was a point I thought we were going to get a truly mean cliffhanger, but we don't. I mean - yes there's a cliffhanger but I don't hate Ashe for ending the book where she did.
I'm really looking forward to book 3 and seeing what happens next.
Well. I got what I asked for. There's actually a plot in this one… Too bad it's completely shoved to the back burner in order to make way for ANOTHER insta love crap mate.
Honestly, I could go for a little wooing. A little bit of character and relationship development. There's so little personality to any of her “mates” that I actually can't keep any of them straight because they all feel like the same freaking person.
There are so many holes in the plot that I'm having a hard time even bothering.
I'll read the third, but purely because these books are so short I can get through it quickly (*and I love to torture myself*).
For me, there is nothing better than a RH with a strong female able to save not only herself, but those she loves and this story hit that mark perfectly. Zosime and her men continue to develop their bond, strengthening each other in the process. When a new mate comes into the picture, more of the history and culture of Zosime's people enter the story. So well written, the HEFN leaves you both satisfied, and wanting the next book asap. Lots of great adventure and developing story pull you in and give you lots of good feels. Enjoy!
Wow! I am really enjoying this series! Sedona Ashe writes her stories and characters so well! And I love that her Female lead characters are always such strong women. And I love that she always has a bit of humor in her writing. I love a sassy witty line...I think that this book might even be better then the first. The relationships are developing and I really love how Zosi is developing into a more powerful and complete character. I love Sedona's cliffhangers..🥰😘 it makes sure I can't wait for the next book.
This series seems to be missing some of the whimsy that is in the other works by this author. And there are big chunks of time that are just glossed over. If they were fully fleshed out, it would have plumped up the story and characters a little. It felt like the author struggled to get this story out a little. I wasn't drawn into the world as deeply as I have been in her other works. I still enjoyed it and will read the next one, but I might only borrow it from KU instead of purchasing it.
If you grew up loving Disney and one being the little mermaid, don’t come for this series lol it’s the X-rated version and the little mermaid is a siren. Feeds off human blood and her best friend is a great white shark. Her mates vary from humans, a ancient and a merman lol Gotta give Sedone Ashe credit she brought us a dirty version of the little mermaid with plenty of spice and lovers. Top it off with the siren having to do her job and stop humans destroying the world. So expect alot of blood, 🥵 and action in more than one way 😜
Great read, love thus groups dynamic and love for each other, was confused as the blurb said there would a coffee addict, I assumed was zosi after her run in with coffee from book 1 but no mention of that at all and that loken (sp) would mess with her tail and legs alot, switching them at inconvenient times to mess with her but that didn't happen either lol has no effect on how great the book is though, u just waited to read about these things. Totally recommend you give this series a go
Book 2 - Zosie and mates, magick and lost cities, demi gods and corroded souls, this book has it all. A quick read with an entertaining fast story development - no long drawn out planning or discussions needed, instinct and fighting skills implode to quickly target and take out the bad guys and allow the harem some much needed quiet bonding time. Zosie is a likeable character that knows what she wants and the strengths to make it all happen now.
The way Sedona writes her main characters, like Zosi, is amazing. You become so wrapped up in the story, it's like you are actually there, personally experiencing everything with her. I hadn't ever read anything with reverse harems until I read her first book. You fall in love with some characters, hate some, cheer some and laugh easily at some antics. I am never disappointed by her books and always, always, always can't wait for more.
Tropes/Kinks: siren, merman, god, best friends, mates, mfmmmm, biting, voyeurism
Thoughts:
There is no character or relationship building at all, it is all tell and no show. The spicy scenes did nothing for me and some were closed door that I felt shouldn’t have been (I.e. the first time she has legs and has sex with her human mates). I don’t think this is a bad book per se, it just wasn’t one for me.

Sedona Ashe is AWESOME!! I love your books. I feel like I could become one of your characters and be happy forever. They have such courage and spunk! I love it !!!!!!!! This books is even more exciting and awesome than the first one in the seriers. (Hint Hint !! make sure you read it also). Now if you could just learn to write faster it would be perfect !! ha ha
I am pleasantly surprised that this book got better! I was never a fan of mermaid/siren books in the past and I love Sedona Ashe so I gave it a go! The characters develop more and the story just gets better. You also get some really hot and steamy time which is something that I tend to need in a book. I cannot wait to see what happens in book 3!
Absolutely amazing!!!! This book was packed with action from the beginning, whether it was with her mates or hunting. I enjoyed this book so much I had issues putting it down. I so cannot wait for the next book to see what Zosime and her amazing mates next adventures are. I am so rooting for her and her people.
I wanted to read this book again before book 3 came out and even reading it a second time did not disappoint! This book is fabulous it had me laughing at parts and wanting to cry at others…and o man the steamy scenes you will just have to read it yourself to see how amazing those were!
Dnf. I wanted to like this so much but I just got so bored at 60% I tried coming back to it twice but just couldn’t push through.
This book was instant love with more sex than sorry. Which is for some but not me. I need a little bit of emotional connection for the sex to not feel empty for me, so not my thing. Maybe others.
Zosi and her men had me on the edge of my seat! Mermaids/men, Ancients, and inter realm wars. Evil decking and drilling on the ocean floor. The ocean being a living, breathing being. We all have seen her power. Tsunamis are her way of reminding us to take better care. Zosi and her men are here to love and save the day!
Man these books are so fast paced but it was still very good, I like that she has all her mates claimed now.
Richard died too easily in my opinion, but maybe that’s just me.
I am quickly loving Zosi’s character but now that the humans know about her they will never leave her or her people alone, also where the hell was Zeno all this time?
What is next with a storyline like this?

This his second book got even better. I cried at the end. I can’t wait to see what happens next. I used to love reading about Atlantis when I was a child. This book gave me a happier ending. Good writer
This was really fun and I enjoyed the story very much. We definitely need the Queen of Atlantis to teach some people their lessons… can’t wait for the last book in the series, but it’s a few month until the release date.
Great second book in the series. We get to watch the characters grow and we become more emotionally attached to everyone. We find out exactly how tough our heroine is. This book takes you on an emotional journey and will leave you hanging onto the edge of your seat.
This was a decent book. Some of the interactions felt awkward. And I didn’t enjoy the book as much as the first one. But the ending where she lives up to being the Royal Storm was pretty neat.
Kept me on the edge of my seat. Have not read anything like this before, so it was a welcomed change. If you like RH, strong women characters and men who would do anything for their woman, read it.
I thought the Klutz books by this author were good, but I just couldn't get into this series. I DNF'd at 54% of the second book. The protagonist and her harem just don't seem to have much chemistry.
